My son recently gave me his 2011 Audi A4 as a retirement present. The car had been parked since the beginning of the Pandemic bcuz he was working from home. Starting from the beginning, the first time I took my Mercedes to K Tech (an automotive company not specializing in Mercedes, to be noted) resulted in $5k worth of repairs and maintenance fees. I thought it's a 10-year-old car with around 140,000 miles on it, so it makes sense for it to need quite a bit of maintenance. However, what doesn't make sense, is why 3 months later, I took the car in for an oil change (which they called to remind me to do, and then a day after they called, I received a "check engine oil" light), and proceeded to tell me that my car has a major oil leak and that the engine is damaged? After that, I took my car back and within a few days, the engine failed for good. After reading how many 1-star reviews there are, I have lost any confidence and faith in K-Tech. Why didn't they catch the oil leak just a few months prior? If it started after getting the car repaired, why did it get as bad as it did and break down so quickly immediately after taking it to K Tech again? If the engine was truly leaking oil for the 3-4 months after spending $5k on repairs, wouldn't it have leaked all of the oil and broken down much sooner? Is it a coincidence that right after they called to remind us to do an oil change, my car started alerting me that there was an issue with the oil/engine? Why would my car develop a severe oil leak soon after spending $5,000 on various repairs? Is 140,000 miles in 10 years a reasonable number for a car to begin breaking down just because it's old, especially after spending so much on repairs? I doubt it. Is it a stretch to consider that all of this may have been incredibly deliberate, especially considering how many reviews are from other customers and even other mechanics who are convinced of the same? Even if the damage the car accrued wasn't due to intentional malice, could all of this have been prevented if they chose not to accept work for a car they did not specialize in? Just a few thoughts. Beware of this business. I stopped using this mechanic years ago because their charges seemed strangely excessive but was in a bind recently when my car wouldn't jump and my usual garage was booked up. I called K-tech prior to towing there and they affirmed they were available to work on my vehicle. They failed to mention until my dead vehicle was towed there that they would be charging a $225 diagnostic fee. When I asked if this fee could be used towards the repair especially since it seemed obvious that the problem was the battery-- I was told "possibly." I checked later in the day and they still hadn't checked out my car but called me shortly later to say it was a dead battery that needed replacing. They quoted me $753 to replace the battery including the $225 diagnostic fee which they would not negotiate as they had suggested earlier in the day. They explained that the battery had to come from Toyota and needed to be delivered hence the cost. I knew that price was outrageous so called my usual mechanic (Miller Motors) who called the same Toyota parts dealer and said he would charge $380 for part and labor. I chose to tow my dead car to my mechanic but K-tech still demanded the diagnostic fee. Then my mechanic tested my battery and the motor turned on and he affirmed no new battery was even needed. And he charged me nothing. K-tech would have charged me an extorted fee for a battery that didn't actually need replacing. K-tech manager Jason reached out the next day since I had told staff they were doing bad business and I would never recommend them. I appreciate that he refunded me the absurd $225 fee. He explained it was a "training issue" but I would never trust them with my vehicle or my wallet. read more

Don't be fooled by the "women-owned, local merchant" angle. I did, and I regret it. This place is bad, to the point of being criminal. I moved to Sebastopol ten years ago and began my quest for a competent and fair priced mechanic. After trying a few other local shops with mixed results, I ended up at K-Tech. I went there based on a recommendation from a neighbor, along with the fact that I kept receiving discount coupons in the mail. I was also happy to do business with a woman owned shop. Initially K-Tech seemed like a decent place to go, and whatever work I had done back then (eight or so years ago) was nothing memorable but was enough to keep me coming back. Over the next few years I continued to use K-Tech, although there were little nagging issues that kept occurring. Those issues start with their aggressive sales tactics: the aforementioned mailers, the constant phone solicitation, along with the annoying customer service surveys that followed every service. If K-Tech put as much effort into performing competent auto mechanics as they do into mindless promotions, they'd be rock stars. But I digress... I kept bringing my cars to K-Tech in spite of these petty annoyances. And, much to my detriment, I always followed their advice whenever they recommended specific repairs or service, to the tune of thousands of dollars in maintenance and repairs. Along the way there were several minor concerns that I had, but the straw that broke this camel's back came when I took my classic 60's muscle car in for an oil change. This is an all original car with 85,000 miles on it that I drive in the summertime and I made it clear that I just needed a seasonal oil change, and also to check an oil leak. As is ALWAYS the case with K-Tech, I received a phone call from Alivia (more on her later), along with a corresponding email detailing all of the many repairs and services I needed on my car. The email contained all of the fancy sonogram photos of every aspect of my car. The simple oil change had now morphed into $7000 dollars of recommended repairs! These included replacing parking light bulbs ($65) and other non-essential or needless work. The kicker was the recommended suspension work: bushings, bearings, alignment, etc. I normally take this classic car to a shop in Santa Rosa that specializes in classic cars, with a focus on suspension and alignment. This shop, owned and operated by just one guy, had just, a few months prior, installed a disc brake conversion and a full alignment on my car. So, needless to say, I declined all of their recommended suspension work. I did, feeling a bit of pressure from Alivia, agree to flush the transmission (wasn't needed) in addition to the desired oil change, to the tune of around $700. I drove off and immediately noticed that the front alignment was completely out of whack. The wheels were pulling to the right and the tires were squealing on every minor turn. I was perplexed, having just had the alignment done, and I truly believed then, as I do now, that K-Tech mechanics either intentionally sabotaged my car or they are simply totally incompetent. I drove home and a few days later I took my car to the shop in Santa Rosa, along with a printout of the suggested repairs that K-Tech had provided me. My mechanic, an old school, hard working guy who services all of my in law's vehicles, went through the roof when he saw the suggested repairs, as well as the outrageous prices K-Tech was charging. I have never seen this guy so hopping mad. He was so incensed that he contacted his transmission shop to see what they charge for a transmission flush, which turned out to be half of the $500 K-tech charged me. Looking back, there were always red flags with this place, yet I trusted them implicitly to do the right thing by their customers. As to the aforementioned Alivia, she is a light in a rather dark place where she works. I have always enjoyed dealing with her but, unfortunately, she is part of a very sketchy business. This review is long, and long overdue. I can't believe, based on all of the other reviews, that this place is still in business. I think that it's because they work on volume and not customer loyalty, by bombarding the mail with their environmentally horrific plastic discount cards and endless telemarketing scam. I'm not sure what has happened to this business. I used to be an extremely loyal and supportive customer. I brought in my 2013 Prius for an $80k inspection and maintenance. This included a rear break job, and various fluid flushes. Normal stuff. Total bill was $2,100+. Hey, it's a free market. I suppose they can charge whatever they want to charge. Maybe they now want to now provide "luxury automobile service". But this doesn't seem to be a very sustainable business model, and they certainly don't provide an equitable service to our community any longer. I actively avoid them. read more

Booked an appointment for 9 AM on Monday the week prior. I called earlier than the appointment and was notified we would be late. I was not advised of any issues or potential delays. The appointment arrived at 930. A printer problem delayed the vehicle being worked on until 10:37. We were quoted $319 for an alignment. Then we saw the vehicle LEAVE THE FACILITY being driven by an employee to their "other shop that has an alignment machine" at 10:39. 11:13 the car comes back and is "complete". $319 for less than 30 minutes of work, including a short drive. This was the most absurd alignment job ever. They kept us waiting for an HOUR, spent 30 minutes with the vehicle, and had the nerve to charge us the maximum of the estimated amount. Outstanding service, highly recommended. We've been taking our vehicles to K-Tech for service since moving to the area several years ago. Recently I purchased a used EV, and was concerned since we'd encountered problems with service initially at the dealership. K-Tech provided excellent and comprehensive service on our Leaf, returning it fully detailed exterior/interior/tires, etc. They even helped me troubleshoot a flaky Bluetooth connection from my iPhone, by deleting/reconfiguring previous crufty settings and installing the Nissan Connect app. read more

I had been using K-Tech for years. My Camry needed some work, so I took it in. As I drove out of the lot, the parking break felt "loose". Now I know a description like this is vague, and hard to diagnose, but they had just worked on it. So I turned around immediately, and told them about the problem. They kept the car, worked on it some more. When I picked it up again, it still felt wrong, but it wasn't "loose" anymore. So I drove home, parked the car, and that night my car rolled down my driveway and hit my neighbor's car. Clearly, they had not fixed the parking break!! Eventually, a much more reputable mechanic took the time to really *listen* to my complaint and discovered that the wrong parking break cable had been installed. So not only had K-Tech not fixed the problem I brought to their attention, they had caused it! I will never trust them with any vehicle again. read more

Rodents got into the engine compartment of my hybrid Chevy Volt and chewed some wiring; Tia of K-Tech told me they have a certified hybrid mechanic, so I had the car towed to their shop. They found the bad wiring immediately and gave me a detailed and prompt estimate. The work was completed on time, on budget and I couldn't be happier. I just want to share my experience with in my opinion was an unfair labor charge. I have been happy with repairs on my three cars in the past but I think these two labor charges were unfair. 1. Replacement of two license plate came to $204.60 labor. I have replaced these bulbs in the past and it took me about 15 minutes. 2.Replacement of the front parking lamp bulbs came to another $204.60 labor. The employees there are friendly but I did not think this was fair and I never heard from the owner as I did dispute the charges. read more

One of the worst mechanic experiences I've had to date. They ended up quoting me over $6,000 for all repairs. I went with the fewest, and only most necessary repairs and got it down to about $1,200. In looking over this invoice, they charged me many hundred dollars just for a few simple diagnostic questions (about $300 for checking why my rear cabin light wasn't working only to advise that I bring it to a wiring place instead. That's just example, there's more). When I brought it to another mechanic in Santa Rosa they were shocked by the price of the quote. K-Tech Automotive has been nothing short of a headache. The mechanics are capable and can definitely do proper work. I will give them that. Current service advisors and potentially a tech they had in the past were not so great. Not very knowledgable of cars to the point had to be put on hold a few times to go back and talk to technician. My mother brought her car here for the past few years and has needed work done to it like any car would. Some of these items would consist of brakes front and rear and brake fluid, full tune up, spark plugs, transmission fluid, coolant, and drive belt. Both times the quotes for work was nearly as high if not higher than going to the Toyota dealership itself. Now having worked as an ase master technician for Toyota for nearly a decade as well had been in a service advisor role for a number of years. I am not new to the process. Had I lived in the same state as my mother none of this work would ever make it to their hands, however, I am willing to pay for quality work at a reasonable price (not more than a dealership). On our most recent visit, check engine light is on for an ignition coil. Technician recommends replacing all the coils and spark plugs. But wait, not just 9 months ago we had replaced the spark plugs during our major tune up. I asked technician to remove the plugs and to take a picture for me to prove they need replacing. He does and when I mention we replaced them 9 months ago (3-4k miles) on them later he changes his mind and says they looked dirty to him so he just recommended it. So this is bad to me because it means two things, any other recommendations he made needs to be proven, and that the technician who was supposed to do the service last time possibly didn't actually replace the parts. He also recommended coolant to be replaced which again was done 9 months earlier. But upon proof these items seemed fine by me but were still recommended anyways so that's a strike against them in my book. Back to the actual diagnosis of needing to replace an ignition coil came to just above 400$ alone. The coil only costing about half that. Meaning they wanted to charge a whole hour of labor, which they don't do normal hourly rate as they decided they want to scale the rate for job difficulty. They deemed the ignition coil which requires 1 10mm bolt and a clip a hard job. The advisor claimed it was because they needed to "reprogram/initialize" things. Having worked for Toyota, I knew this was BS as there is no process besides erasing the code and short test drive to confirm. And thats if they choose to do the test drive vs just letting the car idle in the shop. The technician earlier in the day had claimed drove around for 10 miles to replicate, but upon getting the car back, the odometer doesn't lie, they didn't drive it that far. Sad to say will need to find another shop close by for my mother to take her car to. Whomever I dealt with when doing the brakes as well as the tune up was great as they had car knowledge and were able to work with me on a reasonable hourly rate for work. I would advise anyone considering this shop to think twice. Simple services, sure. But anything over that, consider getting a quote at your local dealership, it may be cheaper. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The mechanic is a crook. I brought my car to them when the "traction" and "check engine" light came on. I checked my oil before I brought the car in because I knew I was due for an oil change. There was plenty of oil in the car. They charged me $400 for the inspection and for the replacement of some sensors. Then they told me that I needed to replace my timing chain and oil valve because I was at 200,000 miles. They wanted another $1000 to do this job and would include an oil change. I told them I could not afford this repair at this time and I would have to save up for more work on the car. The mechanic then told me that if I didn't at least get the oil valve changed that my oil light would go on and I would damage the car. I said I would research and get back to them. A couple of days later, my intuition told me to check my oil. I listened and checked my oil and there was nothing showing on the stick and there was a bit of smoke coming out of the vehicle. I added oil and then took my car to Benedetti for an oil change. I spoke with the mechanics there and they said that my oil had been drained. They also said that the timing chain is meant to last for the life of the car and should only be replaced if there is a problem. I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that the mechanic at K-Tech drained my oil so that my light would come on so that I would bring the car to him for the unnecessary $1000 repair. I went in to speak to the manager on two separate occasions and spoke with two different managers and told them what had occurred and both said they would speak to the mechanic and get back to me and neither of them ever contacted me again or returned my phone calls. I have never had to deal with such dishonesty and abuse from a mechanic. These people are crooks. read more

K-Tech was already a bit too expensive for me, which was maybe justifiable given their location (I live a block away) and friendliness. But now I can't trust their work. I need to take my business and recommendations elsewhere. I'm choosing to drive 20miles to a more affordable shop with a fair warranty. I visited K-Tech in 2014 to do my Subaru's front wheel bearings & hubs. Recently I learned that their work on my front-right bearing has prematurely failed. The car has been deemed unsafe to drive by another mechanic. There's additionally a downstream of repairs that are needed as a result of this issue, including damage to my right-front axel, and the right-front tire is significantly worn. I'm learning all this slightly outside of their warranty (by 33 days/1,826 miles). I think the problem has been with me for well over a month, but I didn't have time to take it in and have borrowed my wife's car to get around instead. My initial bearings lasted over 115,000 miles/13 years, but K-Tech's work lasted ~25,000 miles. Something's really wrong here I explained this to them and got "That's weird!" I was hoping for "I'm sorry, please let us make this right." I think the right thing to do is honor the warranty on their prematurely failing work, but they're not going to do that. They instead offered me a ~30% discount (t ofix their failed work not including the resulting damage it caused nor the cost of transporting the vehicle). That's not enough to keep my family's business. When I requested that they honor their warranty given the circumstances, they called out that their discount is a really good deal if I took into account that their warranty is a "prorated warranty." Here's a tip for you Yelpers: If you see/hear these words at a mechanic, walk away and don't look back. It's the first time I or anyone I know has ever heard of such a warranty clause. It essentially means that the warranty covers less as time goes on. The website doesn't explain this at all; it simply states "2-year/24,000 mile nationwide warranty" which is rather misleading. read more

In 40+ years of maintaining a vehicle, this is the first time I have ever filed complaints with consumer protection agencies such as CA BAR and BBB. Kate and her business ktech is by far, the very worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair facility. you pay premium rates for cheap parts and shoddy labor. If you are considering ktech as an option, don't. do yourself one huge favor and go anywhere else. Review below: UPDATE: parts fail: 16 months and 19k miles post ktech "repair", rotors/discs and brakes failed. Mechanic fixing the problem says "no wonder, these are low quality parts" UPDATE: parts fail. 13 months and 12k miles post ktech replacing the wheel bearings, they have failed. reason: ktech uses the cheapest after market garbage parts. Good wheel bearings are supposed to last 100k miles. These lasted 12k miles. UPDATE: parts fail. 11 months past the lashed-together "repair" work . Emissions Parts have now failed. Mechanic who is re-doing the same repairs says "who did this work?!" SUMMARY: I made the mistake of trusting ktech to be capable, honest and well-intentioned. That was a huge and very costly mistake on my part. JOY RIDING: Is the CA BAR's term for a repair facility using a customer's car for their own personal or business purposes. During the final week k-tech had my car, their chief mechanic and manager put 460 personal miles in the vehicle Although the in/out mileage recorded on invoices verifies the unaccounted for extra mileage,, Kate the owner refuses to compensate me for it. She does not deny it happened.She simply refuses to compensate for it. OVERVIEW: It took K-tech 25 days to complete a repair they told me would take a few days. I took it to them for emissions work, which they deceptively and immediately declared to be "completed" in order to get me to commit to 4.5k worth of extras, tie rods, brakes, ABS, etc. After that major work was done, we found out the emissions stuff had not been fixed at all. In the following weeks, 3X they declared the car "fixed", and 3X it malfunctioned immediately and had to be returned to them. Incompetent. THE BAIT: Everything about the way they present and sell themselves to customers. THE BAIT: They solicited my business by telling me they were Volvo emissions repair specialists who were in a business partnership with a reputable, well established STAR compliance repair facility in Santa Rosa. THE SWITCH: Ktech has no partnership with any STAR inspection facilities. and clearly they know very little about repairing Volvo emissions systems. They were unable to complete the actual emissions repair that I paid them for, which was to make the car ready to pass the CA STAR inspection. $4300 and 3+ weeks, and the car still failed the inspection. THE SWITCH: The guy with all the certificates hanging on the wall is not the guy who does actual work. Kate the owner does none of the work. So don't believe photos of them diligently working on cars with happy smiling faces. I saw one anonymous mechanic in the back with no visible credentials who was doing the actual work. One guy doing the work (clearly identifiable because of having grease and oil on his clothes), and other people in clean uniforms posing as technicians. The shop always seemed to be overbooked, many cars sitting around half done. THE TRUTH: Their prices are higher than dealership repair prices. I was willing to pay the extra because I was short on time leaving for a cross country trip, and thought I would be receiving top notch professional service. In the end, Ktech delivered faulty, amateur level repair work. Their true expertise lies within the art of the swindle, which they perpetrate systematically upon the customer. THE DISS: Once ktech had my car and a significant financial investment from me for that first "repair" they just shelved the project. Most days, nothing new had happened, no new information, and I still had no car. Eventually they stopped answering or returning my calls. I had to finally take the bus to their location, and appear in person just to find out what was going on and why I was being ignored. PASS THE BUCK, GOOD COP/BAD COP: In response to my physical appearance at the shop and request for no BS information regarding this never ending repair and shell game, Kate the owner told me it was out of her hands, and I better try and figure it out by talking to her employee mechanic, a big intimidating guy with an attitude and no authority, and also no information. The entire ktech techie-uniformed crew played this same type of game for weeks, I had the feeling they had perpetrated this M.O. countless times previously. It was teamwork designed to wear the prey down, and it works, and they know that. read more

So I took my Jeep here for a freeze plug replacement. They were nice to me and got my freeze plug replaced quickly, it was pricey but quality work. When I went to pick up my car they told me that I had a blown head gasket and my car was not drivable. And they got me, they really made me believe it was blown. So we sat down an they quoted me over $3000 to fix. This was intense to hear a price so high but I didn't feel I had a choice. I even expressed to them that I was low on $ and they wanted to set up payment plans and everything. They took it very far. After thinking about it and just using my girlfriends car to get to work I decided I would take the risk and go drive my car away from K-tech. My car drove perfectly. It is now a over a year and 20,000 miles later( the owner Kate told me I would be lucky if my car lasted a week before the engine blowing ). I want everyone to know this because I was as close as it gets to agreeing to pay over $3000 for a problem that did not exist. And I don't want this happening to others. Please be careful with his shop(any shop for that matter). I also really don't like to write bad reviews, but they almost literally took thousands of dollars from me for fixing something that wasn't broken or even damaged. I did have a very pleasant experience at K-Tech when I brought in my 2012 Subaru Forester for 50k service. I did feel the price was a bit high. They told me that they found an oil leak and needed to do extensive testing. After the test was completed, they quoted me $1700 to completely take apart the engine and reseal it. I took the car to Tillett's in Santa Rosa (Subaru specialist) today for a second opinion. The owner personally spoke to me, told me my car is perfectly fine, the engine is fine, and the repair is absolutely unnecessary. He personally checked it out and had his top technician check it also. After reading additional reviews of K-Tech, I see I am not the first person that they've attempted to overcharge for unnecessary work. I'll be taking my business to Tillett's from now on. read more

After being bombarded by mailers from this group, I needed car work ,and thought since they bug me constantly with mailers, I'd call them and see what they'd say about my car issue. The phone rang, clicked and a message came up saying the call would be recored....then it rang some more and a guy said "K-TECH, can you wait a minute?" sure I said. Not knowing the guy had blown me off completely. I was recording the call as well, and at 5minutes I hung up and called again...I went through the cycle again and the guy picked up ...and was rude. "Im the only one here" was his excuse for blowing my call off. ( I called around 9am or so ) I asked to speak to his supervisor. he blew that Idea off as well. Oh ! the guy did mention it's a $150.for their "lets see what's wrong fee" even if youve been to 4 other mechanics at 120 bucks a pop,.. Who provided printed out diagnostic review of what's wrong. " nope everyone pays 150...no matter what" ! They guy was a totally negative jerk. My First Impression..... My first impression of this Mechanic shop is to not do business with them, since they act as though they don't need more work, it's most likely you'll be over charged for their work and there work can be less, than a shop that take pride in customer service. Updating this to respond. Below is a comment from the shop... but I'm not sure she read my review. I was interested in a single repair, yes, but mainly I was looking for a service estimate. For example, if you call up just about any shop in the country, they'll give you a set price for their basic oil change, tire rotation, brakes, and other routine items. They always make clear that it's their standard price, and that if they discovered an issue, that would be handled separately. Pretty "business as usual." If a shop doesn't have a set price range for specific, routine service, that throws a flag for me. If there's no standard rate, how do you know every customer is being treated/charged equally? I've personally known people who own small repair shops who make deals for frequent customers - but they still had a set price list for routine items. I used to live next to a small garage, and their routine service prices were posted right on the wall (changed as needed, but always upfront). I've worked at a large business that had an attached vehicle repair department - again, standard prices for standard services, sometimes vehicle-specific. I'm not ignorant or naive about these things. So, I appreciate her comments and offer for a cup of free coffee (??? Do customers normally pay for coffee in the waiting area at K-Tech?), but she simply confirmed that they don't have a set price list for anything - and I'm not terribly confident in that. People should be aware of this. There is a certain potential for abuse in such a system, and it's a shame that they choose to do business that way, because other customers seem to be quite happy with their mechanics' work. read more

Really pleased with these guys. I was stranded in Sonoma County with a dead Prius. I took it to one place and they had no idea of how to fix it after spending a day trying. From the first conversation with Robert, I was in great hands. He told me the issue while on my first call with him. Once I got there to drop off the car, they had a loaner ready for me. Hell, he even helped me move my luggage from one car to the other! Talk about service! When it came to the upgrade and replacements, they were extremely reasonable on price and charges. As a woman, I have been concerned about being taken advantage of by car repair shops, but never here. Last time I was in, i had wrecked my car. Admittedly, I was really upset. Hello Called k-tech asked for the shop rate he told me that it is better not to go with shop rate.to my understanding we need to know the shop rate as cutomers it is fair to know. so i ask for a quote for a Saturn Vue standerd V6. i said to him how much for Valve adjustment he said let me look it up he came back with over price adjustment $600 which means his shop rate is way over 100.00 a hour this is not fair and thay say shop local. read more

Be careful with this shop. The work was good, the price was terrible. They charged me more for a brake job than the dealership would, and $200 more than another shop would. I will never go back. read more

At first I was told $200 est for a simple coolant hose repair. That it would be ready the next day by tia. Then after I was told a ton of extra things had to be done by another tech. Then I was told by tia everything was expected to be done Tuesday. Then tia called me back and said that air had gotten into the coolant system and that it had to be flushed out so it wasn't going to be ready until the next morning. Then when I got there at 12pm the next day. I saw that the hood was still up on my car. So I waited around In Sebastopol until 4pm hoping to finally get my car back after a week. Arriving back at the shop at 4pm I was told that it needed a hose replaced because the original hose they got was wrong. How is it that one day I'm being told 1 thing by 1 person. But the next day when that person isn't working I'm being told another? What's going on here? Then when asking to speak to the owner was told that she was not going to ever be available to speak with by the general manager? Like what?! read more

I was in from out of town and my oil service light went on. My dad was able to get an appointment quickly and right away. The front reception staff were friendly and informative. Service was completed as promised for an oil change. Great place for automotive needs!! read more

Sorry, I disagree. I have gone to K-Tech several times and always feel overcharged and under customer-serviced. Last time I went, my car broke down 2x within days of their "fixing" it. Lousy response on their part. Finally took it elsewhere where they fixed the problem. Not going to catch me going there again. read more

I had a great first time experience with K-Tech! Excellent customer service. Monica was really friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to find an affordable solution to my car trouble while keeping me updated each step of the way. I also love that there is a 2 year warranty on the part, which gives me peace of mind. Great location off of downtown Sebastopol. Really appreciate that they participate in the GoLocal rewards bucks program and their refer-a-friend program (got to give a free oil change to my friend who sent me to them). I plan to go back next time I need work done. I do wish that they had more loaner cars (they were all out so I didn't get to use one for the few days my car was with them). read more
