Noticed my car was pulling to the right a little. Stopped in on my way to RP to have it checked. Service rep stated it was probably a slow leak due to nail, "we see it all the time". Stated they could check it and if able to repair they could do it while I wait. Unfortunately, at that time I had somewhere I needed to be so he put more air in the tire and overfilled it Just a tad to get me over the next couple days and told me to keep an eye on the pressure. I did what he said and came back in two days and sure enough, there was a nail in the tire and they were able to repair it with a plug. I was on my way in about 20 minutes and it cost about $27 which I thought was fair and worth it, until it's time for me to buy new tires. 3 weeks later (at the time of this review) tire pressure is still holding at the correct pressure. Oh absolutely I would recommend Kalemba's. Called and confirmed they could provide service, so drove over and they took my car within 5 minutes. Nail in my tire was patched up in less than 30. Nice comfy waiting room where I plugged my laptop in and worked. They also have a nice seating area outside too. Didn't really get to do much work, but didn't mind the speedy service at all. Are they efficient, are they hustling? For sure. Competitive rates?--check. Good communication?--check. Knowledgable?--check. I must have taken up an hour or more of Todd's time trying to figure out what I wanted for my truck. Spacers, lift kits, offsets... on and on! In the end I learned a lot and they did not get their sale. What they did get is my trust. I came in thinking one of my tires was compromised, but luckily it wasn't. The team here immediately brought my car in, removed the sus tire to inspect as well as inspected the other tires, and reassured me everything was fine. Yet again Kalemba's Tire Service has proven themselves to be the most honest, trustworthy and thorough auto shop I have ever dealt with. They just did some repairs that the dealer didn't do correctly, and they came in faster than I thought and under the estimate. They have repeatedly steered me away from doing anything unnecessary, which is a huge credit to their integrity, as I was prepared to spend a lot more on my old Subaru, but they carefully explained what did not need to be done, and found the things that really did need to be done. Great experience with this place. I showed up 45 minutes before closing one Sunday, they took care of me in 25 minutes and I was back on the road. I had a deflated tire, and they were able to plug it at a very reasonable price. In addition, they were nice enough to top off the remaining tires, including the spare.
