She fed each pet twice a day and walked the dog twice a day (when requested - our trip schedule was complicated and we also had other help from a friend). She even played with the cats and bought them a toy. I definitely recommend. Her fees are very reasonable for the caring services she provides. Sadly I found Barbara late in our 4 year San Diego move, just before we moved away to Denver. Very sad that it took me so long to find her. She's wonderful, caring and goes out of her way for you and your pets. I very much recommend her if you need pet services while you're out of the house or out of town.

This was the first time her and I ever traveled…read moreand hired a company to care for them (we usually just called in favors with friends or neighbors). Needless to say, we were SCARED. Sara (owner of Sarandipity- cute, huh?) and Laura (sitter) came by a day or two before our trip. Met the cats (well, the two of the three that weren't hiding) and we all discussed their care and any concerns while we were gone. Both Sara and Laura are very nice and down to earth - not judging our disheveled house (we just moved in) and the fact that we were frightened (feral cat kind of frightened) to leave. While gone, we received daily texts of collaged pictures and a quick update with how well the cats were doing. Laura (the sitter) kept us tuned in with our cat that was a little anti-social and even asked US for particulars on what SHE could do to assist HIM through his shyness. The trip was great - but we were definitely in a hurry to get home. The house was just as we had left it. Mail brought in, litter box changed, fresh water and dry food given, and Thank God the cats didn't create throw any crazy spraying parties while we were gone. Sarandipity also created a daily log for Laura to complete while visiting the house, (times she came, what she did and the moods of each cat). Thank you Sara and Laura! I have a pit bull so it is not always easy finding a kennel that will board and play with the dogs, and even let her play with other dogs who could take the wrestling and had the energy... The owner was very accommodating, I called the friday night before I needed to board sat morning, he had to do something in the morning so he gave me the option of bringing Emmie that night, at no charge, or bringing her before 7am the next day... Emmie was happy, healthy, and clean when I picked her up... I will update my review as I use him more, since I just had a customer service issue with my other kennel... But I look forward to building a relationship with this new kennel...

We met with Victor prior to the booking and he was very detailed oriented, taking careful notes and asking good questions which made us feel confident leaving our two very high maintenance cats in his capable hands. I like that TCK specializes in cat sitting only and they offer a wide variety of booking options from short visits to overnight stays. The intake forms are extremely thorough and lengthy which I actually appreciated so the sitter had all the feeding details and habits for our two cats. I also really like the fact that their sitters are vetted, insured by the company, and experienced at administering medication as we have an asthmatic cat. They are a little expensive but the comfort of knowing you're getting a reliable service and a reliable sitter is well worth it.

Their pricing is VERY reasonable for this type of service. I have a 65 pound Golden Retriever and requested a basic bath with teeth brushing and ear cleaning, and my dog Steven was done and fully dry in an hour and 10 minutes, which is incredible considering how much fur he has. Was charged $120 for services, not including the 20% tip I left on top. Kellie is SO sweet and I instantly knew that she'd be great with Steven. We are very happy campers and SO glad we discovered Puppy Momo's!
