Great shop! I was able to drop my beach cruiser off for new tires and they had it done the next day! They have all their prices up on a big board when you walk in. They have new bikes for sale as well as some other biking essentials (helmets, etc.). We would definitely bring our bikes back in to K-Man Cyclery for any needed services. read more

Highly recommended. Friendly and efficient. Quick turnaround on our bicycle repairs.

Forest saved my bike trip! Cycling 400 miles with a group of buddies along the coast this week and popped a spoke after the first day. Came in and he fixed it in 20 minutes. Can't thank you enough Forest! Highly recommend this bike shop! read more

These guys are awesome! Both Dayn and Forrest were great to work with, and a special shout-out to Forrest who went out of his way to install several accessories on my new bike that I had purchased elsewhere. Very low-key and professional. You won't go wrong with these folks! read more

Lots of stock, helpful staff, and easy parking. It's hard to find going south on Paso Robles St. The signage is blocked. Going north on PR St. off from US 101 it's easy to see. read more

Customer service matters. A lot. And K-Man delivers. During my most recent experience at K-Man my daily commuter bike required extensive repairs to the rear wheel and derailer. Unfortunately for me, I would have to suffer through a week without one of my most-used tools. On the estimated delivery day, I phoned late in the afternoon for an update, only to be told that my repairs were not scheduled to begin until the following week--there was clearly a breakdown in communication and I was frustrated. The employee apologized but told me that there was not much he could do at this stage without bumping other people. I let it go at that and readied myself for another week without my bike. I was angry but it served no purpose as nobody intentionally dropped the ball; life happens sometimes. Later that evening I received an unexpected call from K-Man's manager. Apparently the employee I spoke to had relayed the content of our earlier conversation to his manager, who then drove up to Paso after hours and teamed up with the employee to get my work done. They had the repairs done that night and my bike was ready for pickup. No person or business is perfect, but some are far better than others at reacting to missteps. K-Man took a bad situation and turned it into a positive. I am grateful for their efforts and pleased to discover that true customer service is still alive and well. I will take every bit of business I can to K-Man. You should too. read more

Brought three bikes in, all in need of a lot of tuning, pad replacement, brake hydraulics work... all three were done early the next day. First ride out and we were astonished, they were like new bikes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great resource for local area. read more

I purchased one bike from them and they do the maintenance on both of my bikes. They do great work at a fair price!

Excellent service. They have a really nice showroom with bikes for all ages and needs.

Great service not overly prices and work done on time and right first time around. This is a small business feels good to support it.

There YELP page said "open now" at 3:30 on Saturday. Got there at 3:45 and no one there with the closes at 5:00pm crossed out with a sharpie and a hand written 4:00pm. Not cool. Update your damn hours! You can wait to get stoned until 5:01. read more

Bikes are nice. Good location. I don't think paso lives up to the hype when it comes to biking. read more

Very friendly, helpful and professional employee!! Would recommend this great bike shop if you are in the Paso Robles area.

Paso is a cycling Mecca (Peachy Canyon anyone?) and when I visit I try to bring my bike and do some rides. Rushing to leave the Bay Area, I arrive in Paso and realize my floor pump is sitting in my garage... Duh?! searching for local bike shops to see where I can pump up my tires (presta valves of course), I stop into K-man. I look around and then tell the mechanic my sad story.... He looks in his tool box and hands me a schrader/presta converter and says this will work. Do I owe him anything? Nope.... Just an "Enjoy your rides!" If I ever need anything while in Paso, K-man is my place! The art of customer service lives here! Allez, Allez! read more

K-Man Cyclery is the Best Bike Shop. I have been a customer of K-Man Cyclery since the year 2000. For decades now K-Man has had the products and service I have needed to keep my ride healthy; and all at a very fair price. The Store Team at K-Man has always been super friendly and welcoming. I shop at both stores; one in Atascadero and one in Paso Robles and both are equally 5-Star experiences. Other great things about K-Man Cyclery are: the weekly rides, the employee and owner dedication to the community, and the local adult Sport Team -- teamkman(dot)org) --. read more

I was traveling to Cambria to ride with friends when I discovered my thru axle was left at home. After frantically looking up local shops and calling, we drove to K-Man. They were so helpful trying to locate one and even called other area shops for me. When none were found, a rental road bike was fitted and out the door for me in no time. The fit on the rental was fast, but it was perfect. I was able to salvage a ride with friends and enjoyed a beautiful day on the bike thanks to their assistance! read more
