Trinity Cyclery is great! I took my daughter's TRI-Bike in for a complete tune up, tires/tubes, cables, and wrap. They were fairly priced and we had the bike back inside a week. Everything came out great! I highly recommend them! Cheers! read more

Absolutely grateful for Alex at Trinity! My bike needed a lot of work and Alex walked me through a lot of options for replacing and upgrading bad parts on my bike. I am very thankful for the honesty of Trinity cyclery and grateful for Alex who allowed me to choose which parts to replace. Had a couple of old DaHon bicycles that hadn't been used in a while. They worked their magic on them and made them perform like new. Thanks Mitch read more

The staff here is hands down 10 out of 10! I came in looking for a new bike and wanted something I could ride comfortably as a 6' 7" giant. Everyone I dealt with listened to my input and helped me select the perfect bike. No crazy upsell or run-around. Once the bike was ordered, they even helped get me fitted and ready to roll. Trinity Cyclery - Bikes Near Me - Grover Beach, California

Went in with a STUCK pedal on a recently acquired bike. The guys at Trinity jumped all over it immediately; had to remove the crank arm, remove the pedal from the spindle, heat and cool, and get creative to get the pedal out. I received a text message the same day to let me know it was ready to be picked up. I had mentioned that the bike had been shipped to me and wasn't packaged well. The guys checked it out for me without asking, straightened out a bent rear disc rotor, made a quick adjustment to the front derailleur, and looked up the paint code through trek for me so I could grab some touch up paint. Above and beyond. Much appreciated, gents! read more

Best bike shop in all of SLO county! The staff are all SO friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only bike shop that I will take my bikes to get repaired and only place I'll buy a new bike from. Support local, support amazing businesses like this one, highly recommend. read more

It's not often I leave a 5 star review. This shop deserves a 10 though. We've taken our bikes many places however the group at trinity surpasses them all. 1. The way the treat you is phenomenal they have customer service down. Friendly, yet professional, knowledgeable; they are cyclists and get who you are. They seem to genuinely to care. 2. They have a decent supply of products. 3. Price they are very reasonable. They found things that should have been fixed by another shop and weren't and showed us the parts. They had a bike ready when they said and they txt to let us know it was ready. This will be our go to shop as long as we are here. read more

I wasn't visiting a friend in Grover Beach and had a problem with my front derailer and needed new tires. I brought it in to Trinity Cyclery. They fixed the problems and a few more. They were quick (same day) and very fair pricing. If you live in the area or visiting a friend, I would highly recommend them. read more

My daughter bought me a electric bike for Christmas. The bike was damaged in transit. It was bought straight from the factory. We called the company Lectric and told them the problem. Sent me the parts and told me to take to Trinity and have it repaired. Trinity charged me $30 to repair. I sent receipt to Lectric and they paid me $80, $50 for my time. Everyone at Trinity was nice and professional read more

These fellas are just neighborhood champions. I parachuted into their shop over the weekend after busting a gear shifter while riding between Central & Southern California...and Luke slide aside his work queue to accommodate me & get me back out on the road ASAP. Saved my day, saved my trip. With a smile on his face. I'll stop by this joint every time I'm in town. I've seen a lot of bike shops, and I can't recommend this one any higher. read more

This shop was excellent to me! I stopped in during the holidays and they were extremely helpful. I was looking for a bit of advice and a shock pump but they went as for as to help me get my bike all setup and give me advice on tuning it in the future. Definitely didn't need to go out of their way to do anything other than sell me the pump but they were very patient and helpful. Would absolutely recommend! read more

On my way to Montana de Oro i noticed my bike needing some repairs ( flat tire). The team here were so helpful, friendly and honest - and had me back on the road in minutes. If i could give them more stars i would! read more

My bike got crunched by a car and when I got feeling better I went to a bike shop in SLO excited to get a new Trek bike - and honestly was really surprised by the low level of service or even just basic help. Then I went to Trinity Cyclery - WOW - absolutely Amazing from beginning to end. Every single person there genuinely Cares about you and what you need or are looking for. When you buy a bike, you're also going to have an ongoing relationship as you get tune ups, etc, so the people you will be working with really matter. I am SO thankful I decided to give Trinity a try. I'm a customer for life. THANK YOU to Everyone there. read more

Just went looking and came home with two. Alex was awesome and had lots of useful information that helped us with our decision. They are definitely a 5 Star place! read more

I took my bike in, which hadn't been serviced in 10 years. They did a "tune up" and put on a new chain and fixed my gear shifting. They somehow got the rust off my wheel rims and the bike rides like brand new!! I can't believe what great work they did! I highly recommend this business for anyone that rides a bike! Great work, fair price, fast turn around time! Thank you Trinity Cyclery!! read more

These guys deliver exceptional service. I've stopped in here a few more times for random things. Had a super irritating creak in my mountain bike while on the trail. Brought it in to see if I could schedule an appointment to figure out the source (since I know all bike shops are crazy busy right now). Surprisingly, Derek spent about 15 minutes testing it out right then and there, checking a bunch of different potential sources. He narrowed it down to something around the seat/seat post. But none of the obvious culprit bolts were a problem...So we scheduled an appointment for more follow up for a few weeks out. I took it home and - building on his detective work - found two pieces of sand that had wedged down the seat tube causing the creak/crack noise. When I called the shop to cancel the appointment, the guy on the phone congratulated me and said he was happy I was able to solve it. :-) Then last week I special-ordered a kryptonite 4' chain lock for a trip this week. They texted me when it arrived, and I showed up the next day. Their supplier sent them the 2.5' chain instead of the 4'. I'm leaving tomorrow. Problematic. We tested the 2.5' chain and it'll work just enough for what I need, so Luke told me to take the chain and lock while they get the supplier to send the right item. This means I have something for this trip. No charge. No hassles. The shop will take care of it, and when they get the right item, I'll just bring back the lock. This is just incredibly good service. I run my own business and want my own service team to be this good! read more

Solid shop, honest and quick work, excellent communication and patience. LUKE and MAX were super cool, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a flat fix and they said bring her in worries. I somehow maneuvered my Electra cruiser (with flats on both ends) into the back seat of my Volkswagen Passat (which Luke was impressed with haha) and they each helped me manage getting it out and back in. I seriously appreciate that quality of service! They fixed her up fast and really inexpensively. With how damn busy they are with the whole pandemic, people buying out bicycles like crazy, they are so kind and made me feel like they truly cared, especially for such a tiny flat fix. Thank you guys! I strongly recommend!! read more

I just bought myself my first bike in 23 years and I couldn't be happier with the customer service, knowledge and overall experience shopping at Trinity Cyclery. I did a ton of research online and found the bike I wanted and put out a request on Yelp to local bike shops. The owner of Trinity responded in minutes and happened to be the only place that had the bike I wanted to look at. Within one day they had it assembled and ready for me. I drove down and spent a solid hour in the shop with Max and he helped size me for the right bike and talked me through all my options. He was patient, kind and very cheerful! (That is a relief in these Covid days!) I ended up getting the bike I went in there for and couldn't be happier. They even had an awesome selection of helmets and accessories at great prices! Big Shout Out to Trinity! They are local and care about their patrons. read more

I've had bike maintenance done at least 4 times. I've found that parts and labor prices are very reasonable and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Best customer service. We have bought 6 Electra townies! We love our bikes. Awesome bike accessories.

Mitch helped to answer all my questions about which bikes would be good for my husband and I. No pressure sales and informative about our options for warranty, tune ups, etc... The shop has a mellow vibe despite how busy it can be and I appreciated the follow up when we put a couple of bikes on hold since we live out of the area and needed a way to get them home. Mitch even helped us make sure our rack was secure for our trek home. We've been enjoying our new rides and will be back to Trinity in the future for sure! read more

We stay at Pismo Coast Village & were told by guests & staff , "if you have bike problems, you can count on Trinity!" I purchased an upgraded bike slime/tube and within 2 days it got pinched and blew a 1/2" hole... flat tire. I took my tire & tube back and Luke (the awesome owner) fixed it with a new tube & made my tire ready to be put on my bike! What a nice shop, easy to find, easy parking, and an amazing staff of caring people! Thanks for the kind help Luke! read more

I love this place! They provide great service and go above and beyond. An old fashioned neighborhood store that you can rarely find anymore. I have a road bike and a very old hybrid bike, both of which I take to them for repairs. I also have inline skates that keep causing me issues and they have been kind enough to help me with the skates even though that is not what a bike shop does. Most places would just tell me to go somewhere else but they work on fixing the problem. Great place, great people! read more

Best service + best price + most trustable bike shop in town! The only shop recommend and will use

These guys are awesome!! Im really tough on my mountain bike and have absolutely no bike mechanical aptitude to back my harsh riding style... Thank God there's Trinity! These Built my bike, service my bike and give great advice on new parts!! Without them I'd be in serious trouble.... Whether you're an advanced nutcase careening down Morning Glory or the toughest rock garden SLO has to offer ... or you're just starting out this is your place. Best service ever! We didn't know anything about mountain bikes, & Sonya helped us pick out the best ones for our needs. We could tell that she wasn't just trying to take our money, but genuinely wanted to help us make the best choice. Everyone else was also very friendly & helpful. We can't recommend Trinity Cyclery enough, & we're so glad this was the bike shop we went to. read more

We were camping at the Pismo Beach North campground and our Trek bike had a chain mishap. The folks at Trinity cycle saw us right away. Not only did they fix our chain, but they recognized that it was on a Trek fix it list. So for free they added a. component that would prevent further chain issues, and gave us lots of information on how to prevent chain issues in the future. Add to that that there is a fabulous Japanese restaurant right next-door where we had lunch, it was a perfect experience. read more

Over the years I have done business with this Bike shop but today they went over the top! Mitch, one of the Owners really knows how to take care of the customer! He is personable, kind and courteous in many ways! We have bought 4 bikes from him to date and Trinity really has assisted in my questions, a tweak on the bike and good recommendations to equipment! I tell my friends when they ask where I got my bike - Trinity Cyclery is the local 5 cities shop for me! Thanks again and keep up the good work! read more

Just got our son's first bike! Fun, fantastic experience from the second we walked in! Great local business!

On vacation I awoke to two flat tires on my mountain bike! Disaster! But I took the bike in to Trinity and David had my tires repaired in minutes. I appreciated his attention to detail when he pointed out that the inner part oF the wheels had manufacturing burrs that could damage tires. He took extra care to file them down. He then knew exactly where I could order a rear rack and panniers when I asked about that. He installed those very inexpensively for me. All done with a great smile! I highly recommend this shop! read more
