However, we'd wouldn't mind paying more for really good work...so we checked the reviews on Yelp and contacted Aragonz Cleaning. Emely replied and visited the next day to assess the situation. My wife and Emely spent about 20 minutes walking through our place and had a friendly chat about various items. I thought Emely was very personable and she promised to send us an estimated cost for a monthly cleaning the next day. A few things to note. We live in the Trilogy development in Nipomo...our house is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 1,910 square feet, but the area to be cleaned is closer to 1,750...and people tell us we keep the property almost spotless. Emely's estimate was $750 for each visit. While I'm sure she'd do a very good job, that number seems to include what's called a "Trilogy premium". All of our previous cleaners were 2 person teams who spent 2-3 hours and charged $150-200. Regarding our rating - Emely and her crew might do a 5 star job, but her $750 request for a small tidy home was way off the mark. So 3 stars seems to be most reasonable.

It should have been an easy job since nobody lived here and no furniture. The day of... she showed up very late, I had to call and ask when she was going to show up. She couldn't follow basic instructions on where the lock box was. She couldn't figure out how to open a basic sliding door. She refused to clean sticky residue because she didn't bring the right cleaning supply for it. She left and sent pictures after she left... not while she was still there in case I saw something that needed fixing. It was very hard to tell from the pictures how clean things were. I sent my neighbor over to check it right after the left... the door was left unlocked and the floors were filthy. She made an excuse for everything. Including the unlocked door... claiming she would never do such a thing. If the door was locked then my neighbor couldn't walk right in! He sent me videos moments after they left of dust and dirt on the floors. Again, so many excuses. When she finished she said she should have charged me more because I lied about how many rooms there were. Wow! What a way to treat a customer. Again, we had a phone call where I told her how many rooms, she had a video tour of each room, and she came in here for herself. She could have called before starting if there was an issue for her. Like a profession would have done. Lacking basic communication skills and blaming the customer for her inability to quote a job. I sent her these pictures of the filth and told her we were upset. Again, excuses and refused a refund. She said the dust from upstairs must have made its way down and since we requested no chemicals on the floor also she couldn't do her job properly. We were never told this would be such an issue for her. She claims to be a green cleaner on Yelp. So which excuse was it?? My neighbors hand that wiped the floors... shown moments after she left proves that it wasn't dust from upstairs. And my steam mop with water only seemed to get the dirt up easily. We could see circles of dust around the areas she pushed a mop. It was such a poor job. I would not hire this company or trust them in your home.

I recently came across 2 youth bikes that were going to be trashed. For the sake of saving our landfills as well as providing for a child in need, I decided to have the bikes assessed for safety so they could be regifted. I am a huge supporter of local bunsinesses and have used Trinity Cyclery in the past for service on my strollers. I took both bikes to the shop. Within a week, they were able to diagnose the work that would need to be done to get the bikes safely up and running. Knowing that my intention was to donate the bikes to a child in need and despite how busy they were, they still took the time to perform this task. Trinity Cyclery provided every detail perfomed on the bikes and, without hesitation, donated the labor!!! I had not asked or requested this of them. Knowing the situation, they stepped up to contrubute to their community. This is as local as you can get. There is not another bike store or any store that provides the customer service that this store does. I have taken my son's bike in for tune ups, new wheels and brake fixing. I have always been so pleased with the staff, the cleanliness of the store and the knowledge they all have. They truly know there stuff and are always busy with repairs but it is so worth the wait. Today I had to bring my son's bike in to have the wheel replaced after some bullies bent it the night before. This is his only transportation and coming in on a holiday weekend hoping to have it fixed I knew was not going to happen. These guys went above and beyond customer service and gave up one of their personal wheels so that my son would have transportation AND had it done by the end of the day. I am just in tears for joy and releif. They are by far the best bike shop and repair ever. They are honest, knowledgeable and care about their customers. read more

Nice bikes, not the best service. I purchased a rather expensive cruiser made by Phat Cycles. When they helped load it into my car, they jammed the bike seat into a metal part of my folded down seats, tearing a big hole in the bike seat. I was in the front yelling to stop, but to my dismay, the seat was ripped too quickly. They just shoved the bike into my car with zero care for either the bike or my car. I thought it was really rude to treat my car and my brand new bike with such little regard. They just said "oh well, we can't guarantee anything since we're not required to help you load the bike". So I had to put electrical tape on my brand new bike until I could order a new seat from amazon... They should have provided a new seat, but since they took no responsibility for their actions, I certainly wasn't going to buy a new seat from them. read more

The best shop in the county! I have gone there for over five years looking for bicycles, parts, and knowledge; and they have it all! The two brothers that own the shop are awesome. They talked me through any questions I had with utmost patience and kindness, and showed what would be best for me, rather than trying to sell me something I don't need or want. More than that, they are excellent mechanics, fixing whatever issues I had with my bicycles and ordering whatever parts were necessary as quickly as they could. First class business! Trinity donated a bike for the end of the year prize awarded to the most dedicated student at AGHS weight loss class. My son won it! He used that bike daily for over 2 years, to and from school, used it to get to his martial art class too. He continued to lose more weight and keep it off. The best part was his newfound confidence. Today, he's at Cuesta full time and works full time. He's motivated and dedicated to become a doctor. Trinity is a blessing to our community. Wow i went into Trinity Cyclery to browse around. I found the Bikes to be so overpriced. I tried to ask the owner a couple questions about one of the bikes however he was so rude and cut me off in the middle of my sentence to answer his cell phone and walked off. I stood there for a few minutes to wait and see if he was going to come back and finish talking to me. He started yelling at some kids that were looking at one of the bikes, so i just left. That whole place was just not some place i want to shop. read more

I have received fantastic service each and every time I have visited this shop. Initially, I had to have a dog jogger installed which required some customizing. I was only charged for the new replacement piece and not for the hour + involved for the installation. They helped me in selecting a new bike rack and showed me how to attach it to my car along with my bike. Since then, I have returned with my husband's bike for a full tune-up and up-grades. Repair shop fixed my rear derailleur for a fair price and fast. They correctly serviced the requested issue. They also provided an estimate of additional items that are beyond normal wear (there is no dispute the rear cassette is missing teeth). There was no pressure to perform the additional services.
