I am used to these types of stores having very friendly and helpful employees. Not impressed by this one, won't be going back. On the positive- the service was quick and their communication was decent.

They also walked me through checking my bolts and lubricating everything that needed it. My most recent visit was for a tune-up after a rear tire replacement and a few months of riding -- my shifting was a mess, and it turned out there were several things contributing to it.
