Since moving to the Central Coast two years ago, we hadn't ridden our bikes. They're very busy so we couldn't get scheduled until about three weeks out, which worked fine for us. It was definitely worth the wait! Everyone was helpful on drop off and pickup. They let us drop off the bikes the day before and when we picked them up they were clean and had a very thorough inspection. Even let us know the pipe to attach the seat was the wrong size which causes the seat to loosen up and noted some cracks on two tires but indicated they wouldn't need replacing until next year. They offered to back order the part for us for the seat so that we can come back when ready. Really great staff, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly! We were visiting from out of town and I had just bought my son a bike. The pedal kept coming off and I didn't have the proper tools to fix it. We walked a couple of blocks to this shop. It's super clean inside. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The selection of bikes looked great and they had some really great accessories. I would like to say, hands down a great place to go. My experience was far from perfect, but too it's credit, far from ordinary. My order had to be special order, as I already suspected. Thanks to covid shipping regulations and manufacturing slowing down, it took a considerable time. Through it all, they kept a cool positive progression and in the end everything went well. Like I said, an odd and difficult order to fill. The were able to fulfill the order reasonably and personably. They followed up responsibly, and kept good on their word. I have had several bikes worked on and they have done a fantastic job on each of them, doing superior work and providing pricing that I can easily afford, many times offering discounts when I go to pay Recently I came to possess an old beach cruiser bike....in a box....completely disassembled. Luke went above and beyond the call of duty, suggesting parts (many times less $$ than I had planned for) and putting the whole bike back together again. A lot of the work he had to correct some of the fittings the became impossible once I had the frame powder coated (he had to hand sand the parts down). He provided the extra labor free of charge.
