I have been searching for an electric bike and someone recommended Gazelle as a great quality ebike. Trinity was one dealer who carries this bike. Mitch spent a good amount of time listening to what I needed for my situation, analyzing, ordering and preparing the bikes that we thought would work best. He has done as much as possible to make sure that I find the bike that works best for me. You could not ask for better customer care anywhere. read more

I had my bicycle worked on recently. The customer service was awesome very Professional and polite. I highly recommend this place. I've lived in the five cities my whole life. Born and raised. Thank you guys for your outstanding customer service. Five stars. Very happy... I will Definitely be back. read more

Since moving to the Central Coast two years ago, we hadn't ridden our bikes. They're very busy so we couldn't get scheduled until about three weeks out, which worked fine for us. It was definitely worth the wait! Everyone was helpful on drop off and pickup. They let us drop off the bikes the day before and when we picked them up they were clean and had a very thorough inspection. Even let us know the pipe to attach the seat was the wrong size which causes the seat to loosen up and noted some cracks on two tires but indicated they wouldn't need replacing until next year. They offered to back order the part for us for the seat so that we can come back when ready. Really great staff, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly! We are most definitely coming back! read more

Great service and prices and vast knowledge!! Started with purchasing my daughter her "forever" bike and then came in for a tune up on mine and purchasing kiddo a new helmet. They dont try to over or up sell customers and are kind and gracious all the way around!! read more

My favorite bike shop on the central coast - not only for their products, but also for service, attitude, and overall helpfulness. Head mechanic (and owner) Luke has also spent his own time showing me around local mountain bike trails, and has always done what he can to get my bike rolling as fast as possible. I'll keep coming back here for life! read more

Had an axel/chain issue and was only in town for the weekend. Took the bike to Trinity and was helped by a young lady. Super knowledgeable and very pleasant! She fixed the bike in minutes and did not charge me! Would definitely return to this shop next time I'm in town! read more

Stopped by the shop for some ride information. I'm from out of town and wanted some suggestions. The staff was super helpful and had several suggestions with lots of details. I didn't need service or a new bike, they were really helpful anyway. Will definitely go back when in the area for anything bike related. read more

These guys are nicest, coolest knowledgeable guys around. They could have easily ripped me off and I would have never known but instead they called me and told me my parts, which were at least 6 or 7 years old, were under warranty and covered. I only paid labor which was less than half what I was anticipating. Thank you very much. Recommended. read more

I'm new in the area so it was so nice to find this shop in Grover Beach. It was easy to find on Grand Ave. There is a large variety of bikes and accessories. I was looking for a bell to match my new bike. Wow what a nice selection of colors, prints, and sizes, ringer sound styles. There is also a good selection of helmets to chose from as well. The workshop looked very organized which I appreciate a clean work area. Lastly I felt welcomed by a genuinely friendly owner. read more

We were visiting from out of town and I had just bought my son a bike. The pedal kept coming off and I didn't have the proper tools to fix it. We walked a couple of blocks to this shop. It's super clean inside. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The selection of bikes looked great and they had some really great accessories. Even though they were busy, they took a minute to tighten up my son's bike pedal and explain some basic maintenance and tips to me. If I were local, I would definitely patronize this shop. Thanks guys! read more

We just bought our second Townie from them today and once again we cannot be happier. They offer amazing service, much better prices than any other local shop and great selection. This is our forever bike shop. read more

Best bike shop in the area hands down! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and they always go the extra mile to satisfy their customers' needs. I've been to several bike shops around the area and their customer service tops everyone else's by far. It's my go-to shop for anything bike related! Props to Mitch and Alex for getting my bike dialed in and always helping me out! read more

Service is perfect. They have a fix your flat immediately policy. They are busy but take time to help me improve my electric Chinese bike. Never to busy to answer my novice questions. read more

I would like to say, hands down a great place to go. My experience was far from perfect, but too it's credit, far from ordinary. My order had to be special order, as I already suspected. Thanks to covid shipping regulations and manufacturing slowing down, it took a considerable time. Through it all, they kept a cool positive progression and in the end everything went well. Like I said, an odd and difficult order to fill. The were able to fulfill the order reasonably and personably. They followed up responsibly, and kept good on their word. I highly recommend them to anyone. Also the in stock selection of products is really really good. For everyday or specialized bike needs, it's a good place. read more

Helpful staff. Great selection of bikes and accessories. Lots of parts in stock. Great prices. I recently needed some odd BOB trailer parts I thought I'd need to order online. Nope, trinity had it in stock and cheaper then online. Was up and running 1/2 hour instead of waiting days. read more

I have had several bikes worked on and they have done a fantastic job on each of them, doing superior work and providing pricing that I can easily afford, many times offering discounts when I go to pay Recently I came to possess an old beach cruiser bike....in a box....completely disassembled. Luke went above and beyond the call of duty, suggesting parts (many times less $$ than I had planned for) and putting the whole bike back together again. A lot of the work he had to correct some of the fittings the became impossible once I had the frame powder coated (he had to hand sand the parts down). He provided the extra labor free of charge. I will ALWAYS go to Trinity to have bicycle work done. They have been so honest, detail oriented, professional and affordable. Can't wait to pick my hardtail up that they are currently tuning up Eric Vasconcellos read more

The knowledge and service was top notch. I went from tubeless back to tubes. Yes I did. The shop that set me up (not this one) failed miserably. The guys here know how to make you feel positive about your bike no matter how old and junkie it is. read more

Thank you Jonathan ! Touring thru on my bike when my shoe clip failed; I "yelped" a bike shop, read reviews and called. Mr. Jonathan answered and told me to come on in. Rented a mountain bike from these folks and I am impressed with their knowledge and customer support. They had three bikes to choose from, two with full suspension and one hard tail. They passed along a couple tips regarding the trail I planned to ride. The mountain bike performed flawlessly and the price was fair. My daughter who lives close by took her jogging stroller to them for a tuneup and tire pressure check, she said they did an excellent job. read more

These guys are welcoming, always knowledgeable, always helpful, and stand by their products and services. I bought my most recent bike there, with their help, and it was a great choice. I get regular services there, and they do a great job. When I needed help putting my new phone mount on my bike, they installed it without charge. I always come out of there happy, and I can't say that about many places. read more

Love these guys! Both the two sons that own the joint and the dad that works there too. We were riding our tandem bike to LA from SF and decided to take the train the rest of the way, but we needed a safe place to keep our bike. For about $10 bucks these guys kept it in their shop, so we could leave for a couple days worry free. Very friendly folks! They have cool bikes too. read more

I had a fifty year old French Andre Bertin mixte which I had assembled from parts in a box. I needed a bike shop I could trust to replace the old cables, check out the aged components and tune it. Trinity is the place! Brothers Luke & Mitch are kind, conscientious, and very skilled. I like their Mom too. My 3 bikes are old. But I noticed they had a line of Electra cruisers out front, and a store full of new bikes inside. This business, Five Stars! read more

Found my bike shop! Luke spoke to me for a good hour on all my bike options.. Very unusual for the many bike shops here in the Central Coast.. My knowledge on bikes is limited and it shows. Luke was very patient with the whole process. Great customer service. Obvious they are passionate about bikes and want to share this passion with their customers read more

I had considered buying my electric bike directly from the manufacturer but decided to give our local bike shop the business instead. I am so glad I did. They made the ordering process easy. Most importantly, Mitch spent almost an hour with me when I picked it up going through all the nuances of the bike. He had tuned it and made some custom adjustments for me as well. Also, I felt very safe with their Covid 19 protocol. Excellent store, great service and good people. read more

The team at Trinity ROCK! I came in looking to replace an electric mountain bike that was stolen. They were able to research and recommend the perfect set up for my needs. "I texted Trinity Bike Shop looking for some answers in regards to Ebikes. I spoke with Mitch ( one of the owners) asking him if they serviced bike other that the brands they sell. Mitch answer back was " of course". He sent me back an email to my question, very professional, I was so impressed that I drove up from Santa Maria just to meet him, say thanks for their honesty and knowledge. Judging from the clean shop and the quality of bikes on display, one could surmise this was a high-end bike shop with a 'tude. Quite the contrary, these are some of the friendliest beach bicycle guys in the west. Sister Holland and I stopped in to get some advice for a nice day ride. In a matter of minutes we were on our way on a half day adventure into the back roads of SLO County. Whether you need a quick adjustment, a tune up, or just some directions, stop into Trinity; they'll treat you right. read more

Bought my young daughter a $500 mountain bike here. Service was great, they were able to get the bike built and ready very quickly. Bought a helmet, and they even adjusted it to fit her. A few days later, I noticed that the front shocks on the bike didn't seem to work. Even with my 200 + lbs, I could barely get them to move half an inch. I returned to the shop with the bike, and unfortunately the guy who sold me the bike wasn't there. I showed the bike to the mechanic, and he told me that these bikes were designed this way, they have little or no shock travel. What - for $500!? The mechanic told me he would call the manufacturer and verify this, and would call me back within two days. He never called back. I should have returned the bike. without any shock travel, It's too jarring to ride even on a dirt road. I won't be going back... read more

Wonderful family owned and operated store! We just happened to stop in while visiting family in A.G. And so glad we did. Friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure service by two brothers. We bought two " Made in the USA" ( actually CA, even better!) beach cruisers! Their dad even assembled them for us. It has been two years and we still love them! I highly recommend Trinity....you will be happy too! read more
