I will never buy a bike from anywhere else! Thank you Mitch for having this awesome little family owned shop with amazing customer service. My girlfriends husband bought a bike the same day I did and had the same wonderful experience! Can't wait to go back for all of my cruisers accessories. read more

Top notch customer service and very knowledgeable staff! This bike shop is a 5 Cities gem! Great prices and selection as well.

Great bike shop! I have all my bike work done here. I just bought an Electra bike cover for my old school Schwinn and it's AWESOME!!!

Great bike shop in 5 cities with great customer service and great prices. First bike without a motor in over 30 years. Made purchase so easy. Recommend this shop to anyone read more

Awesome. I'm so grateful to these guys. We were traveling down the 101 and at a hotel stop in Gilroy my wife's wheels were stolen off her bike. I called Trinity bike Shop ( after a few others) and they got me some used wheels, put them on the bike and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. Saved us and I feel like I was helped by a Samaritan rather then robbed again. I would trust Trinity Bike Shop. Thank you guys read more

We were on vacation and my husbands tire popped on his bicycle. We went to Walmart for a tube- but they didn't have his! So we used Yelp and called. They had it in stock! So much better to support small business! read more

I've been to a lot of bike shops in my day and I've yet to come across a place so friendly, welcoming and patient folks. You can tell this is family run by people proud and knowledgeable about the bike industry. I think my positive experience is pretty common judging by the other reviews. read more

This is the only place I go to. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their service always has a fast turn around time and they work very hard to get you back on the bike quickly. read more

Awesome shop! Great service! Got a deal on some nice bike shorts. Got a awesome helmet!! And a cute bell for my daughter. All nice stuff reasonabley priced. Excited to ride! read more

This is an awesome shop. Knowledgeable, helpful and committed cyclists. Never and I mean never buy from a "big box" bike seller again. You won't regret it. These guys prepped the bike 2 times to make sure it was perfect and it was. I purchased a Trek Verve 3 and it is awesome. Support these guys, they are worth it 100%. read more

Trinity Cyclery is the best bike shop in the Five Cities. The employees, are very knowledgeable and always have answers to what I'm looking for. I always stop by during my bike rides, and have my tires checked. The service is great. They have a good selection of bikes to choose from. Great little bike shop. Stop in and check them out. read more

Awesome bike shop! Staff is super on point with lots of knowledge on all things bicycle related! Randomly stopped in to get a new inner tube and they had no problem taking the time to replace it. I got a great lesson on how to take care of my bike and got through the whole flat tire ordeal without loosing my joy! Yay for awesome bike shops! read more

I was visiting the central coast and looking forward to some great rides, but on my first ride I had some immediate issues with my bike. I came into the shop mid-ride and they fixed my problem in 30 minutes for just $20, including a new stem. These guys are great, and I will be back in the future. Great shop! read more

It was the "BEST" experience I have had when purchasing a bike- or just about anything else. Everyone that I worked with was well informed of all products available, was exceedingly patient with me and answered -ALL- my questions upfront. Their service department was excellent. I had to order a bike it came in on time and it was put together correctly, the first time. You could not want nor ask for more from a bike shop. ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. read more

I recently purchased a Trek FX3 and could not be happier with the buying process and the service afterwards. Derrick helped me to get the exact bike I wanted with all the options. I never felt rushed or pressured. This is now my go to bike shop. Feels so good to support a local shop which is staffed with great folks who have excellent bikes and service. I highly recommend Trinity! read more

I've bought bikes for myself, my wife, and my two kids from this shop and they are fair, friendly, and very professional. A small town shop with world class service. If you live in the central coast don't waste your time with any other cycle shop. The sales team cares about making sure you are happy with your purchase and will help you choose the right bike for your needs. They do not pressure you in to anything and will even steer you away from overspending. You will not go wrong at Trinity Cyclery. read more

Trinity cyclery was awesome to work with! I came in last minute on a Friday afternoon needing my tires fixed (sealant and air for tubeless) for a ride the next day. I had paid and was ready to leave, but they wanted to do a once over and noticed the headset was loose and did a quick fix, but then wanted to check the front brake and ended up fixing the piston and caliper, which lead to bleeding the brakes. And of course they didn't want me to leave without the back brake being equal to the front and fixed the caliper and piston, as well as bleed the rear brake too... All on them to help me out. And to top it off, I had just recently went to another mechanic asking to have my brakes checked out and specifically bleed, but instead they just changed the brake pads and said they didn't need to be bleed (fyi, the rear brake was water only). The guys at trinity really hooked me up and saved my bike! (And me, ha). From now on, this is the only place I'll be bringing my bike for service and repair. Thanks trinity!! read more

Absolutely FABULOUS!! I was trying to buy a bike rack that could double as a wheel chair rack for a smart car. They spent tons of time helping me and gave me FABULOUS safety advice. I will give them all my future bike buisness read more

I Can't say enough good things about this bike shop. I'm an intermediate mountain bike rider and have brought my bike into this shop about ten times for adjustments, flat tires, and even had them put in a new set of brakes, brake lines, and derailer lines. Each time I've taken my bike in I've been amazed at their excellent customer service, more than fair pricing and none of the "attitude" that you can sometimes receive at local bike shops. They always take the time to explain exactly whats wrong and how they will fix it, have not once gone over the estimate they gave all in all just an absolute professional shop who enjoy their work and it shows. read more

Simply the best service, prices, and bikes around the central coast area! you won't be disappointed.

This shop was recommended by a fellow riding buddy. I used to patronize the "other" old-time shop in town but that place has become a complete pig-sty and aside from the mechanic (new owner's) expertise there, the girl on the front lines in the shop on numerous occasion has given me extremely poor / terribly incorrect information. Luke performed some repair work for me and gave me some excellent opinions and options for my future needs. He's a wealth information and runs a tight ship with extremely reasonable rates! The shop and repair facility is spotless. This shop is true professionalism, something that has been greatly lacking in our little town for a long, long time. I'm already looking forward to a return visit! read more

We are a couple in our 70's, not from the area and not the typical customer. I had inadvertently broken the cable to the hub on my Scorpion recumbent trike. when we brought the trike in they did not blink, gave us the same respect and over the top customer care for which they are famous. They did admit to being a bit OCD when it came to cleanliness..but I think that is matched by their warmth and quiet competence read more

I've been in this bike shop a couple of times now and every time has been a great experience. For example, on one trip I went in for new tires and they didn't try to up sell me but simply patiently explained why the different tires were priced differently. On another visit, they replaced a part on my bike (I had purchased the part online) for free. The people working in the shop are always friendly and don't talk down to you because you're not a pro road bike racer looking to buy a $5,000 bike the way some other shops are. read more

Best.bike.shop.ever! What a well run bike shop that excels in customer service and professionalism. Derek spent countless hours with me and my 7 y/o daughter to find the perfect bikes for us.. and we did. He explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and was so incredibly patient. Mitch also made sure we were well taken care of. You can tell that the entire team is very passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond to make sure things are right and the customer is satisfied. Do yourself a huge favor the next time you are in the market for a bicycle.. Go to Trinity! Thank you Derek, Mitch and the crew for such an outstanding experience and getting our family rolling with our first bikes. read more

This place rocks! Great bikes, better people...not too often you find a bike shop that you can get your rig fixed for a great price and be treated well. Totally recommend this spot! read more

These guys are amazing! Derek helped me every step of the way to prepare my bike for a big, upcoming cycling tour. Communication was excellent and these guys went above and beyond to make sure things got handled. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I agree with most of the reviewers. the service here is unbelievably good. these guys a very patient and you can tell they enjoy what they do. I had bought a new bike and the seat on it sucked so they showed me what they had and i bought what they recommended took it home. installed it and they were right. I could ride for hours now. but I just didn't like how it looked so after using for a couple days i decided to take it back and see if they can at least match the original seat. they suggested I try this cushion that goes over the seat it literally took them about 1 hour to do this. they had to taken the entire seat apart down the the basic frame. i don't know any other place that would provide a service like that. most shops would just ring you up and say have a nice day. these guys made sure i did not leave the store without them doing there best. they charged nothing for there hour service. read more

The best cycling shop in SLO county! They treat an $80 bike the same as an $1800 bike. Every time I stop by I get service immediately and learn something new. Great selection of accessories and gear at good prices read more

I took my son's homemade bike down for a chain and within minutes they had one installed. We thought it might be difficult to find one since it's a bike that was put together using spare parts from other bikes, but nope, Trinity didn't even flinch, they just took care of us right a way, no issues, no making fun, just helpful. Kudos to you, Trinity Cyclery! read more

Great customer service! Very patient and informative. Didn't push the sale, answered all our questions and allowed us time to make a decision. Didn't feel rushed at all. I would definitely go back for all my cycle needs. Ask for Mitch. He helped us out. read more

Absolutely Great Customer Service. I walked and bought a helmet for my daughter. The owner showed her as many as she wanted to try on. After trying on about 10 helmets, she made her selection. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a pair of shoes that were not in stock and they shipped them directly to my house. Simply a great bike shop that I would highly recommend. read more

I have been in multiple times now to Trinity and I always feel like I get the best customer service/advice. I've been in when I had a flat tire, I've been in just to get a tune up and it's always the same thing; kind and helpful. Many times they will adjust something I didn't know needed adjusting and then they don't charge me! You can also make appointments if needed. read more

Bought a close out trek Marlin 7 from David who helped me.These guys are great ! He was friendly, knowledgeable,& professional. He was sincere & took the time to answer questions & impart his knowledge.he listened.love him like a brother.Nowadays due to too much technology & indifference & everyone on their damn iPhone it is refreshing coming into a great family run business like Trinity & have real people who care & help those that come through the door.In the past the owner Mitch sold me an Electra beach cruiser & his brother Luke helped me get parts for a old mountain bike I was restoring from the ground up & they both were nothing short of amazing.I also truly realized this when I saw another sales/ mechanic helping a couple with a child get a bike & it was touching to see the high level of service.i recommend to everyone who needs a bike ,tires, parts to Trinity.thank you & I will be a return patron. read more
