The first time I came in just to change my pedals- after using every tool at their disposal, they couldn't get the old one off, but they pointed me toward a great used part at a very fair price and helped me install it. They also walked me through checking my bolts and lubricating everything that needed it. My most recent visit was for a tune-up after a rear tire replacement and a few months of riding -- my shifting was a mess, and it turned out there were several things contributing to it.
