He also explained that it's termite season and that the ones I found got in from the outside. What a relief! The techs also email a Summary Report at the end of each visit. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful and kind man named Ray came out early to do the assessment broke everything down for me; no pressure and said if I was interested to call the office. I called the office told them I was interested in the treatment and gave 20% deposit to schedule a date. On the day of the actual treatment for termites had two wonderful young men come out to our home, explained everything and we're extremely professional and even covered some of our items in the attic to protect them. They got everything done in a matter of 1-2 hours and off they went. A few weeks later, I spotted some termite droppings. Gave them a call and someone came back out and treated it. No attitude, no fuss and very polite and professional. They said if we have any problems, we have a three-year warranty. Thank you. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I understand staff changes but I didn't have time or energy to micromanage that process and as a result I had to pay more to use them due to rats returning, it didn't seem to have fixed the problem since I'm having an issue again. The second time I used them, they were more diligent with the scheduling but I still had to remind them at least once to refill the bait boxes or check on them. I will not be using them again.

The customer service was amazing, They came right out , literally the next day to inspect & I WAS VERY PLEASED .. I got quoted for the service that was needed , agreed and the guy was able to come the very next day to service me . THE SERVICE: Basically patching up entry ways and setting traps in the attic & garage . THE PRICE: $1800 I know that was ALOT . And once i seen the process i felt played . The guy who came out used Gaps & cracks to seal cracks. YES THE $5 can that was at home depot . The patch work and the service was definitely not worth the price. I was disappointed in the fact that I had to request something more on the lines of cement. For $1800.. top of line the products and procedures should be in place. The ONLY PRO: is the one year warranty. MY ADVICE: call any pest control company , get the free estimate, have a handy man patch you up. & If you're not brave enough, MAYBE call them to set up the traps and poison . MAYBE ... Im sticking beside them for termite control . But this was a veeeery expensive lesson that i hope nobody else has to learn. The ONLY reason this particular service got any stars is because the customer service really is good!

Before the service, I was dealing with a pretty bad bug problem, so I wasn't expecting overnight perfection. About a week after the treatment, I noticed one or two bugs, but they were barely moving and clearly affected by the service. Overall, my home has felt much cleaner, more comfortable, and pest-free thanks to Pest Solutions Termite & Pest Control. I really appreciate their work and would definitely recommend them

We honestly have no idea where they came from -- it can truly happen to anyone, even in a beautiful, well-kept building. What set Zeal apart was their approach. No heat treatment, no upheaval -- it was far milder and less disruptive than what Terminix was proposing. Luis was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows what he's doing. He was patient, explained the different treatment options clearly, and even showed us how to tell the difference between termite droppings and droppings from other pests. A week later, Tony and his father came to replace the damaged wood and perform the chemical treatment. They did an excellent job with everything--the wood repairs, painting, and termite treatment were all done very carefully. They also cleaned up all the dust and debris afterward, so we didn't have to clean up anything ourselves. Great work, reasonable pricing, and very professional service. It was major work. The insulation in the attic was removed and new material was put in after they thoroughly cleansed the attic.
