I use that stuff for cooking but would never put it raw on my pizza. There are giant pieces of raw tomato and artichoke hearts. These should be thinly sliced and baked in the oven with the other veggies. Instead they were just thrown on so I picked them off to eat the pizza. I actually ordered at about 1:45 to be picked up at 4:55. When I arrived, the pizza was ready and hot. I brought it home, got my frosted mug and poured my beer, and grabbed three slices. I threw some hot peppers on it, and dug in. This pizza was excellent. The crust was just the right thickness, not soft but somewhat crunchy, just the way I like it. There was ample cheesed and the toppings were plentiful and came together for a delicious flavor. I think I just found my new favorite pizza joint in town.

If you're picking up something you ordered ahead, what happens if you end up behind someone who's waiting 20 minutes for a pie they're ordering at the window? I have logistic questions. But I parked, walked up, and got my order just fine. Kid at the window had his back turned on his phone and didn't look up at me while I stood there for a couple of minutes. I guess I get it -- probably not a lot of foot traffic on a winter day.
