My husband and I are big fans of Cuban food and have enjoyed Noel's dishes that we've had as take away from his BFM stand on occasional Saturdays starting in 2021. Typically he'll have a rice dish and Cuban beans (both vegan), maybe plantains, and an animal protein option like ropa vieja (beef) or lechon (pork). His flan and pastelitos (guava marmalade he makes himself filled pastries) are legendary. And his tasty food is made more delicious through his charming personality. When I think of tiramisu I think of sweet and creamy. It was creamy but it did lack in the sweet department. I would have liked a little more flavor to the drink. It was a little bitter for my liking but I still drank it. I'll have to ask for extra sweet next time.
