This place is in desperate need of improvements. It's not the worst pizza place I've been to but it's not great. The plus side is they have claw games and a pool table. However the pool table is broken making it hard to actually play. The service isn't great. Multiple times we had to wait for employees to finish gossiping to ask for something. I got keystone for my son and it was not cooked all the way, which I don't know how that's possible considering it was a mini pizza. And we found a hair on it. Will not be back. Very disappointing waiting 25 minutes for a non-cooked pizza. read more

Looking for an old school pizza place. So excited to see a pitcher of tap beer at a great price. Ordered a salami, pepperchinni and mushroom pizza. Beer was cold and great 5 star. Lunch buffet is excellent deal. All you can eat pizza & salad bar for $10. If you're familiar with Idaho Pizza buffet, this is virtually identical. I even think the ranch dressing is the same. Now quality-wise, it is not going to be the best pizza around but it is decent to good pizza. They provide a wide variety along with cheesy breadsticks, dipping sauce, and cinnamon breadsticks. Salad bar has everything you need with two types of cheese and cut turkey squares. From other reviews it appears parking can be an issue but they have a ton of signs to inform customers so don't wander off premises and you won't have a problem. 4 stars but giving 5 to offset the dinkuses that give bad ratings for their own stupidity. read more

Ate there with the family in September. The location looked like the original carpet and furniture from the 90s and felt kind of dirty overall. The pizza was mid and they booted our car a few weeks later when we visited another business before planning to eat lunch there. Needless to say we didn't eat there that second time and will never visit their business again. They had Yelp remove my last review somehow. I guess they pay money to make sure no one knows they hit their customers with $270 booting now and then just to spite them for visiting another business first. read more

Parking was terrible I got a boot on my car in there parking lot and there was no sign saying no parking or anything

Met wife for b-day dinner, arrived early and parked in the Keystone Pizza lot. While waiting, I crossed the street and bought movie tickets. I returned to my car in less than 10 minutes and it was booted! I talked to the manager at Keystone Pizza (all of about 20, female) who told me I needed to pay the man in the parking lot. Sure enough, a man with a card reader from DJ's was there demanding $150.00 to remove the boot. I explained I was waiting for my wife, didn't matter. Needless to say, we didn't stay for dinner. In case you cannot read it: DJ's Parking Enforcement 208-606-0330. UPDATE: Just an update. Called the bank - it was 8 minutes from the ticket sale to the boot heist. Just to let you know, you can reverse the charge on your credit card as "Dissatisfied with Service" and leave it at that. VISA has to remove the charge. If this happens enough, his credit card processor will shut down his processing. read more

Pizza is terrible and now they have parking lot enforcement which boots your car the second you walk out of the parking lot. The price to take it off is $150-$200. It is utterly insane that they get away with this. I will never order from them ever again. read more

Overal, great experience! The food is very creative with different groups of toppings from standard pizza joints. I'm really not a pizza fan but I actually enjoyed the ones my party ordered. The customer service is great and friendly! It's a cute little restaurant. Be careful when visiting establishments downtown Caldwell. The now have individuals sitting around watching for people to park in the wrong spits so they can boot your car. We come in from Dallas once a year to Visit, family took us to Keystone in Caldwell. Pizza was AMAZING best bread sticks ever! We loved it, place was great for the whole family. This place is a local favorite, has been around forever, and is very family friendly and is consistent. The food is good, they make a pretty good traditional thick crust pie, better than the Pizza Hut down the street. The place, however, is a little run down and the COVID precautions are not there. That balances out that there's not many places you can take a family of five where the wait staff is going to be as patient and tolerant in helping you serve food to your family of five. I'm sorry Keystone but we will probably not be back. The interior is old, dusty, very outdated. The service was good. No complaints there. We ordered a half and half pizza and it tasted pretty darn good UNTIL!!!! the sugar ants started crossing our table top trying to get our pizza! That was rather gross for a restaurant! I did enjoy the view of the creek that flows underneath the restaurant and the water wheel. That's a very nice thing to see! Looks like they have a pretty nice arcade gallery, but we did not use it. Just had takeout last night around 5pm from Keystone and Wow! We have been missing out! Everyone in the family enjoyed the pizza. From the toppings, to that surprising yet pleasing crunch of pizza dough! The final price was a good deal as well. We will certainly bring the kids to have dinner & play the arcade games sometime in the near future! We are glad to have Keystone as there are not a lot of yummy options in Caldwell. I was quite surprised at the other reviews here! (bad/low star) The Only bad thing our fam can say is that the breadsticks with cheese reminded us of that stuff from school lunch - hence the 4 stars. I absolutely love this place!! Keep in mind I order one thing and one thing only. Pepperoni pizza. Not the buffet, not lasagna. Pepperoni pizza. It ranks as one of the best pepperoni pizzas you can get (certainly the best by a landslide in that area) It has a certain spice that is so good and unique to Keystone. This is our new favorite pizza place. The sauce is mild and delicious, not too overpowering or rich like some. We love their combination and they are very well priced! We had just finished watching a college volleyball game and found Keystone Pizza as one of the last restaurants open at that time of night. The people working there were very nice. The building and interior had been there for a long time and reminded us of pizza parlors in the 80's. All it was missing was the trap shooting game mounted on the wall above the bar.
