$150 including tax for a 2-hour facial. V gives aggressive massage such as hitting and beating your head and legs. There is no paperwork or record kept of skin sensitivity & allergies, nor products used for future reference. Only upselling for future multiple visit package which expires in 5 years.
The actual facial was decent, although I don't think I received any exfoliation. With virtually no communication from the esthetician, it was hard to know.
For $160, I'd rather go to a day spa such as Elmwood, Hammam or the like because of free water therapies (sauna, steam, and pool and lounge) in a luxurious atmosphere. read more
