Today, this was the 2nd time, that my booking "disappeared" and in addition to my Oct booking that I had made in advance was not on record. Bookings I had not made previously (they had e-mailed me AUTO booking me for specific times without asking if I could make them and despite me e-mailing back to say I couldn't make those times) were ironically in the calendar. This has been frustrating because it's frankly disrespectful of my time as a customer. A honestly terrible customer experience and even if I were to do a peel, would be outweighed by the terrible booking process - with a chemical peel, there are many other alternatives and many other clinics that can offer the same service.

To this day, the clinic has not taken accountability or made any effort to correct the harm caused. Patients deserve honesty, proper follow-up care, and accountability. In my case, I was ignored, dismissed, and left in worse condition than when I started.
