I've tried other things I didn't love, but thankfully they have a great return policy in case you don't like something, you can bring it back. They really stand behind their products, which I can really appreciate. You can get your receipts emailed to you which is convenient. The store smells delicious. Lots of interesting things on offer but all the packaging looks the same so it's hard to really understand what everything is, but the staff are friendly and happy to help explain everything. My only negative is that I wish they had more products that I like to use, like shampoo and conditioner, and different options for body wash. The shampoo and conditioner they have are non-sudsing 2-in-1s and I'm not into that, and I'm not a huge fan of the scent of the forest body wash. If you haven't tried Deciem, I'd totally recommend it. This location is way less hectic than the Distillery District one but it's also smaller. I'm glad I discovered this brand and that this location is so convenient for me.

This store carries prepackaged products and also has a refill station where you purchase as much as you require. Either bring in your own container or put down a returnable deposit for jar refills. Some of the products that they sell include hair and body soap bars, natural loofahs, body butters and oils, toothpaste, bamboo toothbrushes, essential oils, laundry detergent, soap nuts, dryer balls, reusable sandwich and storage bags, lunch boxes, block dish soap, dish brushes, straws (stainless steel, silicone, glass and bamboo), mason jar accessories (lids, soap pumps, tea infusers), and makeup remover pads. The employee working there was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and provide suggestions. Near the front of the store there's 3 bins/boxes for recycling. The larger one is for dropping off clean plastic takeout containers (with the number 5 on the bottom). These containers are reused and taken to a recycler accepting black plastic when they are no longer of any use. There isn't a parking lot but there is some street parking in front of the store. Plus they have a few brands you won't find in Sephora like a brand from Iceland, Darphin etc. By chance I picked up one of those magnifying mirrors (18x magnification) and scared myself shitless! Do i really look like that up close?! Ughh...i thought I plucked my eyebrows pretty decently. Well oh my..not even close to a decent job! I ran all the way to the counter to pay for my mew best friend. I remember they used to have a brow bar where you could get your brows done but I don't recall seeing it this time. The face cream I use can ONLY be purchased at Holts and since I purchase mine from Yorkdale, the location is a bit far from my home. If only Murale carried my cream... Having said that, Murale for me carries nothing out of the ordinary (Chanel, Nars, Clarins, etc...). Because I have been using my cream for many years, any new products would just fly by me. Murale does carry a lot of new brands I don't see anywhere else so if you are into trying new products, Murale would not be a bad stop. Later in the night, I went on their website and checked out all the products they carry - that is a good start to see if the store carries your particular brand. The ONE thing I love, of course, is the fact that you can redeem your Optimum points, and because some of the products here range $200-$300, it would be great to save up all your points and splurge here. Not sure if it would be a good idea, but Murale does a lot of makeup sessions, and I have always wanted to try the Chanel seminar. This is a place I wouldn't come out of my way, but it is nice to drop in when in the area. The sales associates are always keen to help and super smiley. *Note: the 2 images I downloaded from Google Images just to show examples of the exterior and interior store.*

The thing is this place always has things like 3 for $12 or 5 for $20 or whatever the sale of the week or flavor of the month may be. This store makes you want to buy bulk.
