I was however not treated very kindly and when I went in for my consultation to determine what treatment would work best, I met with a nurse who did the initial assessment and then passed me along to the doctor (I guess) who was insanely snobby, unpleasant, derogatory, and quite frankly just entirely unprofessional. She mentioned her suggestions for my skin and due to the cost being very high, the process being long, and the results affecting my FACE, I said I'd need to think about it and get back with my decision (as any normal person would be within their right to do). The doctor then gave the MOST DEROGATORY look i've ever seen, so so so unprofessional and said verbatim "is it because of the cost? is it too much for you?". How rude! I am willing to spend what is required to take care of myself but having to think about it doesnt mean you cant afford it - it just means you are trying to be responsible and determine whether or not the spend is worth it given that I dont have any serious skin concerns and objectively my skin is quite fine (which the nurse told me right before). I'm just trying to step it up a notch with my maintenance but wasn't sure if spending thousands of dollars was necessary. Anyway, I thought about it on my way out the door of the clinic and decided that even if it costed $1.00, their service was entirely undeserving of my money being spent there. Good luck getting new clients if that's how you treat people and if that's the taste they leave in people's mouths. But you know what, after looking at their site, now I know I'm not the only one because their reviews are quite appropriate for what i experienced - abysmal. Good luck.

The lady that gave me a massage was entirely pressing too hard and I got hurt several times, no, a lot during the entire session, inspite the fact that I repeatedly asking her to be more gentle, or I said ouch that hurt, or I just visibly kept flinching. Then, twice she fell asleep while massaging me. The rubbing slowed all the way down to a stop, abd then she was trailing off to one side of my body, and then she would catch herself and begin massaging again. This happened like 3 times. Finally I asked "are you alright?" and she came too and played it off and said "oh I was just trying to be very gentle since you're so sensitive. Ya, OK! I paid for the aroma therapy massage and what that ended up being was that she rubbed lavender oil on her hand and put her hand up to my turned down face under the table and said breathe deeply in and out three times. OK! Then she sat at the head of the table to begin massaging me, and my head was continuously pressed into her bosom and belly, very weird and uncomfortable. At one point there was some rough skin or piece of nail or hang skin that was occasionally scraping my body along with the feeling of the coarseness of her forearm hair when she massaged me with her forearms for a minuteor so. I don't know if this lady was a licensed masseuse or not, "I'm leaning towards NO", but it sure felt like she was winging it. Didn't really get a neck, hands, or feet rub, and the legs and arms was too short of a rub as compared to my back. My back took up most of the time. For Someone sensitive like me, I'd think a professional would know what to do to get around that and make sure I got a fantastic experience, but it was quite the opposite. I'm a pretty small lady, 5'7" at 111 pounds, and I was so sensitive because I've had a hard life and has been through a lot, like a lot of us have. Whether youre small like me, inbetween, or bigger, a professional knows how to get the job done and give an evenly distributed massage. The place could have been cleaner for my liking, the vibe was not inviting, and the professionalism and expertise was grossly lacking. NO, I would not recommend this place to anyone i know, and NO, I will never return to this establishment first any of their services.

It made me feel a little uncomfortable with him constantly leaving the room and coming back with different needles. The way he injected was not the best and the results after two days was non existent. By the 3D day I called the owner. She told me it's way too early, wait 2. -3 weeks for results. Well I've never had to wait more than 2-3 days to see really good results. I wanted to look refreshed for Christmas but that didn't happen. Not sure if the Botox was old ( should be no more than a week old) or watered down, but no visible results were had. Very disappointing. I won't ever go back especially since after emailing the owner , she did nothing to help or convince me otherwise , about my bad experience ,and results from the service person or the Botox that I paid for and didn't get.

I do weigh an astonishing 108lbs, but you're right, I should probably watch my figure. Manicure -- Never took off my old nail polish fully. Lazy job. Never filed my nails fully. I never got any sort of reimbursement after asking for it. This was for my birthday, so it's safe to say it was practically ruined by this terrible establishment. Never again.
