Smart Shield is the only company I will ever use for any service they offer. My only complaint is…read morethat I wish they did even more services because I trust them so much. I had a window issue in my new home that I couldn't find anyone to help with. I contacted multiple contractors and different companies and it was clear my business was never important - I'd get ghosted for appointments, took months to get quotes, and more. I finally found Smart Shield and was contacted almost immediately after requesting a callback. The owner, Bryan, was so incredibly kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He helped customize a plan for our home based on what would remedy our current situation and prevent future issues. The process to get started was easy (and very digital which earns extra bonus points in my book) and it was a few weeks until installation. The installation went great and I've never had an issue with the windows. It went so well, that we had Smart Shield come back and put in new doors for us, more window replacements, and replace our siding. While that was a bigger job, the process was just as wonderful. The team at Smart Shield is HIGHLY communicative. The installation crew are all lovely, respectful, and masters of their craft. They have impeccable clean up after as well! They are my first call whenever we need something done and will continue to be the only company I recommend. Smart Shield treats you like a friend and not a sales target and their work is top notch quality. Don't bother going to any other company - but be sure to tell them I sent you :)

I used Smart Shield to replace all the windows in my 101 yr old house (23 windows total - basement,…read morefirst and second floors, and attic) as well as my front storm door. The windows and door all look great and are a huge improvement over what was there previously. Robert was incredibly helpful with figuring out what I needed and answering tons of questions for me (as I evaluated ten companies and rated them all to determine who was the best one for the job). Smart Shield came out on top and did a great job! The installation guys were all incredibly nice and polite, especially Steve and Jimmy who came back on Saturday to finish after storms on Friday kept them from completing the job that day. I am incredibly happy with my new windows which are all clear and open and shut so easily that I have to remind myself not to push them too hard. My neighbors were so impressed with the job they did (and my spreadsheet evaluation) that they hired Smart Shield to do their windows as well. I highly recommend these guys!

The job went great and I definitely recommend Zen Windows…read more It was time to replace the 8-foot sliding glass door. I'd been given several quotes from big box stores, handyman and manufacturer, and the price for the quality I wanted was out of my budget. I found Zen Windows on Angie's List. Mak was quick to respond and provided me options. I got the quality I wanted for a very fair price PLUS it was so easy! I didn't have to wait days/weeks for someone to come out to measure and "sell" me a door. The communication with Mak and the installer, John, was easy. The installer arrived on time and went out of his way to resolve some obstacles my house presented. Quality was important for me as this oversize door is opened/closed many times throughout the day (let the dogs out, let the dogs in: repeat). The screen is perfect for pets and is so minimalist I find myself checking to be sure it's closed. It was surprising to me that I wasn't asked for a deposit and refreshing to do business in this way. Many thanks to Mak and John.

Now that the windows are 18 months old - I can tell you the windows have worked perfectly. Replacing 19 windows in a 140 year old home, I expected issues. They look great and open and close easily and reduce the street noise. I have had no issues and would use Zen Windows at my next property without question.

Me and my wife for the last 10 years wanted to get a new kitchen realizing the kitchen is outdated…read moreand crowded. The two walls were a nuisance and obstructive and wanted them eliminated. It came to the point that we saved all our lives to get major work done on our house. I'm 68 years old and my wife being less older decided it was time to get our butts moving. The first Company we called was in Doylestown,Pa. a kitchen remodeler who gave us a price what a new kitchen would cost and his answer was unacceptable to us. Next, we called DAILY MANUFACTURING,(until this day, I forgot how his Co. came up). I gave DAILY MANUFACTURING a telephone call to make an appointment to come over and take a look at this kitchen. He,(BRIAN THE HEAD MAN WHO SUPERVISE THE JOB) stayed awhile making sure we are on the same page, what we expected, what has to be done. He came back here with the results and estimates on what has to be done. First of all, in order to remove the two walls, he would have to install a low bearing beam which they had to install through the side of the house. After we got all the ground work together, a few weeks later, the first hammer hit the walls, it was the time of demolition to begin. I have to tell you, before the tore up the kitchen, they made sure they put plastic around all doors and hallways to minimizes the dust and dirt. After each day, they made sure they cleaned and swept the working area. Hardly any dirt when they left the house each day they were here. I have to mention, BRIAN has a team working in sync, when the demo was done, the next team would come in and do there job, electricians, gas workers, dry wall installers, joint compounding, building casings or dry wall boxing what was needed to be, their flooring guy, cabinet guys etc. It did take longer than what we expected but of no fault of their own, for example, they needed to get permits from the township regarding the foundation for the low beam structure, dry wall inspection, electric inspection, gas inspection, I thing you got what I'm talking about. From beginning to end, it would be fair to say the whole job took approx. 2 1/2 months, again, no fault of their own. By the way, the recessed lights looks great. BRIAN is a understanding man and someone you can talk too, which when we have questions he would recommended to us what the best thing to do regarding to colors and layouts. What it comes down to is our kitchen looks great, reasonable in price, actually, I thought it would be more for the time they were here. Again, price wise, the first price we got from Doylestown was far too much and we should go to a General Contractor which we did and we went with DAILY MANUFACTURING. After the remodeling and the job was completed, I told BRIAN that I wanted to invite all his men to a pizza party for their participation in making our kitchen great. Thanks BRIAN and your workers for the great job they accomplished. Michael Leone Hatboro.Pa. 19040 PS. Once I figure out how to import or drag the picture files it will be shown.

They are at best flat and humorless, and at worst downright nasty and seething. Probably the worst employment experience I've ever had, and I'm always on time, eager to learn, proactive, efficient, productive and upbeat. But the owner's have a soul-less quality that's downright creepy, at least that's the way they treated me. They deliver massively heavy doors without any handtruck equipment, and they don't confirm w/you or your contractor that there's going to be adequate manpower on site to receive such an order. Beware!
