I saw the groupon and decided to go with them. The had the least of the additional fees and with the groupon no other company could beat the price. It was tough getting someone answer the phone, but I was finally able to get someone. They had an opening for our move date which was 3 weeks out. Move went well. The lead was good. The other guy had to warm up to us, but he eventually became cordial. They moved our things in the rain, taking time to wrap things. They were quick & efficient! They packed the things in the truck well! However 2 items were broken. Ok, not a big deal. And I really appreciate the guy giving us a heads up to let us know. I love doing business with folks with a good moral compass. I've now called 3x and emailed once regarding being reimbursed to pay for us to repair the items. No response! Silence! I am still hoping to get a return call or email. I would use the guys again, but don't think I'll use this company. And since the front office won't respond, I wouldn't suggest others using their services until they can do better on their customer service. read more

I wish i could give 0 stars. I've moved with them before and planned to use them again, this time it was Overall terrible customer service. They had my move out date wrong as well as no confirmation for times they would be coming to help move. I had to call several times and would go straight to voicemail. I called to cancel after realizing how unprofessional everything was just for the office lady to hang up the phone on me. Then when i tried calling back they would let it go to voicemail and ignore my calls. Then to receive a text that says "This is Jennifer with K and T Moving returning your call. Thank you " no ma'am you should have called me back, don't be disrespectful, the movers seemed nice but the people in the office were terrible and unprofessional. read more

Worst moving experience!!! Took double the amount of time..6 hours instead of 3. Ruined every panel on my refrigerator and tore multiple holes in my brand new recliner. They say they filed a damage claim and that I have to wait 90 days. It's been 120 days and I've been trying to get ahold of someone to get this resolved for a month now. No calls, no response to emails!!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! Wish I could give zero stars!!!! read more

Used these movers to move from Dallas to McKinney. The two movers arrived on time and one of them immediately asked to use the restroom. He was in there almost half and hour, luckily the other one was wrapping. After a while into them disassembling my bedroom furniture my friend and I started to smell some foul odor. Once we mentioned it to each other we realized it was one of the movers. We tried to ignore it but the smell got so bad we had to turn the fans on and lower the A/C. They did damage some of my bedroom furniture. They were moving so slow my friend and I had to help them unload the truck so that they would pick up speed. At the end they made sure to ask for a tip! After they left I realized they broke my dryer and I had to purchase a new one. read more

Wow!!! This was the worst experience I've ever had with a moving company!!!!! My time slot was between 4pm -8pm. I got a call around 4:15 stating that they were in Allen about to move someone but they hadn't started yet because it was raining and they wanted the rain to stop. They informed me they would get to me around 6pm. So I decided to go to the store in the meantim . 15 minutes later, I got a call saying they were on their way....... I'm confused because of the conversation I'd just had less than 15 minutes prior. I told them I was at the grocery store and couldn't just up and meet them last minute. They said they would contact their boss and have him get back with me. I never heard anything back until around 6:15 when the movers called me saying they were on their way. They moved my stuff so carelessly. I had furniture and items strung along the 1st floor, elevators and 3rd floor where my apartment was. My items were taking joyride on the elevators with residents as they got on and off to go to their destinations. There was not a constant eye on my items. The straw that broke the camel's back was when it was revealed to me that they left their tools at a customers house and was unable to put my bed together. I'll say it again. They refused to put my bed together. I got really upset and asked to speak with a manager. One of the workers called the manager on his cell phone. They exchanged a few words and the movers LEFT. They said, " I'm outta here" and walked out while the manager was on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not sure if the manager told them to leave but the manager hasn't contacted me. No one has reached out to rectify this situation. Qualion and JT were the idiot's behind this entire half a$$ed done operation. Then had the AUDACITY to suggest they get a tip. This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a moving company. read more

We moved on Tuesday and had some issues. Scheduled move at 12. They got there at 10. There was a Samsung tv they were supposed to move into the new house. They moved it off the dresser and then didn't move it to the new house. I called them when I realized it wasn't there and they said they didn't move it. When I went back to get the tv the stand came off when I picked it up. Apparently they had broken it and just left it at the old house. So instead of bringing it and fessing up to the damage, they tried to hide it. I emailed and called and have YET to get a response email. We just want our TV fixed. read more

Don't fall for the Groupon deal of $89.00 for 2 hours, 2 movers with truck. After all the absurd charges that move came to $252.00 which included a $120.00 fuel charge ( my move was only a distance of 1 mile), $25.00 stair charge and a 8% service fee. That makes the cost nearly triple the offered price. Not to mention how many bad reviews they get from other people. When I tried to negotiate the fuel charge because of the short distance of the move they said the charge was based on the zip code. They also request to be paid in cash, could that be to avoid paying taxes on how much they make? Just beware and shop around. Bait and switch is everywhere. read more

My furniture was damaged during the move. The movers did not know proper protocol to get my furniture fixed, and when I called the office, it took days to hear back from anyone. I moved three weeks ago and my dresser is still laying on its side, the way the movers left it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. read more

I scheduled a move for October 5th from 12p-4p. The girl that answers the phone needs to take a course in customer service and phone etiquette. On the day of my move, I received a phone call at 11a from the movers. He told me that he would be arriving in 15 minutes, I told him that I was at work and would not be leaving until 11:30a since I was not expecting them to come until 12p or later (as advised by the girl on the phone). I arrived just before 12p. As soon as the movers exited the truck, I could tell that they were high and under the influence. I made a joke with them about being high and that they better not scratch up my furniture. They laughed it off but didn't deny being high or under the influence. Once inside of my storage, they immediately started to manhandle my furniture. They would bang something against the wall and I would say, "hey, watch my furniture" and the both of them would laugh it off and say, "yes, ma'am." This went on from beginning to end. Once they got everything on the truck, we traveled to my condo about 3-5 miles away. Once we arrived they sped up the process and seemed to be in a hurry, even though I was the person paying for this move. *insert how sway* The taller guy was on the phone while moving my furniture inside of the building. I asked him several times to be careful with my furniture and he would laugh it off and say "yes, ma'am." I told him that he would need to take the feet off of my couches to ensure they would slide through the doorway with ease, he ignored me and continued scraping my couches against the doorway of my building. Now here's the crazy part, after all of this they walked away huffing and puffing because they didn't receive a tip. How can I tip you when you have no respect for yourself, the business you represent, or the service that you're providing? If I wanted my furniture banged up, I could've paid two crackheads to move it for $50. I thought I was hiring a professional business that provided a professional service. Unfortunately, I was wrong. This is what I get for trying to support a black business. Square Cow moved me out of my previous apartment and into the storage unit back in July, I regret not calling them to move me in my new place. I will never go cheap again, it wasn't worth it. My furniture cost more than the $170 that I saved. Smh. Like the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." I bet I learned my lesson. read more

I used these guys to move from my tiny starter home to my forever home. They were awful. They wanted to observe every item to see if there was a way to get out of moving it. I get that there were rules, but I got the feeling that these movers didn't want to work. They charged $95/hour and $150 in diesel. Expensive! But I had trouble booking 2 other companies so I said yes to it all. I ended up having to put half the boxes in the truck for them, let them take most of the bigger items, and they couldn't even do that right. They broke my concrete patio table, my gate at the new house, and some of the boxed items. I ended up at the clinic from overexertion the next day, since I moved so many of my own things. Here's the kicker: I still tipped the guys, and they complained that it was very little! Lesson learned: just pay some friends or have a huge cookout for everyone after helping with a move. NEVER HIRING THIS COMPANY OR ANY MOVERS AGAIN! read more

This place is a joke we told there dispatch exactly what we had to move and she scheduled the service. Movers showed up late and only moved about 40% of our stuff because it was so late. The dispatcher on the phone got an attitude with my wife and said it was our fault for the inconvenience. We were completely transparent with the description of everything we had when scheduling. The driver put us in contact with her boss and he said he would reach back out to us the next morning to complete the move and heard nothing. I not only spent over $650 to move less then half our stuff. But had to rent a truck the next day and move the rest myself! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! read more

I didn't end up using them because they are deceptive. Their Groupon is for $100 for $200 worth of work. But then they charge you bogus fees that bring the price right back to $200. For example, one of the fees was for "fuel" costs, even though I was doing a labor only move. UPDATE: a few hours after writing this, an employee called to harass me. "It's sad that you have so much time on your hands to sit there and..." I hung up of course after that, but you get the idea. Classy! Don't work with these people. read more

They broke my Samsung 60 inch plasma tv, after starting my move 4 hours late. I was offered 60 cents/pound for my broken tv. That comes out to about $50, clearly not enough to replace the tv. Definitely don't let them move a flat screen tv, unless it's in its original box with original packaging, even then use extreme caution. read more

My wife and I just bought our first home. We had plenty of time to move the small stuff ourselves but we agreed we'd rather hire some professionals to move our furniture. After reading many mixed reviews from many other companies my wife encouraged me to check out this promotion she received through email. The deal sounded WAY too good to be true but I figured I would give them a call anyway. We were assured that this deal was final, no hidden costs or fees, just a very competitive price from a company that already had stellar reviews. So we went for it! And we could not have been more pleased! I was nervous at first thinking the service MUST be sub-par for the price to be this low but the two gentlemen that helped us were both professional, polite, timely, and extremely hard workers. It took them less than 90 minutes to wrap, disassemble some, and load all of our furniture. I was beginning to wonder if we were going to go over the 3 hours we agreed to pay for. However, once they arrived at our new house there was no hesitation. They unloaded their truck even faster than they loaded it, placing our items with care exactly where we wanted them. We had time to spare by the end of it. We were so grateful we offered to buy them lunch. They politely declined saying they just ate and had another job to go to. THEY'RE MACHINES! We gave them an extra $20 and thanked them again. Even with the tip we saved at least $100 over the next best deal we could find! Thank you K&T Moving for taking such great care of us. read more

I hired this company after I found them on Groupon and vetted the reviews. They moved me from a 2 story townhome into a highrise in downtown Dallas. The movers were professional and on time, but the move took 2x the amount of time scheduled and that was even after we called in a 3rd person to help (who I had to pay for). Even though it was ~$400 extra expense, I didn't have too much heartburn over this because it did end up being more complicated than anyone was expecting, with limitations on the loading dock, freight elevator access, etc. The reason for the 2 stars is because in the move they damaged my electric piano. They carried it by the keyboard part (not the base) and the keyboard detached from the base. They did show me the damage and what happened, but stated they didn't cover any repair because it was plywood. This doesn't sit well with me, because it seems that a lot of furniture today has some plywood component in it, but it doesn't give them an excuse to be careless. The movers did tell me they knew someone that could possibly repair it and said they would get back to me with a number. A week or so later someone from the K&T office asked me how my experience was and if I would review the company. I had no problem doing that, but I informed her that there was this still unresolved issue with the piano. She asked me to send more information and pictures, which I did, but I never heard from her or anyone at the company again. I have waited to write this review to give them a chance to respond and rectify the situation, or at least point me in the right direction of someone who could help, but it's been almost 4 months since my move so I feel that nothing more is going to be done. read more

I called this company after calling many others and finding the Groupon for K&T. I first checked Yelp and the reviews were mostly positive so we booked. They did not make me buy the Groupon but still honored the deal. I spoke with Jennifer to set everything up and she was very courteous and straight to the point with costs so we knew exactly what to expect and had no surprises in the end. She emailed me a quote which was great..everything in black and white. We set it up for 4/21 in the morning. Well, as happens too often we had issues at closing and had to move back moving day to 4/22. Jennifer was great with rescheduling and we were able to get the first spot that day. At 8AM our lead mover (Rick) called and told us they were gassed up and on the way. Traffic was awful so they arrived at our house in NE Ft. Worth after 9AM. We showed them everything that was going and once they had the game plan, Rick went over the quote which was just as Jennifer had stated and he started the clock. They worked quickly and we had everything moved and all in the new house in Burleson in just over 5 hours. (We have a LOT of stuff and it was a long drive to our new house) Rick and his team (we lucked out with 3 people this day..I think they were training) were great and took good care not to damage our things. We tipped them nicely and they seemed very happy (35.00 each). We would not hesitate to use K&T in the future and plan to use them when we move my mom in the near future. read more

My experience was amazing. These guys were simply the best. They showed up on time. They showed up on time. We got a Living Social deal for three hours of moving and read the reviews that were pretty good. We were moving .08 miles and figured that would be perfect. I was moving in with my boyfriend so they DID have to load both our apartments but we lived in the same complex and there was only 1 bed total, 1 couch and one loveseat total - so together we had enough to make one set of furniture. Easy right? Our moving time was 12-4. They arrived at 3:45pm. I will say that they took really good care of our stuff but it took them 6.5 hours to move us. They were insanely slow. They didn't get done until 11pm (their truck wouldn't start for a while so that's the extra time). I've read good reviews for one set of guys but we did not have either of them for our move. The two we had, while very nice and friendly, moved so slow that the entire experience ended up costing us about $540 to move less than a mile. Less than a mile. So be warned that you might not get the two guys that have all the good reviews. You might get two very late movers that take 7 hours to move two half-furnished apartments and end up having to pay a lot of money to move a very short distance. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Scheduled a move weeks in advance. Office manager Jennifer was very friendly until the move was confirmed. Then she then became very testy and rude. Today is the day of the move and movers are a no call, no show. After several calls and contacting their customer service chat (that kept ending the chat when I asked for contact info) they began sending me to voicemail. I've never had this happen before. This has really put me in a bind. Now I have to find last minute movers costing me more and I have to potentially miss work. read more

Had a great experience moving from our apartment into our first home with K&T Moving. We moved whatever we could fit into our car back and forth and saved the movers for the furniture. Prior to pick up, terms and conditions were clearly discussed prior to confirmation (i.e. hourly rate, fee for stairs...etc.). Upon arrival, all the terms were clarified again to ensure that everything was clear and there were no surprises. G & Nigel were our movers and they were EXCELLENT! They were on time, personable and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived to our apartment with everything broken down and packed...they did, however, wrap up our dressers and TV stand and anything else that had drawers to make sure there were no mishaps with any pieces falling out. Our headboard was ever so slightly chipped and G made sure that I was aware of it prior to loading it onto the truck....and I don't know about you, but I truly appreciate him going out of his way to point that out to me. When we arrived to our house, they were just as careful unloading as they were loading our belongings. We directed them where we would like them to place our things and that was that. The move was just over 2 hours (on my watch) but only charged us for 2 hours anyway. We tipped them $35...and they were extremely happy and thankful for the gesture. Apparently K&T is a new company and I appreciate their level of customer service while they try to grow their business. I would highly recommend K&T movers as they are courteous, fast, friendly, hard working and at an affordable price. You will not be disappointed! read more

I scheduled movers for the late afternoon. They were good about giving me updates throughout the day and showed up within their window. That's where the good ends. The movers refused to park on the street directly outside my front door, which meant they had to walk about 100 yards between my apartment and the truck. They were obviously tired after several other moves that day, but they moved SO. SLOW. Not okay when you're paying by the hour. Eventually my family and I got nervous and started carrying loads of stuff to the truck. At one point, I walked out to the truck and one of the movers was standing around taking a smoke break. It took them the whole two hours to load about half the stuff from my one-bedroom apartment. I eventually gave up and told them to leave the small boxes, and I went back to get them the next day. By the time we got to my new place (which is less than half a mile away), we were running so late I just had them put everything in the garage instead of carrying into the building AND I had to pay an extra $100 bucks for an extra hour. I feel like I got ripped off by the movers and K&T. The movers themselves were moving slowly, but K&T shouldn't schedule the same crew for 12 straight hours of lifting heavy things. It's not realistic to be able to expect someone to keep up a reasonable pace for that amount of time. read more

I have moved several times and never used a mover. For this move I decided very reluctantly to get movers. After getting quotes from several places that were way out of my price range I found a coupon on Amazon for K&T movers for $89. The morning on March 16th brought all of our fears of a 4-lettered word "move" to a reality. Everyone at home was running around wrapping up with the last minute packing, and worried about the uncertainty of our afternoon appointment with K&T moving services. Although the feedbacks of the company were solid, we still were afraid of "what if...". And we certainly didn't want to locate and unpack the necessities and toiletries for another night or two, while trying to find another company willing to move our stuff from point A to point B. We took a sigh of relief when we received a phone call from a polite male voice advising us of a 30-40 minutes eta. Approx 35 minutes later, a 24' truck appeared in front of our apartment and two well-dressed beings emerged from it. After a friendly introduction and quick scribble on a consent form, the two guys started to move, and I mean they were really "moving". I realized an hour into their hustle that I was dealing with some extra-terrestrial creature which was portraying to be professional-men. The humans need to take breaks, they get tired, they get thirsty, etc. But these aliens were rolling. Just over two hours to jam-pack the truck was amazing, and took them hour and a half to unload. I had guesstimated approx 6 hours, but took them just under 4 hours. So here is the story in a nutshell.... If you need couple of aliens to help with your move your stuff quickly, contact K&T. But if you are interested in couple of weak humans, who probably won't be as professional or punctual, there are plenty of choices out there. Good luck with your move! read more

I am not really sure how to start this review. Let me begin with the positives. Alex and Zack were very professional and polite. They were a little behind schedule but called to inform us, so no problem there. They loaded our items with care and delivered them in the same manner. My only issues with this move was the amount of time that it took and the fact that they came with no tools. We had prepared very well for this move. In fact, we moved everything that we possibly could on our own. All that remained was less than 20 items. Granted it was the big stuff, refrigerator, washer and dryer, mattresses. When they assessed the items they said that there should be no problem getting it done in less than 2 hours. I had already taken the door off of the house we were leaving and the one we were moving into. They suggested that the handles from the refrigerator be removed but they didn't have any tools. I have had movers move me 9 times and they always had tools. The house we moved into was less than a mile away. Despite the close proximity and the number of items to move it still took around 2 hours and 45 minutes. In all fairness one of the movers became a little ill during the move. I guess I expected that they would account for that in the extended time. At any rate, I was just happy to have the big items moved. The crew was great and the move was fine but I wouldn't use them again, it simply cost too much in the end. I tipped because they worked hard and was a little surprised that they counted the tip in front of me but not the fee. I hope that my review doesn't get blasted like the others that didn't give a full five stars, I am just being honest. read more

DO NOT use K&T Moving! They are completely dishonest and unprofessional. After finishing our move, they hit our car and drove off! The drivers thought nobody was looking, but my neighbor it all happen. They never admitted fault or took responsibility. They used a Budget rental truck, so we had to file a claim with Budget. They did not try to make things right. You can see from the pictures I posted it was a big deal. In addition, they were uncouth and unprofessional. They ask us to buy them breakfast. They asked us to get them sodas every 20 minutes. They made a mess and were careless with our stuff. After tipping them a generous amount, they came back and asked for more!! I would NEVER use them again! read more

Do not use them! Don't believe the 5 star reviews, as they are not real. Read the 1 star reviews and you will see a pattern. These movers are careless with items, will toss around boxes marked fragile and after damaging items you will never get ahold of their office staff to get the items repaired or replaced. They don't return phone calls or emails and will ignore you. Don't make the same mistake I did, use another company! read more

Was ready to engage in services, then I got a face full of nasty. Called to make my appointment to move and the lady on the phone turned my intention to purchase into a "hell no". Honestly, I was happy to get this move going with these guys. The price K&T quoted was great and the first lady I spoke to was very easy going and made me feel very comfortable. After shopping around, I decided to bring my business to K&T. When I decided to call and order, this new woman on the phone was rude with me and was condescending. She seemed like she really didn't like her job or was at the very least having a horrible day. After a few minutes of this, I shared my frustration with another employee, who said that this person was new and was having a bad day. She said that the original employee I had a good rapport with would call me by the end of business to smooth things over. Unfortunately, they did not call me. It's painfully apparent that they are either negligent or disinterested in keeping my business, as well as their reputation as a business that faces the general public. read more

I found K & T on Groupon and they did a great job. Everything was wrapped, loaded, moved, and unloaded in 3 hours- from Plano to Ft Worth- despite the downpour of rain during the move. The team worked quickly and was careful with my furniture. I will say to just keep an eye on your fragile items/boxes as it is easiest to stack and load them all on the dolly. Didn't notice that anything was damaged but the boxes were all stacked on top of each other. Overall, it was a great move. It's so much easier and faster to hire K & T than to spend a whole day doing it myself. Thanks guys! read more

Do not use them!!! They immediately wanted to charge for an extra hour, we called in advance trying to get movers in the morning, we were told the only available time was 4pm - 8pm. As soon as the guys showed up (after getting stuck at the wrong apartment) they said "you should have booked in the morning" ...yeah no shit. They ended up making okay time even though they were moving soooo slow...but when they started packing our storage unit they packed things so poorly (even though I just wanted them to bring everything up for me to pack myself) they did $1000 worth of damages by destroying my dinning chairs. They didn't care at all, now they are not answering emails and they phone mailbox is full. read more

We recently used K&T for a short move within Dallas. Their prices were very reasonable and they worked with us to come up with a price in our budget. The day of the move they arrived early. They did not start the "moving clock" for what we were paying for until we had finished all of the paperwork and they actually started moving. They were very upfront about pricing on the phone and the day of went back over the pricing with us--no hidden fees or surprises at the end! Both men were so polite and friendly. We immediately felt comfortable with entrusting them with our things. They brought their own wrap and wrapped our furniture so that it was protected in the truck. They were very fast and were done moving with time to spare. Our move was drastically less stressful thanks to them! read more

They did my move for a fair price but the damage was done. I understand that with every move there is damages to walls and doors but my house is brand new and the dents and marks made are no repairable. The one things they did break which was a 30 dollar lamp with dimmer was not replaced. They said don't worry we'll have someone come and replace it in 2 days. I gave them weeks and months and countless calls and got no reply. Someone finally called me almost 6 months later and said we would take care of it and nothing has happen. The lamp isn't worth much but they couldn't even satisfy that, imagine if my tv would have been broken. It's the principal here not the money or item. I even tipped my movers well because they worked hard. They got tired in the end and started bumping into walls and doors and the fridge left a dent on my new oak front door. read more

I initially found them through Groupon. The deal sounded too good to be true but in the situation I was in I really needed their services. So I called them to see if they cover the Frisco area. The lady said yes and I proceeded to tell her that I found them through Groupon and I was going to buy the voucher. She then said not to do so and stated that they would honor the Groupon deal. I also told her that I'm a member and I get an additional percentage off. She then stated for me to email her a screen shot of my deal and that she would get back to me. So needless to say I didn't purchase the voucher. They came out on the 30th and one of the guys hands me the bill. I didn't see the additional discount. So he said they were going to start moving me meanwhile his boss got back to him on that. The nightmare began! They didn't wrap but only 3 pieces of furniture the rat was brought down 3 flights of stairs in an apartment complex. I had some previous scratches from previous movers so I'm assuming they thought I wouldn't care if they scratched it some more. My neighbor witness them hitting the walls with my kids furniture, my furniture and mattresses along with my leather sofa. The also handled my dryer poorly. Well the next day I came to realize my dryer was broken. Called the Lowe's store and one of their technician stated to me that the only way the heating portion of my dryer could've broken was either because they dropped it or they were just not careful with it. When I did call to complain and ask how they were going to handle this they did what any shady business would do. They dodged me for days that I had to ask my bank to help me in this matter. Finally when they realized what my bank has done they then returned my call. Only to be verbally attacks over the phone. The man that called me was warned that someone else was on the line so to please stop yelling but he proceeded with his vulgar mouth. I'll see you all in court !! You claimed to have ten years of business well guess your ten years are coming to an end. I seriously doubt I'm the first person this has happened to with your company. Videos provided by my neighbors will show how you all lied in your claims that you all didn't damage my furniture and break my dryer. read more

K&T did a great job and we will definitely use them again. Scheduling the move was super easy and they even accommodated us when we needed to move a few days earlier than planned. Prices were good, tuck was in great condition, and workers were great. Chris and Pete showed up right on time and worked hard for 3 hours. They were very friendly and careful with all of our stuff. They packed the truck very well so that we only needed one trip. Moving sucks, but Chris and Pete and K&T moving company makes it a whole lot better. read more

Used K&T moving services on August 5th, service took two hours longer than expected for a move five miles away. Two boxes were dropped breaking my dishes. I've called and emailed the company since and they have yet to respond. Do not use! read more

Was recommended to this company by a client of my husband. They told us about the Groupon discount so we signed up for that. We had a unique moving situation and they were very helpful with that. On move day they arrived on time and they worked super fast. We used a different moving company a while back and had less than half the stuff during that move than we had for this one and these guys loaded us up in less than two hours. Unloading took just about an hour and the final drop off even less. All in all they got us done is much less time than we expected. So, why 3 stars? I thought about this for a while and didn't want to do my review until some time passed so I wouldn't be leaving some random angry review based off of emotion. The move started super terrible in my opinion. The lead guy said something incredibly offensive to me when I was having a conversation with his assistant and it started things off on a bad note. I shook it off of course bc I needed to get moved and complaining wasn't going to get it done. Eventually, it passed and work was done, but I'm still not okay with it. I just think there are better ways to communicate with people. I applaud him for stating his concern bc I never want people to hold back, but the way he did it knocked the wind out of me. The other star is bc of the foot prints that I just discovered on the couch when I was fluffing the cushions yesterday. It's a cream colored couch and there is a giant faded foot print on the back of it like it was stepped on during the loading or unloading process. I can't get it out, but it can be covered with the cushion. There are other stains and holes in the couches, but since I signed a form at the end of the move saying everything was fine, I just have to deal. The move ended away from my home so I wasn't able to look at everything before signing. I'll take the L on that. Otherwise, they worked fast. They jammed packed that truck with all of our stuff and got the job done. So I appreciate them for that. Better communication skills and more concern and care for customer's property would have made it 5 stars. read more
