And furthermore the worst part is this will delay items I need for my bathroom remodel in turn delaying the project. Lowe's offers only apologies for this. No discount, no guarantee they can expedite shipping to not delay my project. This is the last time I shop here

Was called and told it needed some new parts and it would cost $157.00 Got a call and told it was repaired and now the cost was $191.00. The voice message left stated credit cards are, of course, excepted. Got there, had to give my name in addition to the repair ticket - very odd and gave a fake name - and told the cost is now $203.57. Would not show proof of work by starting the chain saw at the shop. I believe I am going to contact Randolph Township and ask for an inspection as this is a very dangerous place to walk around. This place will not see any additional equipment of me or my community.
