Smeed started off well putting in out new NEC phone system. Wiring, installation, all seemed OK…read more However, they absolutely fell down when it came to making our VOIP extensions work. These never worked properly, Smeed was VERY slow to respond, and seemed to not be clear on what to do next at each and every juncture. There was typically more than a week between each trouble-shooting step, so our remote people were down for long periods. Smeed didn't have ANY sense of urgency despite my repeated requests. After five months of them flubbing around, we cancelled our agreement with them. If you need simple on premises plain old telephone service, they may be OK. For anything else, steer clear. We learned more about NEC VOIP extensions in one hour with Valley Tel than we did in five months with Smeed. If I had it to do over again, I would go with Valley Tel in a heartbeat.

There was quite a bit involved to get it to work so it was worth the $350 to have it done. I started and shut it off numerous times to be sure there were no problems. There were so much at a Target. And, despite, my best efforts looking at everything, I left with only rugs. The rugs were really nice-thick, cushy and pretty to look at so I was very pleased. I would definitely go back to Target. It's a great store for everything you could need in the home.

There was no one waiting when I got here and one person showed up a few minutes into my wait. And it was early in the morning in the middle of the week. Oh well, I got my stuff. I do love Target and that they have the pick-up option (which they've had since before the pandemic, because I was using it months before that happened) because it makes it so much more convenient for me to shop and I don't have to shop online.
