I recently hired Delta contractors to demo and replace my concrete driveway. They were on time to…read morecome assess and provide an estimate. Their pricing was competitive and they provided several options in terms of materials that could be used for the new driveway. As I got other estimates, I liked that they consistently checked in with me but didn't pressure me. I also appreciated that they were the only contractors that talked about what permits would be required and that the estimate included Delta pulling the appropriate permits. During the job, they showed up on time and worked incredibly hard every day. All of their employees were respectful and friendly I liked that they are a family-owned operation and there were several members of the family working the job. The driveway came out perfectly. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

If you're planning on any kind of interior work that requires finish work do not, repeat DO NOT…read morehire this company. I have nothing against Bobby and his crew personally (they're all very nice people) but they do not have the skills to handle any kind of detail or finish work. And Bobby does not stay on top of his crew and he did not supervise the work sufficiently. Example #1: We asked them to install a butcher block counter top. When they finished the counter top still had filler in spaces and we had to call them back to scrape it away. And then within one week of the installation, the material they used to fill cracks where the countertop butted up against the backsplash had started to crack. Three months after the installation one piece of the backsplash came away and I had to reglue it myself. Example #2: They installed a hardwood floor in the living room and bedrooms. They didn't install a saddle between the living room and the kitchen (a transition to vinyl tile). When asked to rectify it, they cut down a piece of base molding and then didn't even bother to polyurethane or finish the piece of wood at all. Example #3: We bought four solid wood doors to replace existing hollow core doors. They had to paint them but did not paint the bottom and top surfaces of the doors (when they're installed you won't see these edges as they're butted up against the floor and ceiling respectively). As a result, moisture has penetrated the doors and they have changed size. Now I'm going to have to wait until fall to wait for the humidity to drop and the doors should shrink back (hopefully) and then I'll have to get them repainted. Example #4: The vinyl floor in the kitchen had a big bump in one spot. We asked them to remove the tile where the bump was, and re-level that spot. The did do that, but there was still a small high spot. These are just four examples of the quality of Delta Contractors's work. They may be great at doing stucco work or repaving driveways. But if you want quality interior work done, look elsewhere.

We chose A&D from among four potential contractors to repaint our entire apartment, replace the…read moretile in our master shower, and to sand and reseal all of our wood floors with a couple new coats of polyurethane finish. We liked A&D because of the the way they approached the bid, their detail, their ability to cover all of the three types of work that we wanted done, their competitive pricing and (very important), their follow-through. Dimitri was prompt and thorough in making the first visit and then developing a detailed scope of work with pricing for each part of this job. Andrii led the team that conducted the work. He was on site very regularly to help with the work and oversee the crew. Everything went incredibly smooth! All work was done at high quality, and they finished nearly a week ahead of schedule. Through out the job, Andrii kept us informed. We were in Australia for several days during the work, and he continued to keep us updated and even sent photos. We will definitely come back to A&D for future jobs.

They came to help restore the wooden windowsills of my apartment which are significantly sun and water damaged. I had called several other companies, who had told me that it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. However, Andrii and Ivan made it look brand new. When it came to their work - they were efficient and absolute perfectionists. They even brought a fan and vacuum to assist with clean up and hasten drying. The photos speak for themselves. They also helped me regrout my bathroom floors and resilicon my tub. It was moldy, rusty, and broken before, and their work was exceptional. They also helped me hang up a few new shelves, which breathed new air in my place. I am beyond pleased with Andrii and Ivan's work, I am glad to have found them and they will be my go-tos going forward. 10/10 recommend
