This place was very close to my work so it as extremely convenient for me to take my dress to get tailored on lunch my break so I chose to come here. They charged me $60 to get my dress taken in a tiny bit at the waist and to get the pads out. And it was still too big. I tried to communicate with the lady that I wasn't satisfied and she refused to help me or give me any money off. Now I'm stuck keeping this dress. I am extremely disappointed. She told me she could nothing for me and after I paid she walked away and that was it. You can go here if you want but make sure you ask for the price first and ask what will you do if I'm not satisfied. I might not even wear this dress now. And I can't return it because I've had it tailored. I believe if you want to run a business that gives you lasting customers, you should at least offer to help if your customer isn't happy. I am a very reasonable happy person. She also said she could keep my dress if I didn't pay the $60! Which was so unprofessional. The wedding I am going to is on Saturday and I'm thankful I purchased a back up dress. It will be a game time decision but im extremely dissatisfied as I was so happy I was treating myself to a tailored fitted dress. word of mouth is the most important refferal system as it cost no money in marketing and I would have been a wonderful referral system for this lady as well, as everyone asks me for referrals for everything. I will never be back and will make sure I tell everyone that asks me not to use Kams alterations. Thank you for reading my Ted talk. I actually feel a lot better that shared this experience with you all.

Initially no issues but then about a week ago when I dropped off my clothing which complied of expensive Robert Grahm shirts and other expensive items that were left on one of the RG shirts a pair of cufflinks monte Blanc they supposedly went missing. The concerning part is I recalled that I left the cuffling on one of the shirts and called the cleaners the same day to go check which I was told by one of there employees that they found the cuffling and it would be set aside. I was relieved and told them I would pick them up in couple of days when I picked up the rest of the clothing. When I went there couple days later to pick up my clothing I asked for the cufflings and they acting like they had no clue what I was talking about. I then looked for the shirt I had the cufflings on and the shirt was missing. I obviously was very upset and started questioning the employees, there attitudes immediately changes and were very worried at this point. Saying it's not our concern, I demanded to speak to the owner and they put me on the phone with the owner who in turn was nothing but rude. At this point I decided to call sandy springs police and when they arrived the owner arrived as well and charged at me like a maniac, screaming at me to get off his property. I filed a report with sandy springs PD and the owner filed trespassing which SPPD said you cant come back to this property as the owner is giving you notice. How the hell this got turned around is beyond me by police officer said the owner said it and they just are telling me and wasent that I was in trouble but if I came back would be, HUH lol So the next day the owner called me apologizing but said he needed a week to see if it turns up, I said that's fine and gave him the week, I also recorded the call as I knew now this guy lies. He called me at the end of the week as he said he would and started negotiating, lol yes not kidding, says I will buy the cufflings if you eat the price of the shirt. I said what? I asked if he was joking and he said I am trying to be reasonable. Even worst he started changing his tune from apologizing the week prior to now basically accusing me of lying with out admitting to it or actually saying that but sure made me feel like it. PEOPLE I recommend hightly if you are taking cloths worth any more then 100 bucks DONT do it they cant be trusted and customer service is horrible. HONESTLY they are not honorable I wouldn't take my underwear to have them wash it that's how bad they made me feel. I plan ON pursing legal and media means to let people know what a big crook the owner and his staff are and that this business can't be trusted. Extremely disgusted and disappointed. I strongly recommend you stay away and save your self the disgusting experience of being taken advantage. So disgusted.
