I dropped off an expensive pair of size 0 suit pants and a few other items. When I dropped off, I was asked to leave a review, and said I couldn't because the service hadn't been provided yet. I picked up my items without trying on, and didn't realize until after the shop closed that my pants had been swapped w/ large black trousers. I left a voicemail explaining the situation and that I needed my pants ASAP for a work trip, and they opened the store on Sunday, so that I could come in and help search for them. We ultimately found them, and the cost of hemming them was refunded. They asked me to delete my review, and followed up twice in the hours since I left the shop, which felt a bit pushy. I do appreciate the efforts to resolve and intended to update my review anyway. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but the process was still frustrating and stressful. I got a fast response via message from them so I decided to give them a try. They told me to bring the right shoes so they could measure accurately. I wouldn't have thought of that! The location is easy to find right off 141 and parking is a breeze in front. They have good hours, open til 630 and even open on weekend. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and her mom- by name since I'd made a arranged time they were expecting us! There was a really nice arrangement of masks while we waited to browse. Some of these were made with beautiful fabrics for formal events and in all the colors you could dream of. My daughter put on the gown for measuring and she was made to feel comfortable (this was her very first experience at a tailor service.) she was complimented on her look as well. The dress was ready in a quick timeframe and absolutely on time for our event. My daughter was pleased with the result- and attention to detail. The hem looks extremely professional. I recommend this business and will be back soon with more alterations.
