It really took no time at all and she was very friendly. The dress was ready in less than a week but it was very expensive! I've had pants hemmed many times by the inseam measurement and have never had a problem. She insisted that I try on each pair while she pinned them up. I knew they were not going to be correct and I should have left and took them somewhere else. It took them a week which I felt was too long. It usually takes a couple of days at other places. Three out of the four pair are TOO SHORT and she charged me $56. Over $200 worth of jeans are now ruined. I would not recommend this place since they can't even do a simple job of hemming a pair of jeans. There are more affordable options available where you can get better customer service, quality work, and a faster turnaround.

My bridesmaids had to try to stick their hand up the dress to fix the lining, with ultimately this being the product. Would I have loved to take off the dress and try to alter it somehow? Yes - but the back clasp broke while putting it on leading to my sister, SIL, & MIL quite literally using fishing wire to sew me into the dress. So by the time it was noticed, I was more worried about the dress physically staying on. I was relatively new to Atlanta & had gotten my dress at Bridals By Lori's - this was suggested & I went with it. The whole process felt rushed, there was parts I still wasn't completely sold on but they told me thats how the wedding dress was supposed to feel / it was supposed to be put on that high. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. It's all I notice now in photos & paid a ridiculous price for it.
