Strong Females Beware:…read more This company decided the day before the move that he was not going to honor the price previously agreed to. This was despite reassurances that they would not be moving any additional items. When told that changing the price last minute was not acceptable, he didn't like my tone and decided to cancel the job, the day before the move. In hindsight, should have let my fiancé do the talking, he may have been threatened by a woman in charge.

The doors were hung correctly and the baseboards were perfect. The house looks new and refreshed. We are not sorry we had this done. The value was fair and the final bill was exactly as quoted. We do recommend this company.

Ben took away the old door and all of the materials. In addition, he also had gotten the door for us ahead of time, which was greatly appreciated. If you call or e-mail them, Staci or Ben, will get back to you right away. Overall, I think that HandyRite is a very trustworthy business and I would use them again. I would also recommend them to anyone who needed a handyman.

I researched several moving companies, and Mint Moving definitely had the highest reviews. We…read morecollected a few quotes and decided to hire them. They were AMAZING while facilitating our move this summer. They were quick to respond, answered all of our questions, gave us a fair quote, showed up on time (early!), and were very friendly. Our movers were careful and efficient. We had 4 movers, but one of them got lost somehow on the way to our new house and we ended up with only 3 movers for most of the time. It was no big deal, they still finished under time and only charged us for the 3 movers instead of 4. The guys were respectful about taking their shoes off on carpet and being careful around walls / doors / corners. None of our belongings were damaged. The other amazing thing is they were able to reschedule our move last minute when both my husband and I came down with COVID 2 days before our move (and I was 30 weeks pregnant). We were extremely sick and I was panicking about trying to make the move happen, but luckily Mint had a time slot open up the following week and they changed our reservation, no problem. I was so incredibly grateful! I would hire Mint again in a heartbeat! And I have already recommended them to some friends. Great job, guys!

I would hire them again to do other home projects for my folks.

Anyway, these guys were absolutely awesome. Super friendly and great to work with, took good care of my things, and were very open to whatever feedback or requests I had for how to arrange things. Also, I got quotes from a few places, and this was by far the most affordable. Another company quoted me over twice what I ended up paying with these guys. They got a big job done quickly, moving me out of a third-floor walk-up apartment with a tricky staircase that has four turns - I was amazed at how fast it went. And they were able to get my couch down no problem, despite the fact that the company I'd hired when moving in said it was impossible to get up and made me disassemble it on the street. Would absolutely recommend these guys. I'd love to never move again, but such is life, so when I do, they are my first call.

I originally gave this business a one star review. Their services (cleaning rooftop dryer vents)…read morewas contracted through our townhome association management company (Network Management Daniel Gay property manager.) I requested our property manager to have WOH come back and clean up excessive lint on my and my neighbor's roof. Property manager reported he could not "get a hold of anyone" at the company. I finally called the company directly and spoke to Ann/Anna? and left a message for the owner to call me. That phone call to the company was answered on the second ring. So I might conclude the property manager at my association never made an attempt to contact WOH. After no response to my phone call directly to the business, I wrote my original YELP review. Truth be told, owner of WOH states he was never contacted by the management company. NOT SURPRISED BY THAT! I saw the owner posted a note on my original Yelp review yesterday. We have now spoken by phone and he has committed to make things right. Thank you Eric for the follow up . Messages do sometimes get missed. Thank you for your response and sorry that our management company may not have been truthful about having made the follow up request.

The reason I'm giving them two stars is because my stuff mostly ended up in my new place minus one…read moreitem that was broken during the move. There were a few things that were not great about this move and collectively makes me not recommend them. 1) They were an hour late and didn't call. I had to call them to see if they were still coming. 2) They brought to small of a truck and seem to think that I had too much stuff for a one bedroom. We had to take two trips and they try to charge me for the exccess time on the highway plus their members breaks. When I brought it up the mover said "oh yeah I forgot." I heard this quite a lot later. 3) I was quoted 3 to 5 hours in email for my job. They tried to charge me for 9, including the above. When I brought up that I was quoted 3-5 hours they told me they would have never quoted me that even though it was provided to me in writing. I told them how much furniture and clothing I had when I called to quote so it shouldn't have been a surprise for this or the truck size. 4) My bathroom cabinet was broken in the move. I didn't love it so I wasn't sad about it. The mover said that I would get reimbursed for this. He, again, forgot when I initially got the total at the end of the move and I had to remind them a couple times to ensure I got reimbursed. I did eventually get reimbursed for it. 5) I asked the movers, as I was leaving my apartment, to meet them at the house if they wanted me to stay until they had packed everything up. They said no, that I could go ahead and they would meet me down at my house. When I came back to the apartment later that night they actually left a headboard and footboard in the hallway that didn't make it on the truck. Again he said he "forgot" the item in the hallway. When I called the next day they did send the same movers out to pick it up and were going to coordinate with me to drop it off later that day. No one ever called and I had to call them the coordinate for delivery the following day. If this place could get it together it could be decent but for now I wouldn't recommend them.
