Great facility! Jake is one of the best trainers in this area. He's got 3 dogs of his own, all well behaved and exemplary in what he's capable of. During the training sessions he has a two-sided approach in which he demonstrates the technique, thoroughly explaining each step he takes and then oversees the owner do the same thing, providing guidance and feedback. Horrible customer service. Kim who works the front desk is so unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. I would be very concerned for my business if she was the one who has the first and last interaction with clients. I've experienced first hand her nastiness and have witnessed it with other clients who ask questions. Biggest waste of money for training. Every dog is put in a prong collar and the trainers never actually address any of the issues that need addressing as discussed at the consultation. My consultation should have been enough to not use this training facility. When I arrived for my consultation I was shown to the office to wait which is just a section in the lobby that has a 1/2 wall so you can hear everything going on in the lobby. I could hear the trainer, Jacob, in the lobby just chatting away with other staff and someone told him that he had a consultation waiting. His response was "I know, they can wait." That should have been enough for me to get up and walk out and I'm mad at myself for not doing so. Talk about a bad first impression. It's a one size fits all type of training. Not sure if the trainers know how to address anything other than teach basic obedience with slip leads and prong collars. At the end of the 6 trainings your dog receives, you have a 1:1 with a trainer and it's literally the same exact 1:1 for every single dog. It's like it's a script they practice. At the end of the 1:1, they hand you your dog who they consider "trained" in a prong collar with no guidance on how to work towards not using the prong collar for the rest of your dogs life. I'm all for using tools to help communicate with the dog while they're learning but not to be used for the rest of the dogs life. And when they say the dog is "trained" they just mean thanks for the $500 your dog is now daycare approved. That's right, you must complete their "training" in order to use their daycare. The kids that work the daycare and bring the dogs out at pick up seem to have zero experience or training. They try to have the dogs sit before handing you the leash and when the dog doesn't sit right away they just pull up on the leash and hold them up by the neck until they sit. They NEVER actually say "sit" just hold them up by their necks until they sit. I'm so mad at myself for falling for their "training" and wasting all that money. Once I discovered how much of a sham this business is and reached out to another trainer to train my dog they were not surprised at all with the negative experience we had at k9 top performance and told me that's the new scam in the dog training industry. It's all about making money and not actually training dogs. They were able to fix the damage done by k9 top performance. They assessed what my dog needed and provided training to meet my dogs specific needs. Do your research before sending your dog here for training. They also do not care at all when you tell them you're unhappy and won't be sending your dog there anymore. The response is "ok." That's it, just "ok." As a small business owner myself, I went back and forth with leaving a review online. I absolutely want to know why a customer is unhappy so I can try and make it better or appropriately address concerns. So we asked why he didn't eat his lunch they said because he was too hot because it was hot outside. I asked what do you mean you leave him outside in the heat all day? They lied about feeding him the next day also, I gave them a chance to tell the truth and he did not, manager changed trainer? No change in behavior of this place, it's was supposed to be a training session. what a waste of money $600.00 later at the end they told me oh we got him to sit and stay. DO NOT take your dog here for daycare -- I did one "working interview" with them and was disgusted by the facilities. The dogs do NOT get to go outside, they just go to the bathroom inside in the "play" area. It's smelly and hot, and most of the dogs have diarrhea. Worst of all, any dogs who are deemed by the staff to be too loud or unruly are shoved into crates in a back room, where all the other dogs are crying and barking loudly, and they're in there all day. Most of the crates are old, rusty, and they're stacked on top of each other, it's pretty horrifying. I don't know anything about their training services, as those are done in a separate area, most likely to stop daycare clients from seeing how awful the daycare area is. I suspect this is why all the good reviews here are from training clients and not from daycare clients. Definitely do not recommend this place for daycare -- go somewhere you can tour the entire facility during working hours so you can see how it operates. read more

I sent two of my dogs here for day camp/training. Our adult dog was clearly very stressed, which we discussed with his trainer, who seemed mystified. She offered to send video of him in daycare having fun. We got that video, and he was stressed, ears pinned, whale eyes, running around trying to get away from the other dogs. In that same video, we saw our 21 lb, 7 month puppy being ganged up on by 6-8 dogs double her size. When we inquired, we were told "that's just what dogs do". What's the point of supervision, then? We were told the owner would call us, he didn't. We called back, still nothing. While our puppy's trainer was great, we will not be sending her back, as we consider ourselves incredibly lucky that our puppy did not get injured or develop any fear responses from her time there. We spent $1200+ there, were scheduled to spend another $800 in training, and they didn't even have the decency to call us. read more

My dog came home with sores on her muzzle because she had likely been left in a crate for an extended period. She was also covered in her own feces which is not normal and had diarrhea for 48 hours. I wish this place was as good as their old reviews say, but it's not. The staff did not give the impression they cared for our dog and exhibited some unprofessional behavior. I wouldn't recommend bringing your dog here unless you don't care about it. I should have known it was a horrible place by the piss smell that greeted me as I entered the facility; it shows the lack of care they have for their own business. When picking up my puppy, she appears happy; however, as soon as I get her home, she races out of the car because she has to poop or pee so bad she's whining. So highly doubt they are giving the dogs an adequate amount of bathroom breaks. Every time 1 picked up my puppy, she had significant diarrhea or threw up. I'm mad at myself for bringing my puppy here. The last time I had her at this trash place was Wednesday, and she hasn't eaten a full meal since. Now she has to go to the vet. If I could give zero stars, I would. Paying for puppy obedience training is a waste of money and a scam also. They charge you for six classes of things any competent person can teach their dog. My GSD puppy already knew basic obedience commands (sit, stay, down, etc.), but they required this training before all the other things I wanted to work on. After the six trainings, not one person discussed the training with me but wanted me to sign up for a one on 1 for $80 session. They have too many dogs in that facility, which they should be shut down. read more

I had two of my puppies at the time go here. I wanted leash training only. My labra doodle was walked but my Wheaton was never walked. My Wheaton's harness was chewed to bits every time I picked him up. I kept buying new ones and those were chewed too. I went three full days and was very upset left angry never to go back. When my wheaten came home he became aggressive. I believe they did something to my Wheaton. I am not sure because everything is behind close doors. I would never bring my dogs here and recommend checking with a Vet if you need training. I found a nice training place and hopefully heading in a better direction. Beware if you go here. read more

We don't do the daycare but we do board our dog here while traveling and have never had a problem. We tried boarding at some other places and our dog be pretty skitish a few days after we pick her up, so we kept trying different places until we found here. My wife and I have been taking our one year old bulldog here since she was sixteen weeks old. We started her with puppy camp and have continued with weekly daycare and obedience training. She is now doing advanced off leash training with her fantastic trainer Kristen. Our dog has spent over two weeks boarding at the facility where she had daily training and playtime. She has been also been groomed there. She truly has experienced the company's full offerings and has interacted with their entire staff. We have yet to have a bad experience with anyone at K9 Top Performance. They are great communicators that provide daily written updates on your dog's day and performance. They are constantly updating their social media feeds with videos of the dogs and the facility, showing people how well they take care of the animals and treat them like their own! They all make you feel comfortable and confident that you are getting the best possible training and care for your dog, day in and day out. We are so impressed with how far our dog has come in such a short time, and none of it would be possible without the awesome crew at K9 Top Performance. I have taken my chocolate lab there since he was a puppy to start moving him in the right direction, and I could not have been any happier. Not happy. I feel my time was wasted for the company to earn money with their dog "camp" - ie, "day care" - and unnecessarily delayed training and that I was not given good, objective advice. Brought in my large, handsome, smart German pedigree GSD with easy temperament at 5.5 mo for assessment and made clear I wanted to work on bite sports/Schutzhund as soon as possible. This dog was bred to work, not just look good, and he needs to work and have a life. He was obviously already calm and teachable beyond his five-month age. The rep said I was in the right place but insisted that my dog have five or six weeks of "camp". Then I had to wait five or six weeks for an opening and then spent next five driving up from Boston one day a week. Upshot is my dog has a good time but reaches 9 months with nothing more than the obedience training that I gave him. Valuable developmental time for learning advanced skills was lost and now he is starting out late in protection at ten months. I feel my great work dog got used to fill space in their profitable "camp". This spectacular dog lost out getting shunted off to doggy day care. Yes, the people are polite and probably competent but I think they are overwhelmed with COVID puppies and just running the business as hard as they can. I think it was up to them to tell me that they could not fit me in. read more

The trainers and staff at K9 Top Performance are AMAZING. My now almost 14 month old German Shepherd Demi has been coming here since she was a puppy. She LOVES being there for daycare and playing with all her doggy friends. Demi has also gone through several training program levels and I am routinely complimented by people we meet on the street how well behaved and sweet she is. I had brought my dog here for 5 yrs but alot has changed and we recently stopped. There are a lot of dog's running around and not enough staff that I wouldn't be surprised if a big dog fight has broken out. I don't know much about how their training is (we haven't even gotten that far) , but my pups went here for 3 (spread out) days of puppy camp. I know they were kept in crates and if I wanted my puppies in crates I would leave them at home. There is no outside and someone just walks around with a mop cleaning up messes, you can imagine how my puppies felt and smelt after camp days. One of my puppies had diarrhea for 4 days after coming home from the camp. And NOW I just got back from the vet where we have found out they both have a strain of kennel cough, even though both of them have received all their vaccinations. This place made my puppies sick, I don't know, maybe they need to let in less dogs and be more careful. read more

This review is based on my experience only. I chose K-9 Top Performance based on the stellar reviews they received on Yelp. I have a rambunctious one year old German Shepherd Dog and a more behaved 4 year old German Shepherd Dog, a husband who is deployed, as well as the responsibilities of probating my Father's Estate who recently passed away. I was at my wit's end and came to K-9 Top Performance seeking professional assistance with training my 1 year old GSD who tends to behave like a very well trained dog at home, but like a wild animal out in public. The initial consultation concluded that the drop off K-9 Camp would be the ideal program for my GSD as it would allow the trainers more one-on-one time with my GSD. The first problem I noticed with K-9 Camp is that every time I came to pick up my GSD, I was never thoroughly briefed on what was worked on with my GSD and what responsibilities I had to do at home to continue the training. It was more like pay the $40 fee, out comes my dog, and off we went. I was told ONCE that he did "good" training (that was it) and to get a prong collar and stop using his harness. Each time I walked out feeling like I paid for training and didn't know what training was done (besides the one time telling me "he did good training today"). Then, I brought both of my dogs in for grooming. I had asked prior what the cost could be and was quoted $40. So I dropped off my dogs and when I picked them up, I was told $45 and $40 because one of my GSD's had a more fluffy coat rather than a sleek coat like the other one. It was a mere $5 difference, but I didn't appreciate being quoted a price and being charged higher when it came time to pick them up. After grooming, I brought both of my dogs for boarding. Again, I called in advance and asked for a quote. I was told that it was $35/day (not night, but per boarding day) and $45/day with training. I said I wanted my youngest GSD with training and my eldest GSD just boarded and asked if there were any discounts for boarding 2 dogs. I was told personally by Steve on the phone that they gave a $10 discount for boarding both dogs and I asked if they could be boarded together in the same kennel (normally my GSDs are boarded together at every boarding kennel I place them in). When it came time to pick them up, I came early at 2pm (I had scheduled the pick up time at 5pm but didn't know it was because they was going to be no one there on Saturday). I called, emailed, and waited for 30 minutes in the front and no one was there while my dogs were boarded inside. Another gentleman came and was peeking through the door (probably to pick up his dog too) and no one answered the door. I decided to come back at 5pm at the original scheduled pick up time. When I came back at 5pm, I was charged the full fee. I asked about the $10 discount and clarified that I wasn't sure if Steve meant $10 overall or $10 per day since they boarded together. The girl at the front desk said they weren't boarded together which surprised me because I said that I wanted them boarded together. She also refused to honor the $10 discount per day or even on the total price. Then, I asked about my youngest GSDs training and asked if he even received training this morning since I came earlier and it was closed and no one was around. I was told "Yes, he received training this morning." That's IT! Same thing like all the other times, NO EXPLANATION on his training. Just a brief he got trained. Then, their food was brought out with 2 servings remaining. I feed my GSDs raw food 1 cup 3x daily. Once in the morning, once at noon, and once in the evening. I packed the exact amount (divided into saran wrapped servings) and was given two servings back, which means my dogs were only fed 1 serving (1 cup of food) the entire day when I picked them at 5pm. When I got home, they peed for 30+ seconds like they had been sitting in a kennel all day and gulped down water from their water bowl. I emailed Steve to express my concerns regarding my experience thus far and never received a response. My last visit involved being charged more than the quoted price, and I questioned if anyone was even there all day Saturday since when I came, no one was around, and was briefly told my dog "got trained in the morning," were fed only 1 cup of food up until 5pm (when they should've ate another cup at noon), and came home and peed 30+ seconds and drank a lot of water. As a pet owner, I was concerned and no one at K9 Top Performance addressed these concerns. I will not be returning and definitely not recommending. My experiences in combination were not great. April 2018 This used to be a wonderful place. Sadly, it has changed. Our dog goes 1/2 days. I have dropped him off as late as 1:30 and a lot of dogs are still in the back in kennels. I've come to pick up as early as 3:30 and again a lot of the dogs are kenneled and my dog is crowded into a small space so they can clean the floors. They stay in this small space until pick up. It happened just too many times for me to feel good about him going there. The bottom line is my dog was not getting what he needed for playtime and it showed. I know they are looking to hire and I hope things improve. Steve wrote me a check to zero me out so I can go to a different daycare. I appreciate that. This is how it used to be: My husband and I are so impressed with this facility. Our first surprise was walking in and not having the dogs bark at you! That was a definite pleasure. My dog Sammy cannot wait to get there to play with the dogs. I ask him if he wants to go play with his friends and he runs downstairs to the garage door while wagging his tail. We are now in training and the difference in walking him is like night and day. I no longer get a sore shoulder after the walk is over. The staff is great. Drop off takes only seconds and they know each dogs name. They have been very generous in answering behavioral questions I have and their suggestions have been very helpful. I am always impressed with the quality care Sammy receives. The staff is on the ball and you can tell they really take pride in their work. I hope that each and every one of the staff know how much they are appreciated. read more

Cannot say enough good things about Steve and his staff! I have a lab mix Rondo who was very good with other dogs until he turned 2. I was suddenly having a lot of problems with him including extreme leash aggression when he saw other dogs, being too dominant at the dog park/doggy daycamp, and just all around inappropriate behavior with other dogs. We did the k-9 camp for about 5 months 1-2 days a week and I am happy to say he has graduated to regular daycare! I never would have thought that was possible after a year of problems with him! Its so nice to see him behave with others and not worry. We did some obedience classes as well and Rondo has never walked better on the leash as he does now! Seriously they are dog whisperers! He can even get his nails cut there!!! When Dani told me she cut them I was in shock considering it had been almost 3yrs of struggling to get them done even at the vet! He is definitely not perfect and still has some issues with me walking on the leash when we see other dogs but the obstacles we have overcome are insane and we know he will continue to improve with their help! I LOVE K9. Everyone there is so friendly and genuinely love dogs and what they do. We take our pup here at least twice a week for daycare (really reasonable prices) and on the weekend for training. They seem pretty organized with daycare, they actually at different points in the day group the dogs according to energy level, and they'll also work on training your dogs at daycare if you pay for it. Steve, Kelsi, Danielle and team are amazing. My dog Rocco has been going to K9 Top Performance for the past 5 years. We were referred by a friend and I am truly thankful for her referral. We moved Rocco to K9 after another dog care facility said he was getting aggressive and would need to wear a muzzle. We brought him to Steve and during the initial interview, Steve said Rocco did not need to wear a muzzle - he just needed to be trained. It has been 5 years and I take Rocco 3 days a week religiously. He is ready and waiting to get in the car to visit his friends. I couldn't be more at ease when dropping him off. There is no barking allowed, and all the dogs are happy. When my mother picks up the dog they offer to walk him to the car for her. I'm so impressed with how Steve and the staff work with dogs who are afraid, or need socialization. To see a dog who has been afraid having fun and playing shows their amazing results. This place was recommended by our vet for behavioral training, and we won't be going back after our "evaluation." The eval was scheduled in advance, and I brought our dog in on time. We were brought into an office to fill out a form, and walked past quite a large number of dogs with only a few staff present. The owner came in to conduct the evauation, asked me questions I had already answered on the phone, and then sped through his recommendation: paying $250 for 5 days at camp, then $80/1hr session or $280 for basic obedience classes. He never gave specifics of what techniques they use or what exactly my dog would be doing during the 11 hour camp days. And the most unsettling part was that the owner only acknowledged my dog when he brought us up front for scheduling. How can you call that an evaluation in good conscience? I canceled our appointments and will be lookong elsewhere, I left with a bad feeling about this place. read more

Our 8 month old rescue Elsa was showing signs of aggression with men and with other dogs shortly after we took her home. We were referred to K-9 Top Performance by friends and Elsa had her first evaluation with Steve, the owner, within 2 weeks of being rescued. Steve could see that there was work to be done to help Elsa overcome her aggression and fears. Upon his suggestion we started bringing her to K-9 Camp 2-3 times a week and the results have been wonderful! Within the first 3 visits, she was able to greet men and strangers without the growling, fear and aggression she had when we brought her home. Now, two months later Elsa is going on long walks, meeting everyone as we go, playing in her yard and is so much happier! Steve and his staff are the BEST!!! Dani, Leah and the rest of this hardworking staff have taken my "Little Mama" under their wing. The staff is reassuring and kind, and I can tell how much they LOVE dogs! Elsa loves 'school' and we can see the changes in her every day. She will start day-care soon, too. We are preparing for Obedience Classes during the evening this Spring and the fact that this is basically an all in one facility is great since she is already so comfortable with everyone at K-9 Top Performance. My boyfriend and I chose K9 performance because we were referred there by family who use their doggy day care program and love it. Having just gotten a brand new 12 months old puppy, I was already nervous about leaving her alone anywhere but the staff at K9 was so welcoming and so loving I left knowing Lila was in good hands. Even in the short time it took to drop her off you could easily see how dedicated the staff is to taking the best care of your pets. The staff knew every dog by name, they were constantly smiling, and even at 7AM were out there playing with the dogs. Not only that but you can tell the animals love and trust them back. My husband and I used their in kennel behavior modification program with our 5 year old German Shepard who was displaying aggressive behaviors. We were told he would be there for 4-6 weeks, after that time they did not feel that he was ready to come home so they kept him and continued his training at no extra charge. We received video updates of his progress during this time. After his training was complete, we were able to work one on one with one of the trainers to learn everything we needed to know to keep him on track in the facility that day and then again with one home visit, all of which was included in the original price. Our dog has been home for about a month now and it is a completely different world with him. We couldn't be more thankful for everything that K9 top performance has done for us and we will be highly recommending them to anyone and everyone. read more

i completely trust Steve with my dog Zeus. At a local dog park, my boyfriend and i noticed a German Shepard who was very well behaved, and was controlled even of the chaos that was going around him, his owner thanked K-9 top performance for training his Shepard. we decided to bring our very shy, scared and previously neglected 3 month old weimeraner-boxer mix to steve in hopes that he could help us rehabilitate Zeus. The combination of Daycare,Obiendece classes, and month long boarding that we were forced to do, due to surgery, Zeus has become an Alpha male. he is confident, strong minded and willing to learn, a complete transformation from when we got him! its amazing that Steve was able to rehabilitate Zeus and mold him into the perfect family dog. Zeus LOVES daycare, when we pull into the parking lot, he starts smiling, wagging his tail and practically runs to the door!!! Steve is available 24/7 to take our phone calls when we have behavioral problems with Zeus and is willing to work with us, no matter our financial qualms. when my boyfriend had to have surgery on his knee, and i couldn't balance a puppy, an immobile boyfriend, college and managing a household, Steve took Zeus into his own home for a month, at a discount to help us out, we cant thank steve enough for helping us during our time of need. we fully trust the K-9 team with our dog, the owner is a fantastic person and he truly knows dogs. we are looking forward to bringing our dog in for protection training this year! read more

Please read before you bring your dog here! recently boarded my dog here. She had diarrhea for 3 days since I picked her up. I took her to the vet on the third day of her not feeling well knowing that it wasn't just an upset stomach. She got a PARASITE from This place! It cost me $340 at the vet for her. I will never trust my dog in their care ever again! The real kicker is that my vet said the lab hasn't seen a parasite like hers before and that her heart worm medicine we give her should have stopped her from getting any kind of parasite. My dog has been so sick, going to the bathroom so frequently that she had blood in her stool and wouldn't eat for 2 days. I do not want someone else's dog to get this parasite. I felt so bad for my baby and so grateful to my vet for getting her on the right meds to make her better fast. Not only that. I was told if I picked her up early in the morning the day we picked her up I wouldn't be charged for that day. However they did charge me. I picked her up at 8am and was charged for that entire day. The response they gave me was "because it's a calendar day" how can they justify charging someone an entire days fee when she was picked up at 8am. I could have used the extra $40 since I had to spend so much at the vet because their facility is dirty! I'm honestly disgusted she had to go through all this because of them. After talking to us and not interacting with the dog at all, he recommended 2-3 evaluation days at $40/each at the doggie day camp where they would elicit some of her problem behaviors and come up with an intervention. First day i picked her up, nick told me they didn't see the food guarding. He recommended a snip knot corrective collar for stopping her insecure barking at other dogs and some changes at home. He said 2 more days and we would probably be able to sit down and learn some techniques. 2nd session pick-up, nick observed our dog barking at a dog walking toward us and he kicked her back leg to get her to stop...he then sent the slip knot collar home with us to use, but it choked her little neck so we couldn't use it. By the 3rd day, nick wasn't even there and someone else talked to me at pick-up. This woman said she "did well." (Even tho my dog was separated fenced in from the other dogs, lying down with no water bowl). She offered virtually no more feedback. She didn't seem to know about the problem behaviors. I was upset by now so asked for Steve to call me. He did and was nice at first offering a free visit, but when I tried to ask if he would apply the visit toward an in-home visit he refused for that price claiming that my dog might bite him and the ER VISIT would be too expensive. I was feeling frustrated anyway, then got home and noticed my dog was coughing and hacking. Brought her to the vet and she has kennel cough now. $80 bucks +$120 for the day camp) later for our vet visit and a sick doggie, I called K9 performance to inform them about her case of kennel cough and the woman's response is "ok. Thanks." That's it! People should at least be told that a dog got kennel cough at this place, much less their disorganized training practices. Not happy. read more

We have brought our puppy here for boarding, day care, doggy boot camp and training. They have exceeded our expectations in every way. Their staff is friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. I can always count on them to help with small and big things. Initially we brought our 4 months old puppy there because we had tried 3 other trainers to help with his separation anxiety (the last one told us to medicate him...). We really just wanted to get our dog into a crate peacefully so I wasn't riddled with anxiety while at work wondering if he'd escaped his crate and torn the house apart. After a short consultation with Steve, the owner, we decided it would be best to put him in doggy boot camp for a week. Steve showed us crates that he thought would work best for our large puppy since he'd already broken out of two other types... Within just one week of 8 hours a day doggy "bootcamp" (at a very reasonable fee) our puppy is a whole new dog. With one command he goes straight to his crate quietly and doesn't even attempt to escape. Steve's positive reinforcement and gentle conditioning has helped our dog's anxiety and mine! I wish we had found him sooner. We've also done beginner obedience classes which are wonderful. They can be a little redundant, but I suppose reinforcing the behavior is the point, after all. Steve is very patient and steps in to help whenever the command gets a little tricky. What I really love about K-9 Top Performance is that even during boarding or day care the basic obedience structure is really kept up by their staff, I've never seen so many well behaved dogs in a room at once! A+ in my book, our dog will be coming here for years to come. read more

told us our dog was out playing with the others all day, and when probed when we picked up our dog they said that he was in the cage besides 3 walks during the day....for 3 days. then when we tried to contact the owner Steve, he blatently ignored calls and emails. disappointed doesn't begin...i've told everybody that will listen, that pets that they are terrible. $600 scam. read more

Don't ever bring your dog here. I have witnessed and heard of employees hitting the dogs. In addition, my dog has had diarrhea and mites since joining the day camp. The staff seem friendly but are mean to the dogs behind your back. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have been taking my dog here for training for the last few months. If I lived closer I would bring her for day care as well. There is nothing at this place I'm not impressed with. Steve (owner) and the Staff are so friendly and very professional! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable. I had a problem at home and Steve offered to come visit if I can control it. My dog is doing great with obedience and I plan to continue with k9 through advanced training. My dog absolutely LOVES this place. At first I was very nervous taking her to daycare and not being there to make sure she's being taken care of. We met with Nick for an evaluation and he made me feel very comfortable. It was not just a quick meeting, he took the time to get to know our dog and even gave us some pointers. He explained how they do not just throw your dog in with a bunch of other dogs. They first have to go through a special day care until they are ready to join the pack. She now goes 4-5 times a week and can't get enough of it. She's always greeted with someone saying her name and a smile on their face. I am able to pick her up at anytime and it's always fun watching her play with the other dogs. You're leaving your dog with trained professionals not just teenagers playing on their phones. They are always busy watching the dogs, taking the dogs out or training. They are all extremely patient and understand that every dog is different. They have no problems answering any questions you have. Another perk is you don't walk into a bunch of dogs barking. It's always quiet but the dogs are still having fun. Our dog comes home exhausted from having so much fun. We started taking training classes and we have seen such an improvement. We were having issues with her pulling on walks and jumping on guests. Since she is almost 80 pounds we needed to get this under control. Steve was able to help us with any issues we were having. I was not comfortable using the prong collar but he took the time to teach me so I was confident using it. He is more than happy to answer any questions you have. All of the staff is too! We've also used their grooming services and boarding. I don't have any complaints about either. You are able to bring your dogs personal items and the kennel your dog sleeps in is huge! A huge thank you to Steve, Kristen, Nicole, Jared, Nick, Danielle and the rest of the staff for taking such great care of our puppy! Stella Michelle loves you guys! read more
