I honestly have never had such a disappointing shopping experience in my life. My 4 year old and I…read morewent to this location to shop for a spring/summer restock. We had multiple items in our shopping cart, with the intention of trying on. Mid shop, my son needs to use the restroom. We walk to where the public bathrooms *used to be*, and to our surprise they are locked with a paper sign saying "no public restrooms". (There is not a public restroom area outside of this strip mall.) I ask the associate if they can make an exception, due to it being a child and them not being any immediate alternative options. She asked her lead, who asked the GM. This entire process took about 8 minutes. After waiting, the lead came to me to decline access with no suggestions on where to go. I scoop my son up and stop at the check out to see if they know of anywhere to go, and that is when my son has an accident. Old Navy, keep your restrooms up to code or post on the FRONT ENTRANCE door if your restrooms are not available. If they aren't up to standard for your customers to use, it should be allowed for your employees. Families spending a lengthy time in your store would love to know that BEFORE putting stuff in their cart. It's a shame you wouldn't make an accommodation for a young child. Guess you'd rather make your employees clean up bodily fluids on your unswept floors

Honestly, I'm not known to write a negative review for any business but I feel it's necessary due to the horrible customer service I experienced this evening. I was shopping for a pair of earrings with plenty of time before closing and a representative named Taylor and her co-worker stated the store was closing instead of offering assistance with plenty of time to spare. Taylor proceeded to scurry over to a distant register and proceeded to yell across the store from one department to another department wanting to ring out my one single item I was purchasing. I truly could not believe my ears. I have a time stamped receipt to show I was not past closing time. I have never seen such awful behavior from anyone in the service industry. Both of these employees were extremely rude, immature and unprofessional. Their demeanor and 'mean girl' attitude was ridiculous and absolutely not necessary. I must say, I'm also in the service industry and being a business owner in Denton, I completely understand employees are difficult to find. However, employees such as Taylor and her associate are detrimental to a business and would not last long at my company. I know many employees at this particular store and they all know I'm a pleasant and easy to please customer and if this were my business I would want to know if any of my employees were disrespectful in any way. I'm hoping to make Dillard's aware of this issue so it will help other customers in the future to come to avoid further damage to this iconic department store. Kristi D.

They have been here most of my life and dressed me for many occasions. While they have a great selection of very nice clothing, what you really come here for is the service! If you aren't sure of your style or size they will help guide you to the perfect items for you. This time around I shopped for a sport coat. They had a really nice Jack Victor that is REALLY liked, and other than needing to shorten the sleeves a bit, they had the perfect size for me. It was even on sale, which helped me be able to justify it for myself (it doesn't take much for me to justify a purchase of a nice sport coat!). If you like a true boutique experience when shopping for men's or women's clothes, this will probably be a place you might want to check out!

I personally, was introduced to the brand when I attended the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas, in the 1980s, where I studied Psychology and Business Management, before heading south to the University of Houston, where I graduated from in December 1992. I have never been able to get such fine clothes, but remember that was their store in the Lillian Miller Parkway location. where I bought my clothes and shoes, which I no longer need, being a real live quadrilateral amputee due to meningoccocemia I contracted in Christchurch, New Zealand in September of 1995. Since then, there's been a lot of water under the bridge and I have returned to my boyhood home, Denton, and I am still loving it. Cheers, Mark F.
