A medley! Okra, lamb (so tender!), tandoori chicken was incredible!

WOW! What incredible flavorful food! I'm used to Indian food being oily and salty, but instead it was perfectly spiced and so light and not heavy. Wonderful! Best tandoori chicken I've ever had! Plus the owner was very nice. I can't wait to eat here again. Don't miss the desserts! So delicious and not too sweet.

Went here today with my family we ordered paneer tikka masala, methi mattar masala, malai kofta along with cilantro naan, garlic naan and plain naan and biryani. Food was very fresh taste and biryani was very delicious, and flavorful. Also ordered special mango lassi that was a touch of rum and food was amazing very flavorful with perfect spices. The menu has so many options non-veg and veg and indo chinese option. The staff is very nice and its A very lovely place, will be coming back here! Thank you !

My family and I have been eating here for years - it's one of our classic go-to spots. This restaurant is perfect for vegetarians, family dinners and take-out. The portion sizes are good, food is delicious (we usually get medium spice which is always consistent) and the service is decent. I would recommend getting a lacha parantha cooked tandoori style - it's flaky, filling and ideal for most of the veggie entrees. The eggplant dish sometimes is a bit too oily but taste wise it's great. Ask for a complimentary plate a onions and lemons on the side - squeeze just a little lemon ontop your vegetables and take a few bites of raw onion along w/ your meal -- it will accentuate the taste. (the super stinky breath afterward is worth it!). Their malai kulfi dessert is nice - or at least my family enjoys it. They have a catering hall next to the restaurant. So don't be surprised if you visit the restaurant on a Saturday night there might be some loud indian music going on (sound proofin isn't the best). Additionally, if you go there for a big group dinner, make a reservation and ask for the space in the back of restaurant - it offers a short wall so your group can get some privacy. If you bring a cake or dessert from outside the staff is accommodating in brining extra plates, napkins, etc.

This chic, dimly lit, BYOB spot is perfect for a nice dinner with family or friends--or a date night. We even got to meet the owner, Rahul, who personally checked in on every table to make sure everyone was having a great experience. Such a welcoming touch. I dined here over the holidays and absolutely loved both the food and the overall experience. Some standout dishes for me were the goat dum biryani, chicken tikka masala, hakka noodles, and navratan korma. You honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but these were definite favorites. Anytime I'm passing through this area, I'll be stopping by again. Seriously delicious Indian food.

The place wasn't crowded, but the weirdness started from the moment we sat down and for some reason getting as many menus as we were a party was a big deal. Somehow after some time they figured it out. The descriptions on the menus are copy paste or AI. Phrases like "this dish commonly contains potatoes" appears pretty often. Clearly not written to describe the specific dish being served. While ordering I had to change my order twice to get something they actually had. But again even my third pick tasted real good. Everything took about three times longer than it should have. In this malaises of service with only two other tables sat. Every order was trickled in, with me getting my appetizer after everyone else was done. The staff had no idea what they were brining out, and telling bowls of meat in a meat in a brown sauce apart was impossible. The food started to get cold by the time this was sorted out. The biggest blow. We weren't asked about rice, so we expected it would just come wish dishes. We just got one bowl for six people. Not a big deal if in the slow service anyone checked up on us. At the end I left hungry and no one wanted to order desert as this seemed like it would add at least one more hour to our ordeal. But the food was real good.

We stopped by Kebab & Kurries which I didn't realize was by the Dhaba group. There was no one dining in (but plenty of takeout orders) and we were seated immediately. We tried the Papri Chaat which is basically a Samosa Chaat but using papri (fried flour crackers) instead. The dish had so many bright & refreshing flavors and I loved the contrast of textures from the crispy papri to the creamy yogurt & chutneys. I enjoyed trying it but it definitely doesn't beat samosa chaat! We got the Mixed Grill Platter which was the least "worth it" dish. For ~$32, it had a nice assortment of chicken, beef, and shrimp but some pieces were more tender & juicy than others, and after a while, the flavor profiles all blended together. It's a good source of protein but not too memorable. The Dhaba Butter Chicken was delicious! The chicken didn't taste super fresh to me but the sauce was creamy, buttery, and aromatic. It paired well with the basmati rice and Butter Naan which they make so well. One of the better Naans I've had in North Jersey! Service was quick & friendly. Good try!

The mango lassi is not your typical thick, yogurt heavy version, and the one here is lighter, smoother, almost like a refreshing mango smoothie - also not pictured, big oops! Why I LOVE the place after the first visit: the curries (ordered the paneer and chickpea)!! Unlike many Indian restaurants where dishes can feel overly heavy or leave you feeling weighed down, the curries here are light yet incredibly aromatic and full of flavor. You get all the richness of the ingredients and spices without that post meal sluggishness. Rice comes complimentary with the curry (always a win), and the naan is a must order. Both the garlic and butter naan were packed with flavor-- went very well with the curries! Note: It does lean a bit on the pricier side, but the quality, freshness, and dining experience make it worth it. Definitely a spot I'd come back to again to try other things on the menu.
