His knowledge of more than just plumbing was great as he was very patient and open with educating me on the repair problems of "how, what and why the issue is happening without any feelings of BS sales pitching or thinking that you are too stupid to understand anything that a lot of plumbers do during interactions. He and his team did an extremely quick repair to an old corroded cast iron drain pipe under ground and gas line in some extremely hard to get to spaces within almost less than 4 hours when most plumbers would probably not be as fast. Also want to mention that he didn't even charge me for the initial visit to thoroughly inspect everything (late at night at that!) because he felt bad that he gave me bad news that i needed to do challenging repairs. An expedited emergency project completed quickly and on time with adequate pricing for the great work they did on a challenging property with hard to get to crawl spaces but they made it look easy!
