One of the many mid-rise modern apartment buildings in South Lake Union. Lived here for a couple years. Nice location, close to the lake, Queen Anne, Seattle Center, downtown, public transportation, and offices of the various companies in SLU. They are in the middle in terms of the more modern apartment complexes in the area. Not as nice as the more expensive high rises, but better finishes for places nearby that are cheaper. Has electronic access via key fobs, and the apartment door keys are electronic. Facilities like lounge and fitness center are on the smaller side, but functional. Noise insulation seems good, but maybe it's because I lived on the top floor sharing only one wall with another unit. Maintenance has been prompt and the common areas are cleaned regularly. The office staff has changed a few times during my stay, but I found them to be pleasant. There are resident events, but as with most apartments they tend to decrease in frequency as the building gets older. The kayaks and paddleboards that residents can borrow to use on Lake Union are a nice perk. Rent is not cheap as you'd expect for the location. If you have a car, you pay $200+ per month for parking, which is pretty standard in the area. They were some issues with package theft in the building, and I had one package stolen. There are also the general noise and homeless issues with areas surrounding downtown Seattle. Also there is no AC in the apartments, and it can get pretty hot in the summers especially with heat waves in the last few years. I stayed a couple of years because it was a convenient location, close to work. Moved out when my workplace moved. Move out was smooth. They charged the cleaning fee I was expecting and that was that. read more

First of all, staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. I've really enjoyed them! Amenities: The gym is quite small and the machines are old and half the time it reeks of BO but overall it does the job. The rooftop is perfection and they got new furniture this year and have two great grills. Perfect place for the summer. The speakeasy is also a fun place to bring guests. Parking: Expensive at $250/spot and spots are TIGHT. Even the non-compact ones. Make sure you are good at parking! Noise: This building was built in 2016 (I think) but the way noise travels from the neighbors above is horrible. I would give JUXT 5 stars if it wasn't for the new neighbors that moved in above me. The original tenants above me in my first year were nice and quiet, no complaints. The second round of tenants walked like elephants and made a ton of noise. Luckily, after complaining multiple times, the leasing office did help and talk to the tenants. But it doesn't completely solve the issue. Just know that sound from above is super loud, but you cannot hear between walls to your next door neighbors (yay)! The doors slam hard, so you'll hear it if you have neighbors that let their doors close on their own. There is a lot of construction in the area, so watch out to what side of the building you live on. The construction gets LOUD. The windows are thick but you can still hear a leaf-blower, for example. In-unit: the flooring is nice, the appliances work well, and I really like the washer and dryers. I am in a ~600 sq ft urban 1 bedroom and it has tons of storage! The windows are huge and the natural light is awesome (my unit faces True North, for reference). Location: amazing. There is very limited "riff-raff" in the area (does not feel like downtown at all) and I feel safe walking around at night. Watch out for guests parking outside - do not leave backpacks/purses/etc visible, my friend's car got broken into. But, generally no addicts walking around. The 62 bus stop is almost right in front of the building to take you to downtown/wallingford. Walking to Fremont and Pike Place are both about a pleasant 30 minute walk. Whole Foods is about a 20 minute walk and QFC is about a 10 minute walk. Overall, I really like this place but I was getting splitting headaches from the noise above me. Either choose a unit on the top floor or the first three floors which are built with concrete so you can't hear anything! Those will be worth the expensive rent. Wish I could give more stars but my experience has soured as new, very noisy neighbors moved in. But, the leasing office always does their best when problems arise. read more

The construction noise is ridiculous. At day time, you cannot be productive at work, at night, you cannot sleep. At morning, you wake up with bad headache. The average noise 71 dB in my unit. What does that mean? The noise level is same as laying down and trying to sleep on I-5 highway during its busiest times. Notice the time is 5:20 am. My unit is not even too close to the construction side. If you have window opened, It can sometimes go over 85 dB, if you Google, this means you are at risk of permanent hearing loss! Yes, the location is nice, and the staff is nice (although they asked residents to write good reviews, as you can see most of the nice comments are triggered by their request). I recently moved into the building from a house, and the transition has been painless. Management (Mitch, Michael, and Kyle) is professional and prompt, and the amenities are hard to beat. There's free coffee/espresso in the lobby (VIVACE/Victrola roasts!), a speakeasy, gym, courtyard, rooftop lounge, sky lounge, and a gaming loft. Many of my friends live in cookie cutter apartments throughout DT and SLU, and remark how unique my apartment is. My apartment 's design is efficient and effectively makes my apartment feel much larger than it is. Best of all, the building is pet friendly and includes a PET PARLOR for the fur babies, and FREE kayak / SUP board rentals!!!! They are responsive, are always available, are friendly and really work to make JUXT a great community. I have lived in high end apartments most of my life, but JUXT is one of few who takes your concerns and owns them. They don't refer you to a site to address concerns, they communicate in anticipation of normal disruption (construction, building work, etc.). They really understand that the units are people's homes, and that residents aren't just "tenants". JUXT is a wonderful building with excellent management. I love my apartment, its amenities and its location. What makes it even better is the staffs. Sarah has always been a pleasant to know and to work with. She is always so responsive and helpful. She always seems so happy too, that spirit easily spreads to whoever talking with her. Love Sarah! I also really like Zach-the manager, he is so helpful. One time i need my package that day and i couldn't get home early enough to pick it up, so i asked the management to let someone pick it up for me, but Zach offered to put it in my apartment himself. What a great guy ! Always go out of his way to help. Overall, 5 stars. If there is one thing that will make this even better though... i would prefer that the apartment supplies paper coffee cups. It used to do that, but then cut that off the amenities, maybe due to cost. This makes your life a little more difficult since if you want your coffee on the way out to work you can't do so anymore... if you want a coffee to enjoy at home, you have to put all the effort into getting your own cup and getting up and down the stairs/ elevator to get it. Pros: * The building is nice and the interior apartments are comfortable. * The staff seem nice Cons: * The construction noise is extraordinary awful. The new building construction on dexter and valley has been continuously producing horrible noises including loud drilling, hammering and machine whirring. In fact, the area around the building has seen random construction projects pop up. They are now digging and hammering the roads literally in front of my apartment. The noise has reached an unbearable level and the construction has left some metal sheet on the road; every time a car passes, you can loudly hear the metal bending and clanking against the road. * Safety has deteriorated. On the early morning of February 28, I awoke to 3 distinct gun shots. I heard the police quickly arrive to the scene but then quickly dispersed. The homeless situation has also creeped in, more and more tents are propped in the surrounding areas. Overall: The rooms are comfortable but with the unbearable and constant construction noise, I can not live in this apartment. This is especially awful given how much the rent is. I have written them an email explaining my situation. I hope that I can move to a much a quieter unit, otherwise my experience has been pretty negative. read more

I am resident here for last 5 years [ June 2016, onwards] . It was one of the best placed to live in SLU at affordable prices. I absolutely enjoy courtesy of the staff. First 3 years was absolute delight to be here. Things changed drastically with COVID and increased homelessness around the SLU in general. Some of the problems are general issue in SLU region some are specific to JUXT. Personally, In last 3 months, my storage was broken by unknown person 3 times ( last 2 happened in span of a 2 weeks ). Building package room experienced theft at midnight. Its hard to lose memorabilia from childhood. Another issue for last 18 months is construction on one side of the building and other side you need Tiny House Village built for homeless. Overall sense being secure has gone away in last 3 months (Dec 2020 onwards) and security breaches continue to happen at regular cadence. read more

Stay away from Juxt unless you want to pay rent increases of more than 9% a year. Mitch, the property manager, is disrespectful, insulting, and insinuates people lie before taking care of any request about his building. I lived there for about 11 months and recently moved out. My time there was not so terrible, so I decided to put together an objective list of pros and cons. List of Pros: - Location within walking distance to Amazon or Facebook - Nice amenities, spectacular view on the rooftop deck - On-site maintenance, very responsive - they hold packages for you and office is open 7 days a week. - Friendly during the year, not that much during the renewal/move-out process - QFC within walking distance Cons: - Crazy rent increases, outside of Seattle's 2018 reality. - No Air Conditioning - Very small for the price - Too expensive compared to better new buildings in the Denny Triangle area and South Lake Union area - Location too far from everything except for Amazon or Facebook - No good restaurants within a 15 minute walk, except for Tacos Chukis - 25 mins away from Doppler and Day 1 - Unprofessional and disrespectful on the renewal process. - They charge a move-out cleaning fee regardless of how you leave the place and it's not called out in the contract - New homeless camp opening right across the street in 8th and Aloha. read more

My review doesn't come from experience from living on the property (so skip my review if that's what you're looking for), however, from a customer service stand...it can't be beat. I can only imagine if this kind of services is extended throughout to all of its residents. My boyfriend and I worked with Sara. I knew from the start that it would be much easier to work with her because she was SUPER responsive and helpful via email. When we came onsite to tour she was friendly, professional, and I seriously haven't had a better experience while touring a property (and I've lived in apartments in 2 different states and 3 different cities). I felt like I wasn't in Seattle anymore or dealing with the Seattle Freeze. All of the residents that we walked by said hi to Sara and she engaged with them like she knew who they were and had a genuine relationship with them - a real novel concept compared to many of the apartments I've been in. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for us because the property we went to apply for was taken off the market the night before we applied, but Sara was on top of it and kept us posted about what was available and if there were any similar units coming up anytime soon. My partner and I have been here for nearly three years now (wow, time flies). Sara has been great in making sure our leasing needs have been met, and maintenance usually fixes things within 24 hours when appliances inevitably fail. JUXT is a great place to live. My husband I have been here for about a year and a half and love it. The staff is great and the building is always clean and well taken care of. If you put in a maintenance request, 90% of the time, it's done by the time you're home from work. The location is also wonderful- it's very close to Lake Union and we are able to walk there often. There is a Starbucks and a Metropolitan Cafe and Deli which is great for picking up last minute items. We both work in Downtown Seattle and the 62 picks up and drops off right in front of the building. We love it here! read more

Just moved on last Wednesday. I chose the Juxt after visiting several other locations. I was actually headed to a different apartment to give a deposit when I looked across the street and had seen the Juxt. They were only going to be open for another fifteen minutes and I didn't have an appointment, but I figured I see if they would show me around. Kyle met me at the door and was happy to show me what, that night, became my new home. The guys at the front (Mike, Michale "The Man", and Kyle) are great. They have already helped me with a ton of moving questions. The amenities are awesome, and although Ive been here less than a week, I have to say the other tenants are really nice as well. Im pretty out going and have started most conversations, but everyone has been very willing to chat. So, great neighborhood, excellent community of friendly neighbors, amazing staff, an incredible apartment with unbeatable amenities. So far, everything I could have hoped for. JUXT was home for 2 memorable years in Seattle downtown. The building is new, fitted with modern amenities and styled with a well thought and beautiful theme of juxtaposing Seattle's industrial history with its current-day strength in Technology. There are real artifacts and pieces of art in common areas that highlight the theme and create a warm atmosphere. To top the feeling, you can visit the Museum of History and Industry located about 200 yards from JUXT. The inside of the units are also well designed and beautiful with high ceilings, high quality kitchen and bathroom counter tops and fixtures. The location is great - actually better than you would think after your first visit. You are right by the lake for a quick and refreshing stroll any time you feel like; the Seattle Center is within easy walking distance; QFC is nearby, Whole Foods is within exercising distance; downtown access is easy with 4 transit lines (64 on Dexter, C line, 40, Street car on Westlake and Mercer). We lived there easily without owning a car. To us, what brings all these aspects and makes JUXT a special place is our hosts - the people running the place. The cleaning lady always smiles at you, pets your dog a gives treats. Ladies and gents in the reception, who inform future tenants and help current ones always smile, listen to you carefully, and help you any way they can. The manager, Zach, shows flexibility that makes your life easy when dealing with stresses of moving. For example when you want to move to a different unit within the building, or need to change your move out date by a few days. Kudos to Holland Management for hiring very good people. If you are moving to Seattle from out of town and experience apartment living in downtown the first time, there are a few things you need to be careful about. First is construction noise. If there is a nearby construction going on, the noise can be very distracting, much more so than you would think. Especially if you are working at home during the day. You can search the Internet to find out current and future construction sites in Seattle. At the time I moved out there was one next block to Juxt. The other is, noise within your unit. Sound insulation in a typical Seattle apartment is not the best. You can easily hear your upstairs neighbor's foot steps, if they are heavy walkers. If they invite several people, then you will hear their conversation. Moreover, if they dance or something then you will need to wear headphones in your apartment. This is a common problem in most, if not all apartments in Seattle. Fortunately in Juxt the first 3 floors are concrete and they insulate sound well. So, if you do not want to bet on your upstairs neighbor, look for a unit in floors 1-3. Although the lake view on higher floors facing East is quite special. read more

It is horribly loud and just an awful part of living here. In the early mornings it literally sounds like they are dropping and smashing entire cars. Banging, smashing and drilling goes on all day and it even goes on during Saturdays. If you value peace and quiet, this building is not it. Don't be fooled by people downplaying the noise. It's 10:40 am and the noise is insane. I'm highly considering terminating my lease and moving out because this noise is impossible to work with. read more

Just moved over to Seattle for work. Walked around the area to look for apartments and when I first came across juxt, I didn't go in at first because it looked pricey. After going round to almost all the properties and not finding anything that quite had what I wanted, I thought what the heck and went to juxt. Got assigned to a leasing agent called Kenny, who patiently showed me around a few apartments and the amenities of the property. Long story short; finally a place that I can call home (away from home). Perfectly sized brand new apartment, top notch appliances, great view, no afternoon sun, free coffee and happy hour on Fridays (who can resist free food???). Anyway, I came back again on a Saturday afternoon (the very next day actually) to confirm my booking (without an appointment!) The office was swarmed, and Kenny apologetically told me that he couldn't tend to me immediately, and if I could come back at 530pm. I did, and when I came back, I requested to look at the apartment one last time, and decided to book it there and then. By the time I completed the transaction and walked out of there it was almost 630pm. It was then that I saw that they actually closed at 5 on Saturdays. Throughout the whole time I was there, there was not a word of complain from Kenny; he maintained his cheerful demeanour and took his time to answer all my silly questions. I don't think I could have asked for better service. This has been a great start to my stay in Seattle. Can't wait to move in! read more

My experience with Juxt over the past week Day 1 Had an appointment on sunday, arrived early and found out they were short staffed, 1 person working with 5 groups waiting. Turns out they can't honor the appointment, short staffed and all so we just go next door to another place. Find out this is pretty typical and a running joke amongst the properties in SLU that most people are stood up and go to other communities instead of waiting. Even their sister community True North across the street mentioned this has been happening all week where people just get frustrated of waiting and go to them instead. Day 2 But we liked the property from the pictures! So we swing by again and look at the place and we like it! Its actually a pretty nice place! Our guy does however mention to us that there is a 4 week move in deal, we write it down and note it since a lot of other properties are doing it and even joke about how some places are doing even 6 weeks. Put a deposit down to hold the property and await paper work for confirmation which comes like 7 hours later after we had to ping him to send it. (Starting to get a bad feeling) Day 3 We reach out to clarify some things about the paper work seeing how we didnt see the 4 week promotion. Replies back that we are only getting the 100 dollars off a month. (bad feeling confirmed!) Ask for clarification and maybe a call to talk about this miscommunication maybe he misquoted or we misheard who knows? No answer! (that bad feeling is getting bigger) Day 4 Guy sets up a call at 3pm ....and surprise surprise! no call or reply back when i text and call him back. So I call the property and find out hes on leave today, awesome! (bad feeling intensifies) Ask to talk to the manager to clear all this up and proceed forward. She is apparently busy and I ask for a call back leaving my cell number with the receptionist as the number on file is my wifes. Day 5 No call from the manager so I do the thing where you call them. Right away there is hostility in the air and as I explain the situation, get met with phrases like "never ever" "absolutely no way" "i would know i'm the manager" which are like amazing customer service phrases to hear by the way. She even mentions that if this were true that this would come out of Guy's paycheck! --Seriously who says things like this to a customer? Pretty crass. So I tell them I will be canceling my deposit as they way they handled this silly situation is very unprofessional. That I am quite upset at how long it took to clarify something and how hard it is for them to honor their commitments of getting back to me/honoring an appointment/showing up to a call they scheduled. I also ask why I wasn't called back, and her answer was defensive to the point where she implied that it was me who wasn't satisfied with an answer and therefore was looking to hear it from her. Haha so If you are following this....this implies she was aware of the issue at hand and actively did not step in to clarify things, which as a manager is a huge indication of her professionalism. But for the record my leasing consultant Guy never got back to me on this matter cause he was MIA and the leasing girl i was on hold with simply said she did not know 100% which is why i asked for a manager in the first place to CLARIFY things in the first place. Summary: The way in which people conduct business matters and gives a great deal of perspective of what to expect. They do not respect appointment times. They do not honor what they say (both in the 4 weeks nor the calls setup to talk about it) They do not respect the customers time and remit nothing but hostility. They try to play games like mailing back my deposit which I used a credit card for....yea nice one. For a company who prides themselves on CS, i'm not quite sure where they learned to approach issues. I'd stay away or don't be surprised things like this happen later when doing business with them. Its a shame though, we really liked the place and would have moved forward without the 4 weeks, but the way to dealt with this proved to us that doing business with them for a year would not be wise. All over something they could have clarified with a 2 minute pleasant call. I will be following up with corporate to report this manner of unprofessionalism and probably will be doing something petty like click through on their seo ads while I sit back and relax at another apartment company who knows..... read more

I've lived at Juxt for about a year. Pros: -Management and staff are very professional and friendly. This place has the best management out of any place I've rented. The maintenance staff also do a great job at keeping everything maintained and very clean. You see them touching up the paint or waxing the floors on a regular basis. -My apartment has excellent lighting. Huge windows that open to keep it cool during the summer. -Sound proofing is pretty good. I rarely hear my neighbors. Street noise can get obnoxious during rush hour but shutting the window helps a lot. -Amenities are pretty great. Free coffee and on occasion, wine. The lobbies are well decorated with nice furniture to relax. The gym is fantastic for an (apartment gym) and includes a free towel service. Management throws socials on a regular basis. The rooftop has a nice lounge with a great view of the lake. -Very pet friendly. -Within walking distance of restaurants, three grocery stores, clinics, cleaners, and parks. Cons: -Rent and parking are on the expensive side, but compared to similar places in the area it's about on par for what you get. Central Seattle is just an expensive place to live now, and SLU is developing fast. read more

I can't speak more highly of the JUXT building - and I would be staying there if it wasn't for me purchasing a permanent home in Seattle. I will miss all of the amenities including the gym, beautiful rooftop, and the free kayaks (just to name a few). The management team is incredibly responsive and super helpful. It is centrally located and I will definitely miss the area and being so close to Lake Union. Nice building, best price (compared to the other options I was looking at), and close to a lot of stuff. Nice construction, and the rooms feel spacious. Wicked fast internet options (NOT COMCAST!) if you're into that. I just moved in, and the staff was super helpful and responsive to all of my calls and emails. Ask if your employer is on the "preferred employers list" and maybe get a good deal! 8 month update: Still a 10/10 place to live. I am relocating to Seattle due to work, and was looking for apartments all over the city. I contacted JUXT and spoke to Kenny Mitchell who turned out to be amazing. The apartment is brand new, and everything was built with quality materials. The lounge on the roof was great, and the apartment it self was great! I am very much looking forward to moving in. Coming to the reason why Kenny is great; we arrived at JUXT at 4 pm on Saturday, and they normally closed at 5, by the time we could find a unit that we liked it had taken about 3.5 hours, and Kenny never once complained that he had to stay way over his shift. He was very friendly, and accommodating the entire time. He definitely made the whole leasing experience absolutely amazing! This is prolly the best apartment building you can find in this area. The facilities are awesome, but what's more important is that the management team are so organized and easygoing. I didn't have any negative experience in the past year. This area is also very safe and quiet at night. You might be concerned there are mini-homes next to it, but honestly no one is there. I recently moved into Juxt and it has been the simplest, easiest and most positive moving experience I have ever had. As soon as I saw the apartment, I knew it was perfect. The apartments are spacious, modern, well designed and the building quality is superb (you can't hear anyone else from your apartment). The amenities like the gym and games loft are actually useful, unlike many others I've seen, and the Speak Easy and Sky Lounge are great areas for entertaining with spectacular views of Downtown and South Lake Union. The leasing agents are all super helpful and friendly, in particular Brittany, Madison & Sydney, they have consistently gone out of their way to help me settle in, answer any questions I have and have withstood my constant harassment about my package deliveries, all with great smiles and friendly attitudes. I work in the area and been driving past this place for months now and finally they are opening soon!! I met with the leasing team at their preleasing office (the building they said doesn't open for another 3 weeks). They are all pretty rad, especially Britney. They are able to give hard hat tours of the building which includes checking out all the amenities. I am especially excited for the game area and the speakeasy. The sky lounge is also pretty neat and they even have a grooming area for dogs which is helpful because then I don't have to worry about Chloe bringing in dirt from our walks at Lake Union. They have great views of SLU and its close to everything but you're not in the middle of the madness. The finishes are the apartments are a lot more nicer than some places I've checked out. They have two different finishes which is great so you can pick which one is more your style. The leasing team helped me figure out what floor plan I wanted and which location and they are super helpful and answered all my questions. Also heard Taco Chukis is moving in. Overall Experience: Moving into JUXT has been a great experience from the beginning. Since my boyfriend and I scheduled our first tour, Kenny has been our leasing agent and go-to contact throughout the entire process. Communicating with one, very reliable person has made all the difference in making our application, contract signing, and move a seamless process. Apartments: These apartments are beautiful, from the apartment design to the rooftop views (you can see all of Lake Union). Unlike most apartment amenities, JUXT's were built to accommodate the number of residents likely to use them at one time, which means you won't find yourself fighting for a spot in the community areas. Another great thing about JUXT are the weekday hours, which extend past typical working hours and make touring/coming into the office with questions very convenient. Staff: All of the Holland Partner Group staff in the office are top-notch. I've only had great experiences when stopping into the office to drop off paperwork or ask a question. I'd like to start this review stating that the location is excellent, with South Lake Union Park just a couple of blocks from the building, a groceries store is very close, a bus stop right in front of the building and most of Amazon campus at a walking distance. While the place is really nice (brand new building and amenities - the speakeasy is awesome!) what really stands out as exceptional is the staff! Since day one, they have been incredibly helpful and accommodating. Relocating from a different country is an extenuating and daunting process but the staff at JUXT made things incredibly enjoyable and easy for us. From really basic and silly questions for a person completely new to the US, to more intricate ones, Madison was amazing, she took the time to explain to us everything and guided us to the process of getting our lease. It is great to live in a place where the staff is this nice. Kudos to Madison, Niki and Brittney! They have greatly contributed in us having a very nice experience at JUXT. read more

Just moved into Juxt and couldn't be happier . Move in experience was the game changer for me. I did not have time to visit Seattle prior to my move and Nathan went above and beyond to get me all the details , photos, videos I needed for the apartment . He was quicker to respond to questions than other buildings. He was also willing to flex his schedule to have me move in on a Saturday , well past office hours ! Recently relocated to Seattle and my GF and I were really crossing our fingers to find a decent apartment to call home. After visiting almost 20 apartments in the SLU and CH area we determined that JUXT was our top choice. Pro's up front: - location is convenient but also quiet, and no cranes within arm's reach - new, updated units - top notch amenities - very pet friendly (solid pet amenities) Once we moved in it was very clear immediately that we would love living here at JUXT. The aforementioned Pro's all remained true, however I would definitely say that the staff has over-delivered. Kyle did a stellar job getting us all set up, and Mike, Michael, and Mitch have all been super solid and reliable from day 1. Definitely a family/friend vibe with the staff if that is what you are looking for. The maintenance team and cleaning staff has also been great as well. Rent and parking in SLU isn't cheap but you get what you pay for at JUXT and I highly recommend living here to anyone in the apartment hunt. We have been extremely happy with our choice. read more

My husband and I and our pets had the experience of living in apartments quite a few times across the country and JUXT in Seattle is the most special, near and dear to our hearts for a few reasons. First of all, the quality of the building, apartment units and the aminities are amazing. You can have your barbeque on the roof top accompanied by the breath taking lake view! Secondly, the location of JUXT! It is within walking distance from the grocery shops, many restaurants, pharmacies, the lake, the park, boat rides, Amazon and Facebook buildings, and many more that I can't even count. And lastly, the people working there! They will go above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay for you. Maintenance and the cleaning crew are amazing. If you need maintenance in the apartment, it will be completed sooner than you think! When you enter the building or the elevators, you will notice the freshly cleaned nice soapy smell immediately. Front desk is ever so friendly, helpful and professional. Zach, the manager, will do anything to help you out. He listens to you carefully, communicates with honesty, and he is productive and result oriented for your happiness during your stay. We moved out to a single family home with a big backyard after spending two wonderful years at JUXT, because our pets needed a big yard to run freely and exercise. We will miss JUXT and our neighbors and the management team. If you want an excellent quality apartment with reasonable prices in downtown, and a friendly management team and great aminities with an awesome lake view, this is the place for you! read more

I'm currently in the process of moving out from JUXT (back to San Diego, where I'm from) but boy, will I miss it. I have no complaints about after living here for a year, none at all.
