I moved out months ago and honestly wish I had left even sooner. This place caused me unbelievable stress, and almost all of it came from the leasing office--especially the leasing manager, Valeria, who is consistently rude, condescending, and unprofessional. The ONLY reason this place even gets 1 star is because the building itself is clean, the amenities are fine, and the maintenance team is incredible--kind, fast, and actually cares. Unfortunately, that does not make up for how terrible management is. 1. I tried to transfer to a larger, cheaper unit in the same building. Due to a leak, they delayed my move for 3 MONTHS with no clear timeline, while still demanding I pay my old, higher rent even after my lease ended. I was living out of boxes for months. They constantly contradicted themselves, failed to follow through on promises, and I had to record conversations with Valeria just to be taken seriously. They also charged me full cleaning fees on both apartments despite video proof of deep cleaning--so don't expect your deposit back. 2. Valeria's attitude is consistently hostile. Even in a normal situation where I was helping take a photo at a leasing event, she aggressively questioned why I was there--despite me being a resident. Her behavior is widely known among tenants, yet she was promoted. 3. Even after officially moving out at the end of August, I was still billed for utilities, which should have been shut off automatically. 4. I was once locked out of the building late at night because both the front door and garage fob systems were broken--and of course, no one answered the so-called 24-hour emergency line. 5. The security cameras are essentially useless. After a theft, I was told only police could request footage, yet recordings erase after 72 hours--making it nearly impossible to ever access evidence. 6. I personally witnessed a homeless person sleeping in the common areas multiple times, including on a resident's newly delivered mattress. A fellow tenant even emailed them this picture. It was disturbing and clearly unmanaged. If you never need to interact with leasing, this place might seem fine. The second you do, your experience can quickly become a nightmare. read more

I had an overall good experience with Radius during my 20 months there. However, the move out process and bill was completely ridiculous. They charged me $145 for painting, even though the walls were not damaged, $210 for cleaning, and $460 for "utilities." When I asked for the final utility bill, the amount was $345, and my phone calls/messages to radius have continuously been ignored. Be prepared to lose your security deposit! Make sure to look up the Washington state tenant rights so you can argue with their practices. read more

Radius could do things right, but they just don't. They have the best location in Seattle at their disposal, located right on Amazon HQ's campus, and super convenient commute for many other companies, located right between the C line, the 40 and the 70. They have an amazing building with tons of space in the parking lot, still brand new doors, walls and appliances, compared to the growing competition in SLU, they can still remain awesome, but their recent management has just forced them to go downhill. Further and further. From little things such as charging you the full clean out fee upon moving out despite tenants leaving spotless apartments (you've been warned, don't bother scrubbing those stains for 5 hours), treating new tenants with preference over existing residents to get that commission in (no sense of loyalty), and just the lack of actual amenities! The common rooms are beautiful, but they're upkept like shit, no one puts away the pillows on the deck so they're gross and wet from the weather (and snow in the winter! whatt?/? Put them away for the season!!) The gyms WERE great, but first, all the treadmills were down for weeks last Fall. Next, they installed Peloton bikes so if you want to bike you HAVE to subscribe to a $40/month membership. (Wtf, stop nickel and diming residents!) They have all the potential for safe and secure bike rooms in the garage, but they choose to put in shit racks out in the open to the public (P2 doesnt even lock the door, people) so I refuse to leave my bike there. Even the storage rooms are great, located on each floor, yet management chooses to fill them up with crap from the furnished summer apts, so even if you want to pay for one, its impossible to find it convenient to you, on your floor. Frankly, the only reason I'd stay is because of the Community Events hosted by Apartment Life each week. Although most are just sponsored ads for local businesses, they still offer a great way to get to know your neighbors and socialize locally. Plus the hosts are awesome! Radius, you can do better. I've heard it WAS better. Step up your game and be better to your tenants, or else the increasing rate of move-outs will only grow. read more

Do yourself a favor and DON'T live here. The move-out charges are ridiculous and a total scam. We read all the reviews about the unreasonable move-out charges, so we took the time to ensure our apartment was spotless when we moved out. We also insisted on the community manager (Carissa) performing a move-out inspection, and she told us it was the cleanest apartment she had ever seen during a move-out inspection. She also said that we would not be charged anything other than a standard cleaning fee. Imagine our surprise when we received a $700+ fee that included $240 for cleaning and $275 just for paint touch-ups! (See picture of bill breakdown.) We are careful, clean renters. We did not hang any pictures/drill holes in the walls. We don't even wear shoes in the apartment. Why were we charged these absurd fees?? Because the management group at Radius is unethical and cheats their tenants. Renters beware! read more

Lived there open 1B for 13 months. My electrical bill was only 12-15 dollars monthly(see city bill photo)So, you can imagine how less time I spent inside. but my monthly water+sewer+ is crazy high: $142(see move out bill photo). And ~$640 for carpet changing and painting. And from the photo, you can see the other part is really clean. I am currently warning all the communities and email list I am in to avoid this place now. The actual stay as a resident of Radius Apartment was terrific. All four months at Radius were smooth sailing, largely because of the ultra-responsive front office staff that was on top of my every need. However, I'm now compelled to change my overall rating after poor communication and a 'bait and switch' tactic with my rental deposit by the assistant manager and corporate office upon my move out. Kara informed me at the time of my handing over the keys and final checkout that I should expect most of my $300 deposit back after necessary processing time. That once the final utility bills were deducted I would be mailed the difference. However several weeks later I learned they were charging me for carpet cleaning, new paint, etc. that is apparently SOP for all tenants -- even those such as myself had only occupied the apartment short-term and left the place spotless. Assistant manager Kara's email final communication to my concerns included the following: "Thank you for the feedback. I have been working to streamline our move-out process so our expectations are clear to all residents, both new and moving out. It looks like I could have gone into more detail in my email to you on 6/4/2019. The carpet cleaning, touch up paint and cleaning/sanitation are the standard base rates for our open/urban apartments regardless of the length of stay." 'Could have gone into more detail' seems like a really nice way of saying: OK, I guess I misled you with what you should expect back from your deposit -- or really -- perhaps I should've disclosed then that we will be deducting various charges for mandatory cleaning, regardless whether you left the apartment in any state of disrepair or not. To be clear, I do get that the practice of mandatory cleanings is becoming more common -- but why not disclose that up front or even upon checking out? Why sneak that in way after the fact? In fact, they didn't even proactively inform me directly. I had to contact them five weeks later to inquire about the status of my deposit balance when Kara updated me that I actually now owed them according to their final calculations. Look, I went from thinking I was receiving $225 to now owing $37. Fortunately, the difference probably isn't going to crush my financial stability, but I hate that my positive experience at Radius is now tarnished because of poor handling by the team on this final chapter. It really took the relationship from human to pure transactional in a split second. Too bad. All things being equal, if you know what you're going into, enjoy your stay at Radius -- but do not expect them to keep you honest and whole along the way. Renter beware. --VH read more

UPDATE: The day after posting this review (7/10/17) the leasing staff approached me and my husband to apologize and check in. Not only did they immediately see my review but they were really interested in how they could make things better. Needless to say I'm both impressed and grateful. Bumping my review up to 4 stars! Currently living here - about 1 year into an 18 month lease. Over the past year management has changed over twice, and there's only a couple people in the leasing office worth talking to. (Kim Thurber specifically is really competent and the only person I genuinely believe cares about the residents) The pro's of living here are the beautiful apartments (gas range etc.) and the convenient location. The con's are many: Rude Staff: This is me and my husband's #1 complaint. Every communication that comes from the office is blatantly rude. I've uploaded two pictures with screenshots if you're curious. The most recent one came today regarding the trash room on our floor...which is apparently, full of trash. They wanted residents to alert them to the problem, but they have never responded to any request I've sent, including when our storage unit was robbed last month - which brings me to my 2nd point... We Got Robbed: Our storage unit (it's a locked unit in a locked room on our floor) was broken into and a bunch of our expensive camping equipment was stolen. We notified the leasing office immediately - and subsequently multiple times as we've been trying to get our renter's insurance claim sorted out. They have NEVER responded to me - not once. Construction: Literally on EVERY street surrounding the building. This means very loud noise 7 days a week, even before 6am and after 10pm - WAY outside of Seattle noise restrictions, probably because this is a mixed use commercial/residential area. There is also very minimal parking given that it's usually blocked off for construction or otherwise restricted. Packages: Recently they've stopped sending email notifications when they receive packages. If you are someone who receives a lot of packages you better stay on top of your tracking numbers, otherwise you'll never know if one has been delivered. Check out my other picture I uploaded where they threaten to return your packages back to sender over the holidays if they aren't picked up fast enough. People travel over the holidays - 48 hour pick up is not reasonable. Notice To Enter: They also come in to "inspect" minimum once a month. Some months it's up to 3 times. I've never lived somewhere where they needed so much access to our apartment. I should have saved a few of their notices and posted those here as well - will update with the next batch. In summary I'd say this is pretty par for the course for $3K a month in Seattle - a nice building surrounded by loud construction and a young/inexperienced leasing staff. read more

Summary in case tldr: 1. RENTER RIP-OFF, they charge HUGE MOVE-OUT BILL! 2. FAKE good reviews Where do I start? I read negative experiences on some company email list and some forum about Radius huge move-out charges, warning people to stay away from it. So it seems that's what they ALWAYS do, not for one or two specific cases. When I read those, it's too late since I already moved in. When I moved out, in case those would happen, I paid for a professional cleaning company to do the deep cleaning, including carpet steam cleaning, but still got the ridiculous move-out bill. THEY CAN ALWASY FIND WAYS TO RIP YOU OFF. I understand it's hard to find renters during this wfh time. But it doesn't give you reason to delay the move-out date in a shady way. 20 days before the lease last day, I called to confirm the move-out date, and I were told "confirmed, all set". Several days before the lease end, I were told the lease had been renewed because they didn't have the written record. NO ONE TOLD ME TO SEND THE WRITTEN NOTICE when I called to confirm. They overcharged me for 34-day parking ($250/month) because I didn't return the sticker on the car windshield. Once again, no one ever mentioned that I have to turn in the sticker!!! Never heard of any apartment requires to return the sticker! THEY CAN ALWASY FIND WAYS TO RIP YOU OFF. What's more? Fake good reviews! Before the pandemic, the Radius apartment hold a few parties in a row for the tenants, offering free food but requesting to post good reviews for it. They said because of some move-out bills, a few tenants wrote bad reviews about the apartment, so they do hope the current tenants could give good reviews. They pushed people to post good reviews before the midnight, so they would put their names for a raffle. read more

They will try to charge you for anything they can. Remember, they're part of a huge company and Greystar will delay important documents and not uphold their part of the bargain. I have been in a grueling back and forth with leasing for months about adding a roommate and they never followed through. They've put me out of money and a roommate, and my future roommates out of a home! They just sit there on the phone and tell you they hear you and then try to charge you on the back end. Worst apartment complex ever. To move in, they said you had to make a reservation to move in. Move in day arrives and guess what, no one said they were going to be gone for 4 hours that day, they left earlier than the scheduled time and no one picked up any phone call, including the emergency number. Great start to the experience. The apartment itself wasn't fully cleaned, there were marks everywhere on the walls and kitchen cabinets. The dryer lint catcher was so packed that the dryer wouldn't work. When I notified management, they said the cleaning crew doesn't clean that. Guess no one told them that a full lint catcher like that is a fire hazard. The entire complex smells; the dog relief area is never cleaned properly and sufficient dog bags are not provided. Maintenance is overworked so don't expect anything to get fixed quickly. Moving out, they were unhelpful, unsympathetic, they said they were going to be notifying the utility company of my move out date. Lo and behold a month later they didn't, and have now mooched an extra month on my account. They are also denying that they have any ability to contact the utility company. Gage put me on hold twice without asking if that was ok after being argumentative and they obviously don't care about customer service. Bottom line: don't move here. They don't care about you. read more

TL;DR - If you like the unit and price, just go for it. Don't think twice. I did a Look and Lease and lived in an Open 1-bed for 3 years without any problems. I had zero issues with the apartment * Competitive Price, never had to give service requests for my unit. Good sound proofing * Wonderful front desk staff * Appliances in the unit are new, lovely to use. Electricity came to around $25 for two months when I lived alone * Great amenities; regular community events * Perfect locality PRICE: I lived in Radius for 3 years and didn't regret living there even once! They offered a very competitive price for a Open 1-bed apartment and renewing my lease twice was a no-brainer for me. I won't comment on the price because reviews age, you should do your market research and figure out if the rate works for you or not. They use RentCafe and I never had any problems with my billing. UNIT: Literally just one service request in 3 years. And the one request was to replace the battery in the smoke detector when it starts making the beeping sound. It happens everywhere, so no surprises. Apart from that I had zero reasons to create a service request. They were super quick to respond to my request, which means either they don't get many or they are really fast. It works out well for you either way LEASING OFFICE: The folks at the leasing office are extremely friendly and approachable, respond fast to emails. The leasing agents, management and even maintenance people are very nice. They are also quite helpful if you have any doubts or issues. You can always rely on them to solve a problem for you. AMENITIES: The amenities are always well maintained and accessible. I had no issues in using them whenever I wanted to. Me and my friends have a lot of memorable memories in the common area ;) The gym was good enough for me, but individual expectations and requirements vary so you can judge all the amenities for yourself COMMUNITY: They organize 2-3 events every month. They have been extremely consistent in doing that and these events are a great way to meet your neighbors and get to know your apartment managers better. And these events are not done just for namesakes, they are quite invested in organizing them!! LOCALITY: Located right in the middle of Amazon offices, you can expect weekdays to be busy between 8-5. It quiets down after that and weekends are very quiet. It feels extremely safe to walk around at any time of the day. Also, most restaurants and coffee shops nearby are also open on weekends. The nearest grocery stores would be QFC on Mercer or WholeFoods on Westlake. Bus stops and Zipcar locations are minutes away by foot. This is literally the BEST LOCATION you can get. Some other Pros: * Free coffee in the ground floor * Receiving deliveries are a breeze. But they do have some scaling issues during Christmas and boxes can pileup on the ground floor. If Amazon delivers your package you'll get it. Even with the scale I never had lost packages. I have lived in radius about a month now and can say hands down the experience has exceeded my expectations. After living in what I thought were similar buildings in the past, I admittedly kept my expectations low. The team and the building itself has made my move such a positive experience from tour(s) to move in to now being a resident. 1) The Building Staff - Gaalya and team run such a well-oiled machine. Despite working with hundreds of tenants - they never act too busy to help out. They have such a positive attitude and get things done quickly. Beyond that are just really pleasant and nice people. 2) The Building. As you can see online there are TONS of amenities, and actually useful ones! There is a beautiful gym that is never crowded and has new equipment and big windows with tons of light. It's close to the community rooms on the 8th floor that has a stellar view of both lake union and the Space Needle. Even if your individual unit might not have a view - this area for sure does! I cannot wait to enjoy more in the summer. 3) Dog Friendly - yes. Seattle is a dog town. And while that might bothersome non-dog lovers, Radius caters well to both. There is a 9th floor dog deck that personally has been a huge plus owning a pup in a busy city. However the areas for dogs/no-dogs I feel like keeps the pups out of the hair of those that might not love 4-legged friends everywhere they go. 4) Individual Units - They have studios up to 2-bedrooms; and after looking around the SLU area over a handful of weekends the rent $ at Radius is very competitive and more affordable to many similar places in the area. What I have noticed is despite the ever present city hustle and bustle - the building itself must be built really well as I have never been bothered by noisy neighbors or what may be going on outside. One note - you are basically on Amazon's campus, which if that's your thing, is amazing! The neighborhood is busy Monday - Friday 8-5 with people going to and from work, however after hours is much quieter and I feel really safe in the area. An added bonus - there are great bars, restaurants, shops, drugstores, etc. all within 4 blocks (Yelp it, and check!). read more

Just wanted to drop by and say thank you to the remarkable team at Radius. Everyone from the leasing agents to the management team and even the maintenance team are super helpful and kind. They always have a smile on their face and try to help fix any issues my family has encountered as soon as they can. Kudos for all the positive energy! The building and amenities also deserve 5 stars! The 8th floor has a wonderful fire pit and bbq area which is pretty cool. They also have a 24 hour parcel locker which is great for receiving packages. I also wanted to note the team organizes great events with free food which is a plus and there's a free coffee machine in the lounge on the ground floor which my husband loves. The only issues I've had was with the construction across the street. They were hammering pretty early and would wake me up. To be fair this isn't something the management team can control but they did ensure that the issue was dealt with as the early morning construction stopped after I complained a few times! Always there to help and do it with a smile on their face... very rare. Makes my living situation much easier knowing that they hold their residents as a priority. The team has also implemented a number of updates around the building that keeps it modern w/ the latest and greatest. I appreciate their taste and trust them to do a good job. My application process is totally a mess. I do understand that additional process is needed because I don't have a long credit history. But the problem is how they handle this. First, nobody contacted me through this almost one-week application process. No email, no call at all. I have to go to the leasing office EVERYDAY to find out what is the next. Obviously, that is your job if you want to live here. Secondly, inconsistent information has been given from different people in the leasing office. On Thursday, you was told that you had option A or B and you went with option A. On Friday, another person said that option A was not acceptable. On Sunday, you decide to choose option B but option A is suddenly working but they can't find anything that you have submitted online. Is that my fault that you have the worst system? Then you wonder how about option B, because the lease should start today. No, you can't, because they are in the middle of option A already. This whole process makes no sense to me at all. Believer me if that's all, I wouldn't write this review. The worst part is, my key is not made and the apartment is not ready to move in today(Sunday). This start date was chosen on Tuesday in my application. So even if everything works out, you won't be able to move in on your lease starting date. I'm just lucky that I have somewhere to live today. The facilities are good. Their heaters do not work well. Dont heat enough. And when maintenance is asked to check, they don't have a good enough answer and they didnt do much about it. I've lived in at Radius for a few months and overall enjoy it. Maintenance has been quick to respond to issues, and the apartments are fairly well insulated from noise between them. The staff is always pleasant. The parking is very tight. It seems like P1, which is public monthly permit parking, is roomier than on P2, which is resident parking. A couple of spots seem impossible to pull in to due to other cars and pillars. Some people can't be bothered to take their boxes to the recycling, and leave them to pile up in the trash chute room with the labels ripped off so they don't get billed for not taking the trash out properly. read more

We have been residents of Radius for almost a year and I just wanted to say thank you to the remarkable team at Radius, including the leasing agents, maintenance team and the management team. They have been VERY supportive and fast acting on any issues or maintenance request we have had and they are always greeting you with a smile. They always take the time to say hello and give your dogs a little attention and a small treat, it makes you feel welcome! The building and amenities also deserve 5 stars! The 8th floor has a two fire pits and two bbq grills which is great for the summer time, they also have a BBQ grill on the 9th floor for those who have pets to use. Since we have been residents the staff has organized multiple events and provided free food and drinks to make all the residents fell like they are part of a bigger family. I would HIGLY recommend this apartment to anybody wanting to have a great place in a great location, lots of restaurants and a quite area on the weekends and evenings. Because it is in the heart of Amazon you have lots of food truck options for lunch and they continue to bring in high quality brick and mortar restaurants into the area. Great place for anybody to leave, especially if you work for Amazon!!! read more

Just moved to Seattle with my husband and we look at about 15 apartments in Seattle and about 6 of those were in South Lake Union. Out of those 6 Radius Apartments made me feel like this was suppose to be my home. We were greeted by CarLarans Cole (leasing manager) who was absolutely delightful and honest. He didn't want to "sell" me a dream I couldn't afford. Rather he showed us exactly what we were looking for. I don't know what it is about Seattle apartments, but they try really hard not to give back your deposit (it's been over four months since I moved out). Paid a $450 security deposit and apparently had a credit of $34.45 after "damages". Anyway, even with a $34.45 credit, they are trying to say that there is no refund due. How does that even make sense? The move out statement straight up says "$34.45 credit, Refund due: 0.00" Anyway, don't move here if you want to see any of your deposit back. This apartments never allow you bring your friends to public area such like party room, kitchen area or other relax area. The policy really make my friends and me angry. When I waited my friend(who is the resident here) in the public kitchen area, and I didn't make any noise any trash or did anything else that break the community environment!!! I just seated there quite and I told them them my friend just left to get water and I would leave soon with him when he back!!! But someone step in and talked to me clearly, I can't stay here, because the public area ONLY provide for the residents. Which means even your friends lives here, you can't stay here with your friends! read more

Probably won't be renewing or referring folks. Pros: - Right next to work (Amazon) - Amenities are comparable to other buildings in the area. (But only average) Cons: - Prices keep going up - Won't give me another key fob without putting another person on my lease. - Took forever for them to set up an elevator system where you could just buzz people into the building and not have to walk down to let them in. Even now, it's still quite sporadic and you still have to walk down to let someone up after buzzing them in. - No concierge in the lobby even though there's a desk for one. I was one of the first tenants to move into this building. I was told that i would be able to get another key fob for $50, now it costs $50 and adding another person to my lease. Which is something i was a little less than okay with, however, what really irks is their reasoning. "We don't know who your guests are and we can't trust them." I told them that's what cameras are for, and Shannon replied we only review them when necessary. Then obviously, give me a key fob and use the camera's when necessary, or hire a damn concierge already so we can allow people in and out when the leasing office isn't open. Parking: When i first moved in (late December) they said that a spot would cost $150 a month. Now it has sky rocketed to $275-$325 a month depending on the size of your car. Per leasing office, this is due to spaces filling up. However when i go down and check the garage, it's like a ghost town. There are still plenty of spaces available. There are other garages in the area that go for ~$200 a month. Guys, i'm not stupid. Most of the guys and gals in the leasing office are pretty chill and helpful. It's the empty promises, lack of follow-up, and playing stupid i don't like. 2 times we had a 4am fire alarm waking everyone up and Shannon said it only happened once when i brought it up. No apologies, no explanation as to why this was happening. Ping pong balls: In the community page they boasted purchasing new ping pong balls "All colors, glow in the dark, etc." They're the cheapest pieces of crap ever. You can't play for real with them. Please buy ones that are up to standard. Again, please stay away from the Radius unless you like condescending building management, the beautiful sound of construction, and up the A** parking prices. read more

My husband has lived here for for three months, and I've been here for 2 weeks- (with a few weekend trips to visit.) So far I really love this apartment. The Pros: -The apartment itself is well designed, with lots of storage, and feels very high end. - All the appliances are really lovely )high end, full size, good quality) -The sound proofing is very good in my apartment. I am literally across the street from the demolished building, and with the exception of the building on demo days (yikes that was loud!) I am not particularly disturbed by them. I'm never disturbed by my neighbors. - Maintenence staff is friendly and prompt. - front desk staff always recognized me (even when I was just visiting for a few days) and would ask questions, or let me know there was a package. They are always friendly and courteous. - The community spaces are beautiful (the patios are truly scenic), well maintained, and truly a wonderful place to meet others and have events. - The staff works to make this a real community with events, free summer yoga etc. and are incredibly nice. - The location is spectacular, with almost everything I could need within a 5-10 minute easy walk, including my husband's job. I feel safe and the area is very clean. - They have storage units you can rent - Pet friendly and all the staff ply my dog with treats, so he's at ease too. - Free lattes and fun games on the ground floor - Deliveries have been received with ease, and the staff even help me move the bigger ones on a trolley. - Social network for the apartment is a nice way to keep up with the community The Cons (which are nitpicks compared to all the pros): - Fob units to get into every single door/floor can be a bit of a pain at times - especially if you have misplaced your keys in your apartment -I wish the 3rd floor had venting for AC units, but with a portable AC we've been managing just fine. - There is only one trash chute on the 3rd floor on the far side from us, so it's not as convenient as it could be (and boxes need to be taken down to the basement.) - construction next door can occasionally be loud and create dust. - Fob units can sometimes not work well (but this issue has been quickly seen to) - Pet park can smell very bad at times, as it's astro turf with sprinklers, so it never feels truly 'clean'- even though they keep it poo free and regularly maintain it (they are doing everything right, I think it's just designed to smell of dog pee.) - No easy way for guests to park (but feh, it's downtown Seattle.) - You need to get creative with curtains in order for your open one bedroom to be flooded with light in the mornings. Overall the best apartment I've ever lived in, and I highly recommend it! read more

I would like to leave an honest review for my time spent here at Radius. First off, I want to start with the actual building. It's in an awesome location if you work at Amazon and convenient to Whole Foods and other great food restaurants. The selling point to me was the awesome amenities and the interior of the apartments. The thing I loved the most about this building was the roof as it had amazing views and an awesome pet run which is apparently a hard thing to find here in Seattle. When moving into the building, my roommate and I were told that there would be a concierge but this was never put into effect and then we were again lied to and told that they had never "mentioned" this. Now to the negatives, I really would like to say that I have a sour taste in my mouth for the management team. Not only were they consistently bombarding their residents with emails over every little issue, but the management can be passive aggressive and very short with their residents if you aren't on their "nice" list. Also, there were SEVERAL service requests that we had submitted while living there that were never fixed such as our vents that opened to let air flow through the windows broke and NEVER replaced almost a year that we lived there. A burner on the stove was not fixed after a service request was submitted. And the island in our kitchen had little tabs on the sides that kept coming undone after we put countless service requests in and this was cheaply fixed with basically a glue stick. The last month living there was hell as there were BLARING fans in my hallways non stop for 2 weeks due to an unforeseen leak that I LET MANAGEMENT know to avoid them having a wide building problem. When I asked for a solution to this I was told by the buildings assistant manager and property manager that it was not their fault and that they would give us a discount on our electric bill which again was a false lie and never fulfilled. When we moved out, we were given a bill for 3 hours of touch up paint which is ludicrous as I spent hours touching up the paint when we left with the paint THEY PROVIDED. They also charged us 500 for the island tabs that we had put multiple work orders in for and they said that a shelf in the bathroom was missing. I honestly laughed at the shelf charge because why would we need to take a shelf to our better and newer apartment? Haha. So the basic rundown of the community is the apartments are nice and in a great location, but if you want to deal with passive aggressive management and deal with their constant unprofessionalism and lies then I would definitely rent here, otherwise spend a little more money and move to Capitol Hill, there is better food, bars and nightlife here anyways! read more

Selected this apartment complex due to close proximity to work and convenient fitness center. But the fitness center has turned out to be anything but convenient. The three treadmills routinely malfunction, and management refuses to replace them after multiple complaints. Too bad. Otherwise would recommend this place. read more

I've lived here three months now and everything has been great! The staff is friendly and helpful and the apartment is beautiful. The gas range really sets this place apart and there is a ton of space in the kitchen. The view is phenomenal and I love the rooftop decks. Maintenance is top notch and has taken care of everything right away and the building is always clean. read more

Radius is a great apartment. Comparing with my last apartment, Radius is full of warmth. Staff members are very nice and passionate. Very new room and facilities, very good gym and sky view places, and very close to Amazon office. I like this apartment very much. read more
