Words cannot express how amazing Juvly is from its owner to the whole staff but especially Hala Innabi. I've been going to Juvly in Manhattan for more than nine years -- I keep going even though I now commute from CT. Hala is a medical professional with incredible ethics combined with the insight and perspectives of a true artistry. I have never been disappointed in any work she has done. In many cases I've wanted a treatment which she's talked me out of -- and into something more beneficial -- because my uneducated concept would lessen the contour and seeming health of my face. Going to someone like Hala really shows you how critical it is to have a medical provider who will educate you as she treats you, explain the results, be clear on what to expect -- and even consult with you before and after if needed. Having been here for various treatments and chemical peels, it is one of my preferred medical spas. I've had filler correction here by the NP due to a nurse at another popular spa completely botching my lips and denying to correct them. The NP at Juvly was gentle and an expert in technique. I love my results. The aesthetician for the chemical peels was also friendly and helpful at all 3 of my sessions with her. I believe overall, all service providers here are experienced and listen to your concerns. My only reservation about Juvly is the reception staff. In the previous office before they moved floors (seems like they've changed several times), there were friendly staff. The women at the current desk are not helpful nor friendly. As I always feel uncomfortable with the new girls, I don't bother communicating past check in and it limits my willingness to purchase products, whereas before I'd stack up on a year's products at every visit. read more

I spent $250 on a microneedling facial, and she did an absolutely horrible job. She didn't properly clean my face, she didn't even do my full face, there were areas on my face where you could visibly tell where she did the microneedling and where she didn't (such as a chunk of my jaw line). After the procedure, she didn't put any type of protective barrier serums (that's what has been done at other places I've gotten the treatment done, where after the procedure they apply protective moisturizers and spf on the skin as microneedling peels off the layer of skin). She put the cheap drug store mouisturizer on my face and sent me off. For a $250 facial the lack of care and the job overall in general was so bad. This place is a ripoff, not to mention they have ruined my skin. It's been 5 days after the procedure my skin is very bumpy and they've completely ruined it. I used to have smooth skin before and Juvly has messed it up completely. I'm so upset and distressed. UPDATE: while I won't be back to Juvly for any other procedures/ services, I will say they were very honest and fully refunded me my money. Sometimes some places don't work out. I'm just happy that I got my refund, even though I've had to seek additional treatment to get my skin looking back to normal from my dermatologist. Kaelyn was awesome! What a wonderful experience I had! I received cool sculpting and it was fun and pleasant experience. Kaelyn was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my many questions. First I want to say Stephanie is amazing and super sweet. This review is not about her. I bought the Groupon for Botox and a consultation. The office was very clean and nice and I was greeted with a warm welcome. Stephanie took me back on time and spent several minutes consulting with me to discuss my lines and desired end result. I told her I wanted my forehead and eyes done. It turned out to be an extra $110 (I guess for 2 parts). The process was very fast and easy and didn't hurt much (10 minutes). I paid a visit to Stephanie for some Botox and lip injections. Stephanie is great and totally knows her stuff. The office seemed to be a bit in shambles but they explained that they were moving - so that explained it... My Botox turned out great and Stephanie explained everything to me ahead of time about how she would inject (this was not my first time and I always appreciate people who don't treat you like a number). Another lady came in and put lidocaine on my lips for numbing. Stephanie divides up the juvederm into 3 syringes with a very small insulin needle and proceeds to inject. She is very skilled. I barely felt anything. She took the time to massage my lips to minimize bumps and lumps. It's been a week and I have a couple bumps but they look like they will dissolve. I'm not sure why I haven't reviewed Juvly in the past. I've been coming here for a few years, always for botox/Dysport. I prefer Dysport because it lasts a long time for my chemistry and the results are faster to see. I love how Juvly always does a great job and they're consummate professionals when it comes to their services, they don't pressure you with sales and from the moment you walk-in they are always there to guide and assist you with your questions on their services. I went in this week to consult on Kybella, as I'm definitely doing it. However, after a few talks, I've decided to put it on hold since I have a few social events coming up and delay until I have some less demanding scheduling. Then, discussed lip injections and they were honest about the treatment, how many vials that I would need to achieve my best results and as a newbie to it all... recommended that I try the lip flip with Dysport again first. While doing my Dysport, Austin was awesome. She also told me that the previous Dysport was definitely still working, and confirmed what I'd known about how long it lasted with my body. It's been a year. They couldn't believe I was 47, almost 48. Yet, I've been getting botox/Dysport since my late 30's as a maintenance program to deter any age lines and etc. I love their services and professionalism, and will be back again for more services, as I trust them. I had tear trough filler almost a week ago and have had this procedure done many times. I was unhappy with the results during the appointment and told to wait as the area was swollen I am still extremely disappointed with my results after the swelling has gone down. In fact under my one eye the skin is uneven and there's a lump pertruding. Because the filler has not been injected into the tear trough directly it has created a swell in both sides of my cheeks and it actually makes my eyes look more sunken. When I smile my face looks deformed and I preferred my look before I walked into this practice.  Ive asked for this to be fixed or a refund so I can go somewhere else but this was refused. I've looked back at pictures from previous times of having this done and it's never looked liked this after. My skin uneven and it looks unnatural. The staff have not been helpful in resolving this and have been extremely rude instead of sympathetic with the distress caused by this. I was even told that I needed to have filler in my cheeks to correct this which I've never heard before. I have read all reviews and it seems they specialise in lips and lack the skills needed to inject the tear trough area. Although I will say I wouldn't get my lips done here. I decided to try Juvly as it is conveniently located by Grand Central Station. The office is clean though someone what empty. I should have raised suspicion as there weren't any other patients. Not your typical "sting" I have received from other professionals but very very painful. Nevertheless I was excited I would see results in 3-5 days as prior experiences have been. I found Juvly on Groupon and booked a package of 2 facials with Ella, who is gentle yet thorough. After every facial, my skin looks amazing for the whole week after. The facial consists of cleansing, exfoliating, extractions, massage, masque, and light moisturizer and sunscreen. Ella gets everything out. I got a bit worried because went in on a giant zit and it was quite red, but after 24 hours, it's almost gone! The menthol masque seemed to help calm it down. Keep in mind that my skin is super sensitive from retinoids, but the products here did not cause irritation. Appointments were really easy to make, and they don't pressure you to join their program ($99/month for 1 treatment, plus a bunch of discounts). My only critique is that the treatment isn't relaxing. The room looks like a doctor's office, and I was rushed out when I wanted to put some makeup on before seeing a friend for lunch. Otherwise, I highly recommend Juvly for their facials. I went in on March 6th for lip fillers and ended up getting my cheeks and chin done as well. It was my first time getting fillers of any kind, so I was relieved when Dr. Harper put me at ease and made the whole process very simple. The Pros: - If I were the kind of person to keep a list of doctors and rate them on their bedside manner, I think Dr. Harper would be in the top five. The soothing voice and calming blue eyes (they're soooo calming, I swear) helped quell my panic because I was an anxious mess when I arrived. - They gave me the Groupon discount price for the lip fillers even though I didn't actually buy it there first. That's a pretty sweet deal. - The whole procedure was almost painless. I'd describe it as slightly less painful than the numbing injection you get at the dentist's office and far less painful than a tattoo or piercing. I don't think I even felt most of the lip injections at all. - They took their time and didn't rush me at all. Basically, I felt like an actual person and not just another number or appointment. At one point, I even fainted (because I freaked out that much, NOT because of the very minimal pain from the procedures) and they gave me a good 15-20 minutes to relax and regain my composure. I recently saw Melissa at Juvly for botox and lip augmentation . I had previous fillers that seemed hard and awkward to move and I wanted a full lip with more moveable look. Melissa explained to me that we would need to dissolve the old filler first then come back and inject the new filler using a Restylane filler . End result.... Be careful that you get what you pay for. They charge you up front prior to your procedure. I was charged for 2 syringes of Sculptra. When she finished I could see there was more than half left in the syringe. So I asked did you use it all? To which she responded "yes I did". That's over $400 left in the syringe! On the plus she was a very good injector and I had no bruising at all. I think the correct thing to do is insist and only pay for one syringe at a time.
