No one acknowledged or responded. It now seems I'll be purchasing services elsewhere since Laser Spa doesn't care enough to earn my business with a simple response to an email. I recently visited Dr. Blinski's office for the Vi Peel treatment. I've been seeing many people getting it done and I decided to give it a try myself. I've suffered from extremely dry skin for the past two years and no diet, lotions or spa facial treatments have helped. I've seen photos of Dr. Blinki's patients throughout their Vi Peel treatment and that's when I booked an appointment for myself. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and very kindly by Dr. Blinski and Florinda. I only waited a couple minutes before Dr. Blinski was ready to begin my treatment. During the treatment, Dr. Blinski was very considerate of my experience there. The Vi Peel smells very strong and because my skin is very sensitive, it burned. He would stop every so often to fan my face to ease the burning sensation and to get rid of the smell. Post treatment, he gave me a follow up set for the Vi Peel and explained exactly what I should do during the peel process. For cosmetics, Dr. Blinski has a very soothing and gentle touch. I felt relaxed when he did any injections, which usually makes me very uncomfortable and squeamish. Additionally, this was the first doctor who ever did my lips and botox and will hopefully be the ONLY doctor who does my lips and botox going forward. He created the perfect shape for my lips (had none before) and didn't overdue it. As far as the botox, it used the perfect amount to give me a slight lift in my brow, but very subtle. I've gotten texts from my exes asking why I look so great lately, but will leave that a mystery. Dr. B is fantastic. I went yesterday to get Juvederm in my lips. Super responsive via phone/text and I was able to see him that day! It was my first time seeing him, but not my first time getting filler, so I went in knowing I always swell more than most people. Painless experience, and he said to text their number anytime if I had questions about follow up. That night when I was worried about the swelling, I texted at 11pm (figuring I wouldn't here back until the morning). I am experiencing hormonal breakouts right now and my skin was so soothed afterward! The staff is professional and attentive - they make every visit enjoyable. I appreciate the convenience of combining facials with injectable appointments, and the online booking system is user-friendly (though I would recommend calling if you can't find the appointment you are looking for - the magical ladies up front can often find something and get you in) This location is clean and stylish, and easily accessible. Highly recommend.
