Feels like nowadays is hard to find many business out there that can have 5 stars so I figured let me give credit where is due. Have you ever walked into a business and just by the atmosphere and attentiveness you know you are making the right decision well this is exactly what happened to me. a little background on myself i live in NYC I was contemplating on getting surgery done for a while during my search I was looking for quality and Pricing which is often impossible but after weeks of searching i found what i was looking for in Juventus Cosmetics. I did mostly my transaction online by email since i was in NYC but to be honest the process was very smooth and stress free. I was being helped by patient coordinator Celeste which words can't express how appreciated i am of her. she is polite discrete and judge free professional pure awesome lets face it i sent her pictures of myself without a shirt judge free zone she was attentive made sure all my needs where met. The day i left for my surgery i was in contact with another fantastic person this time would be the OR Nurse and my God did she made me feel at ease when i Arrived I was probably nervous I can't lie but all my worries and concern if any where long gone when I met Belkis she was very attentive before and after surgery. I felt very comfortable with all the staff in the office down to even the receptionist they where always on top of me asking how i was after surgery. I am now 1 month and 7 days post op and I feel amazing i followed all of my Nurse advice and I feel no discomfort the obvious limitations of bending fully is still there but nothing i can't deal with I am already active in the Gym and full of confidence my procedure was well worth it and it was the best decision i could have made going forward i will recommend this place to anyone needing a procedure and its on a budget but does not want to sacrifice the quality of the work as well. ;-) read more

If I could go back in time and not do anything in this clinic I would. I had a tummy tuck on 03/19/26 with supposedly "Dr. Amin Atul" during the consult when the surgeon is supposed to come in and mark you instead of the surgeon I was greeted by his nurse practitioner after he left the room I stated to the anesthesiologist "hey that's not my surgeon" his response in Spanish was "don't worry that his nurse practitioner he was a surgeon in Cuba" (I wish I was lying.) which leads me to believe they are using Dr. Amin face but in reality it's the nurse practitioner performing these procedures. 24 hours post op I went to my first massage done by Ana I had what looked like a purple bruise below my belly button and I was told by Ana in Spanish "that is a complication from surgery and it happens often" I trusted her. 1 week passes by I had the appointment with the surgeon, I already had what was an open wound with draining as you can see in the photos attached. I was told it was normal and Ana continued to wrap me in the abdominal binder everyday tighter and tighter which wasn't the correct thing to do with an open wound. One point the nurse practitioner sees me and prescribed me a cream, the next day I told Ana and the medical assistant Niubi that the cream he prescribed cost to much and I didn't have the money at the time if they can call him and ask if there is anything else I can use. Niubi came back and said you need to use what he sent you. A week passes by I tell the nurse practitioner I couldn't afford the cream he looks at me and says "why didn't you tell them?" I said "but I did" he looks at Niubi and says "when that happens you need to call me and tell me because I would have given her the cream" THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL HIM AND TELL HIM I COULDN'T AFFORD IT. This continued on for about 1 month they finally decided to do a culture and send to the lab because now I was draining green pus with a horrible smell they started me on a antibiotic. I got a call 4 days after the culture that I had staphylococcus growing, I asked the medical assistant so what's the game plan with this draining and this smell and she said yeah we have to wait for another culture but the drainage and smell is normal. I went to the hospital that same night because I knew something was off. Everyone at the hospital was shocked; shocked to hear I never met the surgeon, shocked to hear they never did an ultrasound, shocked to hear how clinics like this are still able to be open. It's disgusting, they don't care about anyone. This is a literal chop shop. Once they get your money they are done with you. I also want to mention that the medical assistant Niubi went to a cheap nursing school and the board ended up taking her license from her bc the school wasn't accredited by the state of Florida, I know this because in conversation she told me yet she's the medical assistant at this wonderful clinic. She and everyone else there including Ana that after me defending myself and saying it ended up getting that bad because of her my last massage that I paid $400 for 5 massages was about 10 mins all because I had defending myself the day prior. All of them including who they call the nurse, a shorter man who also stated he is part manager are all so rude and unprofessional once you start defending yourself and realizing all the thing going on at this clinic. Point of the matter is, I never met this mystery surgeon, I've never seen him walk in that clinic. They didn't do an ultrasound to see where the drainage was coming from. I ended up with a $67,000 bill from the hospital because the hospital needed to fix a mistake they did not make. At the end of the day they got their money and I'm going to be left with a hideous scar because of them. I want to say the nurse practitioner of Dr. Amin was very nice and seemed genuine, I just don't think it's right to be using your nurse practitioner as the face of a surgeon. I will do an honest review of this place; Here we go..... I have mixed feelings from this place I don't know if I feel okay or disappointed. I found this place thru a friend who did something here but she felt the same way, I decided to still give them a chance so I did the initial consultation and the girl was super nice , gave me all details we locked in a price and a payment plan so everything was good until I noticed the invoices were not correct , they kept adding different things such as massages or garments (mind these already promised to me) when I called they said they couldn't find that offer , and the girl that had helped me was not in and I never heard from her again. lol well, than I kept paying my payments, everything is fine but I kept seeing different charges so I called , complained many times and they would promise to fix it and didn't. Well, I thought about canceling but they said to get a refund it would take months to cut a check and be mailed to me. So they finally fixed the charges issues. I Met Dr. Rondon the day of the surgery and he was rushing and was very rude to me :( I felt so disrespected, I said I wanted to look natural and I wanted for it to be as less invasive as possible, he said he didn't appreciate me telling him what to do and we had already started bad, I was terrified to go into that surgery room with him to be honest. But I trusted god and thought maybe I'm overreacting . When everything was done , they almost forcibly woke me up, the anesthesiologist asked me how I was and I said not good , I couldn't move. He said you will be okay get up and let's go. I was like I'm not ready (barely speaking) and he said I had to goooo. They put me in the wheelchair and rushed me outttttttttt lol they throw u out literally an hour later after the surgery. I never heard from the Doctor again, he never called to check in w me nada. I went to the next day visit and the nurse was nice , they charged me 140+ for a 20 min draining and barely even touch me hahaha so of course I was not gona do my draining a there I had already found a near by place who does them for 100 and it's 1:15hrs long, beautiful massages. Even tho I never heard from the doctor again and he was rude my surgery or results look good actually. But I did take. Are of myself , 15 draining massages , faja all day 24/7 for 3 months straight and very health diet. But again, my results are great, I just had to endure a lot!!!!!! read more

In 2014 I had an eye procedure Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty ( to remove excess skin) First consultation was a Brazilian "doctor" who explained how he was going to do the procedure and what to expect as far as recovery time. The day of the surgery a doctor I never met showed up and told me he was the doctor the Brazilian "doctor" was a nurse who supposedly used to be a doctor in Brazil. I was now scared and in shock but I went ahead and had it done. Long story short they left me with a bubble on the bottom eyelid of my right eye two weeks later the procedure had to be done again on that eye to remove the bubble. Not only did they not removed it and was told that with time and healing it will disappear but 12 years later still there and on that eye also the lower eyelid became with Entropion and this happens when the lower eyelid turns slightly outwards away from the eye. It can occur after lower blepharoplasty if the lid becomes too tight, scarred, or loses support. I should have sued them but they made me sign a paper to cover their ass in case something goes wrong. That was permanent damaged. Funny that they haven't changed their name and remain in the same location. My status of limitation passed but I wish I would have done something about it. I was put under general anesthesia without any medical clearance. Do yourself a favor don't go there. read more

They took $4000 from my loan company for a surgery I never had I tried to cancel my surgery 2 weeks before and they would not call me back or respond, I decided to go through with it but 3 days before. My daughter was admitted to the hospital with a 50% survival rate so I told them I HAD to cancel , they still called me day before for my surgery instructions. I came to Juventus because I saw it was very highly promoted on Instagram by multiple famous influencers. I decided to get a breast lift with implants & a lipo 360. Everything went well for me during the process up until the day of surgery. I was extremely scared & anxious & they wouldn't allow anyone to come back with me while I waited for the surgeon. Once they finally start the surgery my family which was my mom & husband asked the lady at the front desk about how I was doing. She literally would only say "she's fine she's okay" no actual updates like "she's under", "they are halfway done" or "she's out of surgery in recovery". Nothing and that seems really out of line for me considering you paid so much money to get a procedure done & then they just want to brush off your worried family members & give them no actual updates. After I was up from surgery everything went well, I currently am 7 days post op & love my results. The other thing that really upset me about this clinic & is the reason why I wouldn't consider it for any future operations is because, the day after I had surgery I had to go back to get my first post op lymphatic drainage massage. The lady that was doing the massage was extremely rude to me & saying that we need to hurry up because she had other clients. Mind you I had just walked in the room & she was taking off my faja & remember this is the day after I had surgery. I was in an extreme amount of pain & she wanted me to rush & lay down on the table when I could barely move. Definitely not an experience I would recommend to any of my family members. I didn't know Dr. Arronte until the day of my surgery I paid for a Lipo 360 with Jplasma. I met the doctor the day of the surgery for marking and he explained to me step by step what he had planned. I asked about the Jplasma which he promised it will help with the surgery results. When my surgery was over they asked me to come back the next day to a checkup i returned the next day I only saw the nurse and I never saw the doctor again. When I asked the nurse if I had to return three months later to see the results, she told me no, but if I wanted I could specify that for See if the doctor could see me. I took care of myself, I followed everything exactly as the nurses explained to me and I was not happy with my results. Julio Arronte did a breast augmentation and destroyed me. He said I would have a lollipop scar and woke up with full anchor. The implant didn't arrive so I had to settle for what was available (smaller) as they refused to reschedule the surgery. My implant is not in place and can easily travel as high up as my clavicle. He offered to fix it for $1000 as he can't waive ANESTHISIA fee. I don't trust him and I'm lucky to be alive. Also what they don't tell you is after surgery they roll you out the back door literally in between dumpsters that has no wheelchair ramp and through grass to get into the car. Also I formed keloids and on my follow up he wanted to inject a chemical to dissolve the keloid he bent the needle pulling out the medication of its vial and so he wouldn't lose any product he actually injected me with a bent needle. Lastly I picked this doctor because a friend came out really good so I didn't do research but after being botched I did and he's not a FACS plastic surgeon he's an MD medical doctor and an OBGYN which is how he's considered a surgeon as OBGYN do preform surgeries but he speciality is NOT plastics he's a freaking OBGYN Wtf???? They will steal your money, first they make your have an evaluation where for simple procedures they will say you need double the product and that is because they are stealing product from you. They will have the procedure done in a room where they have the table behind you and make your think they are injecting you all the product and they are not. The quality of the product they do give you its poor and doesn't last. The deformed my lips and asked me to wait 2 weeks while they would receive a product to disolver the bumps they left. I have to go to a quality Doctor to read-do my lips and now they do not want to credit anything back they will say you signed a document any that they are not liable, however for all those ppl that have experienced the same as me contact the Better Business Bureau. The best experience ever. Let me start by saying the 1st thing you notice about the place is the wonderful smell, it literally smells so good in there! The decor was so clean looking, white and gold. Honestly I felt like I was in a palace lol. The staff was so nice, and I don't mean just the receptionist, no, everyone in there was so nice and so beautiful. My doctor was supposed to be doctor Torres however Dr. Gonzales performed my procedure and I am overly pleased with his craftsmanship lol. Hands of a God! The nurse anesthetist was so, so gentle with me, she really helped kick my last bit of nerves before I went into the operating room. This was my first time in Miami, I traveled alone and I speak little to no Spanish but, even with all that plaguing my mind I never once felt unsafe, unwanted or felt like I was doing bad business. Frightening place. When I arrived for my appointment there were staff members running around, and I sensed a general feeling of chaos. After a few minutes, a woman came to the front desk and proceeded to try and locate my appointment, which apparently did not exist. She handed me some patient forms to fill out.I noticed that there were only 2 pages; very short compared to other cosmetic medical practices I have visited. Before I even finished filling out the forms, the woman who was supposed perform my procedure introduced herself and escorted me to a treatment room.Her manner was abrupt and unprofessional. She took the forms away and told me not to worry about finishing them. I strongly recommend that you stay away from this clinic. I did a procedure there that did not work properly so I called your clinic back a few days later asking to talk to a doctor. I needed to ask her how to treat the problem. I speak a little bit of spanish but not fluently. The person that picks up the phone does not speak absolutely no english and she refuses to put a english speaking person on the line. With my limited spanish I explained to her the situation and she said she would call me back soon but never did. I called again she hung up on me. Then I called again and she said the doctor wasn't there but would call me back by the EOD. Nobody ever called me back. Then she said that the Doctor would only be there on Fridays from now on (and that was a Tuesday) and would call me then. Needless to say she never did so I called again and the lady said that she would actually only be there on Tuesdays and that the doctor doesn't have time to talk to patients on the phone. Then on the next Tuesday I called again she said they changed the doctor and this one is only there on Monday! Please note that all these times that I called she said there was nobody there that could speak english, that her manager wasn't there either and that she didn't know when the manager would be around. So I asked her to just give me the details about the procedure (what product, amount, etc.) so I could go see another doctor that can solve my problem. She sad she doesn't know how to look at the file, only the doctor (that's never there) can give me that info.
