El proceso de pre-op fue bueno. Me dieron toda la información que solicité y respondieron todas mis preguntas. Reservé mi cirugía aprox 4 meses antes. Hubo algunos exámenes que decidí hacerme en Miami (yo viajé desde California). Solo 1 de los exámenes me mandaron a hacerlo en un lugar diferente, pero no tuve ningún problema con eso. Enero 8: me pidieron que llegara a las 9 am, estuve allí todo el día, salí a las 4 pm . Seré honesta, fue cansado pero no me arrepiento. Ese día llené y firmé muchos documentos (completamente comprensible) creo que estuve más de 1 hora llenando documentos (cada cirugía implica más papeles por firmar). También conocí a mi doctor, respondió absolutamente todas mis preguntas, fue muy detallado en conocer exactamente los resultados que yo quería tener. Ví a mi doctor al rededor de 5 veces más cuando estaba en mis masajes post-op. Enero 9: me pidieron llegar a las 10 am, me pidieron guardar mi celular a la 1:30 pm, creo que la cirugía fue a las 3 pm (no puedo estar segura porque no tenía forma de saberlo), no sé a qué hora salí de cirugía pero desperté a las 6 pm aprox y me entregaron con mi acompañante a las 6:30 pm. Días posteriores... Pagué por 10 masajes, enero 10 recibí mi primer masaje, iba aterrada, muerta de miedo de pensar lo mucho que me dolería... para mi sorpresa, no fue tan terrible como lo imaginé. Ana, mi masajista, es la mejor! La amé cada día que me masajeaba. No puedo mentir, los masajes son un poco dolorosos, pero no es algo como para morirte del dolor (por lo menos no lo fue para mi). Recibí 1 masaje diario... Ana no solo hizo el masaje, ella ponía música para que me relajara, me hablaba, me contaba historias, nos reíamos juntas... fue 100% profesional, pero su agradable manera de ser me hizo sentir muy cómoda, tranquila y relajada. Después de cada masaje me sentía mucho mejor, y cada día que pasaba me iba sintiendo mejor. Extraño mucho a Ana, lastimosamente no pude encontrar a nadie en California que me hiciera masajes como ella Hoy es mi día 16 post-op. The office is suspect and the way they handle care and money is considered dirty. My procedure was canceled the day before operation after I flew in and made all arrangements and prepared to pay through -- cash, credit and financial (CareCredit). Dr. Valladares decided not to operate because of my kidney levels I suppose were below comfort of recovery -- yes I was disappointed since all my labs were complete a month prior and a week prior before arriving and taking time off. But that's not the worst part. They took $200 cash for "prescriptions" in the office without a form of receipt and I asked about it and they said I'd receive the prescriptions day of surgery but I never received the procedure. Originally they said 3,700 but since I needed to use Care Credit they changed the price to 4,800 and charged Care Credit and my credit card the day before surgery even though the surgery never happened. I called about the refund and I was told to call Care credit and dispute the transaction. Really? That's how they handle refunds. I was supposed to call the finance company and claim I never had the procedure and they were supposed to believe me. Well I did that and filed a dispute. I called Vixen for refund on my credit card and the cash I paid for prescriptions and I have not been able to reach them since. I researched to see if this is normal practice and no! This is highly suspicious, and I should have not been charged till after the procedure. This has been so stressful, so hard on me financially and emotionally. I will continue to reach out, so whatever it takes to get my money back and let others know of how this was handled. Another lady had used Vixen as well with a different surgeon. She is convinced she is "botched" and they have "ghost surgeons" practicing along with the expected surgeon. I initially contacted Vixen Plastic Surgery seeking a consultation for Liposuction 360 combined with Gynecomastia. After discussing my goals and concerns with Melissa, it was recommended that I proceed with a BBL procedure, which included the removal of 4 liters of fat from the abdomen, sides, and back, with transfer to the buttocks and hips. This recommendation was made due to the limitation that only 1 liter of fat could be removed if a combined procedure were performed which was the Liposuction360 + Gynecomastia. During this consultation, I specifically requested Dr. Triggs as my surgeon. I was reassured that I would be in excellent hands and informed that while the practice has experience working with male patients, many choose not to be featured publicly. I explicitly shared that I would be comfortable being photographed and used for marketing purposes, as I have no shame or hesitation regarding the procedure. Melissa subsequently provided pricing details for several surgeons, including a quote of $4,500 for Dr. Triggs. At no point during this consultation, or in any prior communication, was I informed that an additional fee would apply based on my gender. This evening, I received a text message advising that my quote for Dr. Triggs would increase by $1,000 due to an "extra male associated fee." I was taken aback by this information, as it had never been disclosed previously. When I requested clarification, I was informed that the upcharge was due to the complexity of male anatomy and the potential for extended operative time. To be candid, this explanation does not resolve my concern. The lack of upfront disclosure, combined with the fact that this fee does not appear to be applied consistently across all surgeons at Vixen Plastic Surgery, is troubling. The sudden nature of this increase and the manner in which it was communicated give the appearance of inconsistency and, unfortunately, potential discrimination. This experience reinforces a broader concern discussed during my initial consultation, which is the hesitation many men feel when inquiring about cosmetic procedures due to stigma, judgment, or unequal treatment. Situations such as this only further that concern, as men may feel overcharged, discouraged, or treated differently when seeking the same services as those of a different anatomy. While I appreciate the time and information provided by the team, I will seek another practice that aligns more closely with my expectations of transparency, consistency, and inclusivity. I scheduled a consult with Vixen Plastic Surgery for Lipo 360 and hip dip correction. I decided to finance my surgery since my kids were going back to school. I put down my deposit and booked surgery for August 12th. Two weeks before surgery, I was told they no longer accepted my financing company meaning I now had to pay in cash. Frustrating, but I managed to come up with the money. I got my pre-op clearance, labs, and EKG done on July 22nd. My EKG has shown a right bundle branch block (RBBB) since I was a child, and my doctor cleared me without concern. On August 5th less than a week before my surgery I was suddenly told they hadn't received "cardiac clearance" and that I also needed an echocardiogram. No one had mentioned this earlier. I explained that my PCP had already cleared me, and that I work in the medical field and understand my EKG is fine. Their reasoning was that the EKG machine read "consider inferior infarct" something that can happen with an RBBB but again, my PCP had no concerns. With less than a week's notice, there was no way to get a referral, cardiology appointment, and echocardiogram done on time. I told them to cancel my surgery. To make matters worse, they still called me the day before for pre-op, and offered to do an echocardiogram in Miami out-of-pocket, of course which I declined. I ended up taking my trip to Miami, but without the surgery I had planned for months. This whole process felt disorganized and last-minute, and left me very disappointed. read more

Working with an out-of-state Plastic surgery company is difficult in its own however, I had a great coordinator that listened to what I had to say responded provided me everything that I needed to provide me calm me down when I was stressing out however, the communication is very hard for the simple factors. I had one Coordinater with me throughout the whole time and she was awesome. I think her name was Vanessa, but I'm not sure or Amanda maybe lol however then another Coordinater called me and then another Coordinater called me and the only problem with that was they don't talk amongst each other however, the coordinator that I had she was great and unfortunately, I didn't get to do my Plastic surgery because they're very vigilant about your health and they found something in my EKG, which set alarm for my regular doctor to help me see a cardiologist and found out that my heart probably wouldn't make it through surgery so I give them a Maybe because working with an out of state. I'm in California. They're in Miami, is hard enough. It appears that they do great work and I give them 10 stars for making sure that I was healthy enough to go through surgery and come to find out I wasn't but when I'm up and running, I will have my surgery done by then I trust them now and you should too thank you Vixen Plastic surgery for making sure my quality of life was recognized and it was recognized by Dr. Triggs so thank you. The receptionists were stand-off ish and basically ordered delivery all day. The inside staff were very kind and helpful. My surgeon was dr.cannon. He was very sweet and had a calming presence. He made me feel safe and comfortable. The girls in post-op were amazing, and my masseuse Anna for my lymphatic drainage massage made me feel amazing, have great advice, and was so easy to talk to. I had lipo 360 and a BBL in January with Dr. Triggs. I am in my first full month and it looks like one side is bigger then the other and my lipo results are a little off because I apparently have an adhesion on my left side (prior to surgery) which is now more noticeable. I'm still healing so we will see. But with the Faja on I look amazing. I think the best thing about my experience is that Dr. Triggs is a handsome man and he was very honest to me about the pain. As for the office staff, they are some TRASH!!!!!!! THAT IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! I noticed many discrepancies in the office but, I was trying not to be critical since I'm a nurse and basically do the same thing. Many of the medical assistants call of text you for the same thing, they don't know what labs should be repeated if you have low iron (because it's not all of them regardless of how many days out. I won't develop sickle cell if I don't have it now.), the massage person is not practicing aseptic technique (didn't wipe down the items and the table before each patient. I didn't see her wash her hands when she took off her gloves either, and they don't knock when you are getting a massage and you are fully naked. No professionalism what so ever. If I didn't give my money to hold the surgery I would have never gone through with the experience because of the office staff. I went to vixen in January for Lipo 360 with Dr. Cannon. I had concerns immediately after my surgery but was told to "trust the process "and if I still had concerns, I could contact them after six months for them to consider a revision. After six months I contacted them and was told to send in photos. I sent in photos and was not contacted again. I started contacting them every day after about a month I got a response where I was told they do not do revisions. They then tried to sell me a round two where I would have to pay out of pocket the entire service. With no discount. Then tried lie and say Dr Cannon recommended a round 2 and when I asked when did they ask him that since they claimed to not receive my email she changed her story. Then When I reiterated that I was previously told I'd be considered for revision she hung up on me. At this point, I am pursuing legal action. I recommend all dolls to go to your bank and show them before and after pictures and if you look botched or doesn't look like you had work done dispute through your bank because going through vixen will be a headache. Dispute then civil sue. Everything about this location could improve including their services. They have a strong social media presence, which is very misleading for the actual experience you receive. All of their office staff is rude . They do not care about their customers as soon as you pay, you are nonexistent. They do not check up on you after your service and will tell you if you have any issues to wait six months and they will consider a revision then when you call back, they will tell you they do not do that. This whole experience has being mentally and physically taxing. I do not recommend coming here. Also the doctors are supposed to do a certain amount of client a day by law & vixens doctors do double that number. First I will say the results are bomb HOWEVER, if you are looking for good customer service and follow up care DO NOT GO HERE. I got a breast lift with implants along with a Bbl in Oct 2022. From the start, at the original consultation it went pretty smooth. Fast paced but smooth. My original consultant was a sweetheart and very responsive. After I paid my deposit and picked a date for surgery, I was passed to another coordinator who was the complete opposite. Very rude , took forever to respond, and whenever I would call her she would be very short and cut me off. Well, when I got to Miami I had to go get a breast ultrasound because they told me it was a requirement so they referred me to a facility in town. I paid out of pocket $100 for this. Well tell me why when I get to Vixen for my pre op , they were like "oh you're already cleared" . I was livid because I had just wasted time and money for nothing. Plus it also raised a red flag because how are they going to clear me for a breast procedure without seeing my ultrasound that was supposedly required ? But whatever , I was already there so let's just keep going right ? Anyway, I was in the waiting room which was PACKED by the way. There were a lot of ladies who had been waiting hours for their surgery. I Filled out a huge packet. Then I finally went in for my pre op . Met with Dr Shanklin quickly , I let him know what I wanted but it was very brief. Went to make my final payment. And that was that. Got scheduled for surgery the next morning. Morning of surgery was very quick, did some urine tests again, took my vitals and the doctor came in to mark me up. The anesthesiologist took me in to the room and started my anesthesia (which hurt and burned so bad but I was out in a few seconds) When I woke up , I was totally out of it . A lady just woke me up and kept telling me it was time to go and pushed me out to the car in a wheelchair. I didn't even get to fully wake up and I was already being kicked out. They gave me a bunch of prescriptions which was kind of annoying because they didn't tell me what they were or which ones I actually needed. My man ended up going to the pharmacy for me and paid $300 for all these meds which turned out I didn't even need. There was only like 2 things I actually needed. So that was another waste of money. When I went back the following day for my post op massages, my massage girl was great however , Dr Shanklin never came in to do a post op follow up . I was there the following 3 days for massages and he never came not even once. I never saw any of the other doctors in the post op side either so all these videos they post with girls post op , that's a straight lie , they only do that for show with the girls who want to be recorded and featured on social media. There was a nurse who came in once just to take pictures of me and that was it. The massage girl noticed that one of my breasts was alot higher and I let her know that it hurt ALOT but she told me it's normal and both should come down. So I booked lipo bbl with Dr cliff cannon. I explained I have lost 100 pounds and have very lose skin. I've talked to many massage therapists and professionals and realized I have skin. Not fat for BBL. So instead I decided to do a back lift and arm lift. Called 2 weeks ago and was told destinee would get back to me on a sister clinic you guys work with I could keep me deposit. Ok no problem. No call for 2 days. Then I call back they said wait again someone will call. Nothing. Then I called waited almost 50 minutes to get your email. First time I called a few months ago I waited 2 hour 36 minutes. Wish I screen shot it but it was on my old phone. I find this more then ridiculous. Why would I want to go to a clinic that can't call me back or I can only call on a day off because I have to wait so long ? Doesn't make me feel at all comfortable coming there for surgery. Dr Triggs told me I would be receiving an anchor lift with soft touch implants, I asked him multiple times- will I need the anchor lift? he says yes to get the best result. I wake up with a lollipop lift that gives less of a perky result with responsive (cheaper) implants. Please may I have an explanation of why there was deviation from the plan we discussed for my surgery? If there was good reasoning for this I would not be upset, I just feel I was completely blind sided. I had went into consultation asking for 350cc, he said the highest he would go is 295cc which I was disappointed, but I thought if he's a dr he must know best. He gave me 335cc on my left, 265 on my right in effort to balance asymmetry. Another deviation from what he stated, I thought I couldn't go bigger than 295? I wish he put at least 295 in my right, as I told him I wanted to go big & now the left one looks bigger & has more upper pole volume since he put 70cc more there. I can already tell my areolas are not as high as they should be, currently they are pointing slightly downward. I think this shows an anchor lift would've been the best option for the perky look I requested & communicated to Dr triggs. I see better results from the same procedure as mine performed by different surgeons in the same price range. I worry I made a mistake in my choice. I wish he had prioritized clear communication with me. I know a lollipop is less scarring but I hope it wasn't at the expense of my results. Now I'm only a month post op worrying if I will need a revision, implant exchange / another lift in the near future. If this is resolved I am open to updating my review. I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the recent events surrounding my refund and the unauthorized charges made by Vixen Plastic Surgery. On February 8, 2024, I was promised by Vixen Plastic Surgery manager, Isabel Chirinos, a refund for 2370.00 which has not been received to this date. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover a $1500 cancellation fee charged by Vixen for a surgery that was never canceled. This fee was deducted without any prior notification or legitimate reason, especially as there is no mention of any cancellation fee in the contract I signed with Vixen Plastic Surgery. I'll give 4 stars for now as I have not yet visited the office. The communication with my coordinator here wasn't bad, but it could be better coming from someone who works in plastic and is also a patient coordinator. I feel like the consultation can be a bit better; I think they have a lot of room for improvement. I am scheduled for surgery in February with Dr. Shanklin. Some of the reviews make me a bit nervous; however, once I go in for my preop and have surgery, I will update my review on how I feel about the doctors' bedside manner and overall flow of the office and in-person communication. i'm also a bit confused with if they are in conjunction with 305 plastic surgery that has terrible reviews. VIXEN PLASTIC SURGERY WAS TERRIBLE!! This is going to be a long review. My title is interesting because from the time I inquired till the morning of surgery I was pretty satisfied with Vixen. Communication was pretty good, but only because I am used to hounding people for answers. So I had the time and energy to text, double text and even call if I needed an answer ASAP. Pre-op was fine. You do all the typical things. There was some run around with paperwork but nothing I couldn't handle. Day of surgery was ok in the beginning. They told us to be there at 7:30am. The staff did not get the memo because there were a few of us waiting on them as they were waltzing in as if we were late. I guess I was the first girl to go through surgery because I was called back immediately. They were nice, I guess. Dr. Shanklin definitely wasn't the super sweet, huggy, "everyone's friend" surgeon that everybody talked about. He was quiet and somewhat cold. However, everyone is saying that these surgeons tend to be socially awkward, which is fine. I thought it was weird because I am a very sweet and kind person so to hear about everyone saying that he was super nice to them but he was somewhat cold to me is a little disconcerting. I was more concerned about the medical side of things. Because I had to be cleared by a cardiologist, I wanted to know what was protocol if anything happens to me. I am a learner, and I feel more comfortable if someone tells me the educational side of things. He seemed slightly annoyed that I was asking. So definitely deducted points for that. What made me a little happy with him is my lipo is pretty good and he called my mother after surgery. The Anesthesiologist was cool. He reassured me that they are constantly tracking things. He worked pretty fast and I was out. I HAD JUST LIPO 360 AND CHIN LIPO HERE IS WHERE I WANT VIXEN TO BE SHUT DOWN I woke up in immense pain and was very disoriented. So naturally I was yelling in pain because I did not know what was going on. Those bitches for nurses yelled at me constantly to BE QUIET because I was scaring the other patients! They did not come over and try to soothe me to make me quiet. They were constantly yelling at me. They called my surgery transportation and LIED to her that they gave me medication or whatever for the pain, which they DID NOT! Of Course they got me out of there quickly, and the lady who rolled me down to my caretaker did not speak English so she could not communicate with my caretaker about my pain and whatever else. My post op appointment was just some bullshit massage. They reopened my incisions which hurt like hell and I almost passed out. When they saw I was about to pass out the massage lady called a bunch of ladies and they came in and shocked me awake with cold napkins or whatever. I was done and I immediately got out of there. I had a second massage appointment for today but ignored the hell out of them. VIXEN WAS A HELL HOLE! These people need to learn how to have empathy and understanding for their patients. I have been following Vixen for about 3 years now. I've been back and forth about booking because this is my body we are talking about here. but after watching and researching, this is the place I want to do my body. I booked with Dr. Valladeres for a BBL and TT combo for the beginning of next year. While it was a tough decision, as all the doctors here catch my eye, Valladeres had something that drew me in for him to do my surgery. The coordinators have been WONDERFUL. vixen office only cares about money, they don't care about their customers. if you sign a contract and don't end up getting the surgery.. say good bye to ur money cause they won't refund you or credit you. truly sucks because they have some good doctors at vixen surgery but the team, staff and how they run this shithole is not worth it. The billing department is very unprofessional & are scammers.g Once you paid & got surgery they don't care anymore. I think her name is Annie. I have it all in text messages my price was suppose to be 4900$ But because I added lipo arm it went up to 5500. Minus 250$ off from the clinic. This was all discussed & done about 4 months ago. The day of my surgery me & dr decided we are not doing arm lipo anymore. Just regular bbl & 360 lipo. Annie ( billing girl ) refused to give me my 350 credit or refund. Why would you guys take someone's money when The arm lipo was not done!!!! I'm so confused, they really don't care after you get your surgery & paid. No excuse to take my extra 350 when I didn't get arm Lipo done. Very unprofessional for billing & coordinator part. She try to say " you already signed the contract & got surgery!" Yes I did but all these papers were signed prior to meeting with doctor cannon. & the arm lipo was taken out the day off surgery when dr was marking me up already! Vixen team is very rude, unprofessional & are scammers. I paid for upper back lipo along with my bbl, Vixen plastic surgery refuses to acknowledge my concerns. When I am finally able to speak with someone (I have to call from different number because they won't answer my calls from my phone) all they say is send pictures the Dr will look at it. Well it's been since January/February and the Dr.Triggs is still "reviewing" my pictures. Today is April and still no call from them but he's making videos almost weekly promoting his work. Don't get me wrong, he did an amazing job on my bbl, my upper back wasn't done (I paid an additional $750) and no one will speak to me regarding my issue I've been having since January/February. If I am able to speak with someone all I hear is send pictures to this number (which I've done multiple times) and they never respond at this point I'm ready to file a lawsuit against them. The communication was excellent prior to my procedure and now that it's done and I have this issue they won't answer my calls ( I called from my cell phone I was on hold for 50 minutes before hanging up, I called from my son phone and someone answers after 10 min and then the receptionist ask for my number because the one I called from didn't show my account) and that was the e last time I was able to speak with them them at was a few weeks ago. At this point I may just file a small claim lawsuit it's obvious the surgery wasn't done even my massage therapist stated my skin (upper back) didn't feel like it was lipo'd read more

This place is complete scam !!! I'm begging anybody please don't waste your deposit or time .. please he staff there are horrible they continuously harass you for a deposit after that the coordinator blocked me for very been through five coordinators APL they do is lie and apologize for the last incompetent coordinator , I've received confirmation by a manger telling me I would no longer experience lack of customer service that was a lie ! The surgeon Dr. Vallades is full of Shìt !!! He had me get blood work from my primary doctor and a ekg he said my ekg was abnormal , my primary doctor said it was fine ! I went the next step and saw a respected cardiologist I received another ekg and echo cardio gram and was cleared not to mention I also got a chest X -ray I was cleared .. days later I was told I have to get cleared with a hematologist and get cleared on the factors of blood , , I was cleared this place told me that will be the last of my testing for me to be clears for surgery I sent in my results from the hematologist, now they asking me for something else I have no clue what else this place want confirmation from God himself ! They don't communicate with one another I was told by Nicole a coordinator and he I've who blocked me on har my balance was 3,050 I was told that over and over now here it is four days before surgery age they changed the balance out of nowhere , I inquired about why did my balance charge out of nowhere they changed up the burial pricing and then told me my coordinator gave me wrong info don't play with these people they are horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!! With a capital H !!!!! They seem skilled and trained in stealing your deposit then giving you the run around they make your surgical journey a nightmare most clinics give you a order form requesting all test they need for you to take initially not this place they tell you word of mouth to make you run around like a an anxious animal with no head !!!! This place is full of Shìt !!!! I'm reporting them to all the news stations and police , the board of surgeons and whoever else I tried reaching out to the doctor he wanted nothing to do with it was even mention to him the bad reviews he said people are lying !
