I had to send it back House soup - yummy Toong tong - pretty presentation and nice crisp but too much onions and didn't care for the sour flavor. Fried tofu - yummy and great crisp Sweet and sour sauce for the 2 appetizers was so bland. Barely had any flavor. Pad c-ew - not the correct noodles. Really good! My go-to dishes are the Red Gang Dang Curry and the Drunken Noodles. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are kind. My only complaint is the spice levels are not always consistent. Don't let the location/Exterior fool you. It had a really nice interior and a nice exterior courtyard seating (where we sat) in a shopping center. We were told they were shorthanded and the service would be a little slower if we sat outside, but it was not slow and the server did a great job covering both inside and outside. We really liked the two Phad dishes. My kids didn't like the fried rice because it did not have the "pink sauce" you'd get at hibachi but the rice was good also. I've had some better Thai Restaurants outside of Mississippi, but I haven't tried many Thai places in the area. I'd give this a solid 4* for service, portions, price, and flavor. read more

I have dined here twice and this is a combination rating for both. The first time we nearly had the restaurant to ourselves and the service and food were excellent although pricey. The second visit we decided to treat ourselves for our Anniversary, after 30+ years we deserve a nice treat. But this visit was anything but a treat. We were very disappointed when our chicken satay appetizer came out with only 2 skewers of chicken, literally a tender on each. And the meat was so dry we had to dredge every bite into sauce to get it down. We ordered our entrees, mine being seafood, after all it's supposed to be a celebration. Hubby likes spice and I don't. But both came out tasting the same spice level and all the seafood on my plate was horribly overcooked. It took me 20 minutes to wave down the other (not our) server to relay that my dish was not right. Another 20 minutes to wave down our server to report again that my dish was not right. And another 25 minutes to receive a replacement. In all we spent nearly two hours at the restaurant watching people come and go and I got to watch my husband eat his meal while I couldn't. We seriously overpaid for the food we were served and I doubt we will be back anytime soon. Happy Anniversary to us! Definitely not celebrating here next year. read more

When it is obvious that the diners have finished dining, leaving us time to visit over drinks, or whatever. My first time here but I have always heard wonderful things about the place. Walking in, I realized it is a nice spot for a cozy date night. The atmosphere was very zen to me and there was a sense of intimacy. And that was during lunch lol. Seated promptly. Service was very accommodating and friendly. Our first time here but not our last. My husband had green curry with chicken. Some of the best we've ever had. The chicken was a tad on the dry side but nice cuts and the amazing curry sauce made up for it. I didn't enjoy mine at all. It was underwhelming and wasn't at all what I was expecting. I couldn't locate a photo on yelp or TA before ordering. I'm posting a pic for all the folks out there wondering. I had volcano shrimp. I expected tempura batter but had a super thick Panko batter. The shrimp were quality but you couldn't taste them until you removed some of the heavy coating. You can choose between a chili sauce or a peanut sauce. I chose chili and imagined a sweet and spicy chili SAUCE. I got piles of a chili type relish or chutney. Tasty but I had to use a fork to put a mound in each bite. I did get a choice of soup or salad with my house dish and I chose the meat and vegetable soup. So much depth of flavor in the broth. Really good. Our server was pleasant and didn't hover. Really good! Went here for Mother's Day, and had an amazing supper! Our waitress was so sweet! The interior is very pretty, and clean. The Half Thai Half Regular Cream Tea was really good. The food was so delicious I loved it! I got Phad Thai which was very good! It wasn't spicy because you can choose the level of spice you get. I chose one, I think I should've gone two because I ate all the dried red pepper of the side and it tasted sweet to me, but that may not be the same to everyone. The Spring Rolls are so good! Let me start by saying that Thai food is my favorite cuisine. I've eaten at Thai time, Thai tasty, Fusion, etc. When this place opened, I was super excited. Nice decor, clean establishment, welcoming staff was my first impression. Then I got the food. Red curry, drunken noodles, and pineapple fried rice. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The curry had richness and so much flavor. Noodles were splendid. And the pineapple fried rice...don't even get me started. Best presentation and and taste ever. And this has beaten my prior favorite restaurant in California. Only thing is, I'm a vegetarian. I've had 3 instances when the food ends up with the meat. One day I did carry out after a long day at work and was stoked to eat my pineapple fried rice. Well, got home only to find ham in it. I was very upset as I was looking forward to it all day. I have tried the Jutamas in two locations. Both were flavorful with friendly staff. The interior design could be updated a little but who cares about that when you are distracted with drunk noodles and some of the best curry I've tried. Don't sleep on the Thai tea either. The only dish I wasn't just super impressed with was the pad thai. The chicken was a little tough and it was kinda too sweet. (That could be because I chickened out on getting spicy because it was my first time there. So I'm conflicted on the star rating here I want to give the food a 5 star rating but the service a 2 & I will explain why. The service here is severely lacking... but the food is delicious & beautifully presented. When we arrived we told them we were a party of 3, & my husband stepped outside to smoke so my daughter & I were seated with only 2 menus... the hostess had already disappeared so I had to get up & get another menu from the hostess stand myself. Then we noticed we had one place setting... one spoon one fork one napkin, but 3 appetizer plates & 4 water glasses. Next we were left to sit for approximately 15 minutes, they came & took the drink order, and of course we got appetizers. The tea came out quickly as did our daughters food. But the appetizers & the person taking the dinner order took quite a bit longer. It's worth notice there were 3 other parties there one party of 4, a large party of 8 & another party of 4, however they were already seated & well into their dinner service when we arrived. Yes there were only 2 waitstaff but again those tables were already in service. So fast fwd 25 minutes our appetizers finally arrived (they were delicious & beautifully plated) and our food order was placed. We asked for our place settings at this time as our waitstaff was inattentive, and still hadn't noticed that we didn't have proper place settings. We were never given or offered water (we had ordered hot tea) and after 30 min our meals arrived again plated beautifully & delicious. But by this time if I'm being honest We were tired & frustrated so We weren't able to truly enjoy our meal. read more
