While in Ridgeland on business this Friday evening, a colleague recommended we visit Pho Huong, and it proved to be a thoroughly satisfying outing. Arrival was entirely effortless, with ample and convenient parking right outside the establishment. Stepping inside, the interior is modest rather than lavish while I do see room for a few aesthetic refinements in the decor, the venue is impeccably clean and exceptionally well-maintained, which I appreciate immensely. The service was wonderfully warm and attentive throughout our visit. Upon our server's gracious suggestion, I opted for an iced coffee to begin, which was brilliantly crafted, smooth, and served as the ideal Friday evening pick-me-up. For my main course, I selected the vermicelli noodles, while my colleague ordered the pho. When our dishes arrived, they were an absolute triumph extraordinarily fresh, piping hot, and rich with delightful, perfectly balanced flavors! While the ambiance is understated, the spotless environment, endearing hospitality, and utterly delicious cuisine make this spot a solid four-star experience. A very satisfying meal overall I shall certainly be returning when business brings me back to the area read more

Pho Huong - Our dinner Vermicelli noodle, Pho & Ice coffee - Vietnamese Near Me - Ridgeland, Mississippi

Great food! Great people - you can tell they care about serving good food! Nice, cozy atmosphere! Always enjoy eating here.

Pho broth did not have the flavor of authentic pho. Chicken was tough, pieces too big, no option for dark meat.

Pho Huong feels like the kind of place that's built on care, not trends. From the moment you walk in, there's a welcoming, family-run warmth that makes you feel less like a customer and more like a guest being fed something meaningful. The food reflects that same attention. The spring rolls were fresh, crisp, and beautifully balanced, packed with clean flavors and paired with a sauce that actually complements instead of overpowering. They're the kind of appetizer you finish too fast and immediately wish you'd ordered another plate. The pho is where Pho Huong really shows its heart. The broth is clear, fragrant, and deeply satisfying without being heavy. Everything tastes fresh, from the herbs to the proteins, and the bowl feels thoughtfully assembled rather than rushed. It's comforting, flavorful, and exactly what you want pho to be. What stands out most is the consistency and care. You can tell the ingredients matter here, and that pride carries through every dish. Pho Huong isn't just a place to eat, it's a place to return to. If you're looking for honest, comforting food made with intention, this spot is well worth your time. read more

I am still craving their Korean short ribs! Service was great this isn't 5 stars dining it is just good original food in a family owned restaurant. Known for their King Cakes in the bakery along with banh mi sandwich. This is a must try! The atmosphere is ok the food is the star. read more

Our server was very quick and nice. We had the beef pho with eye round steak and brisket/meatballs (#3 and 8). The broth was delicious! We also had the fried egg rolls (#9) that were great as well. Very nice ambient music played while we dined. Definitely will be back! read more

I loved it amazing food, eclectic atmosphere fast service! Great for lunch by yourself or with a whole room full of friends read more

I had a chicken hot pot & my husband had the vermicelli noodles with pork. Both were excellent. Our only complaint is that with a 20% tip that lunch (with waters to drink) was $63. I don't mind paying for quality food, but over $30 per person seems really pricey. Just a warning if you are looking for a more affordable lunch. read more

This place was great when it first open. Over time, the quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. I know that they will be out of herbs for the pho sometimes so I asked the waiter, whom isn't much help, if they were out of anything. All he said was bean sprouts. I said oh well and ordered anyway. The pho came out with a tiny portion of lime, Thai basil, and thinly sliced cabbage (for some reason). Tiny portion and no cilantro! I was still charged full price. I've finally learned my lesson. I hate that Saigon closed! read more

Pho Huong - Mediocre Pho with tiny herb portion - Vietnamese Near Me - Ridgeland, Mississippi

For appetizer my wife and I had the double shrimp, beef and basil roll with a special sauce. For our main course she had a small Pho Tom (Shrimp) and I had a large Pho Tom. It comes with a side of Thai basil, bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapeños and lime. Yum! I also add some Hoisin sauce and Sriracha hot chili sauce. We had unsweetened tea with a splash of sweet tea. Service was great as always. They also have pleasant piano music playing in the background. Self seating. They also have a drive-thru and a lot of to go business. We come here anytime we on in town read more

I've had the pleasure of eating here twice so far. The first time I got the special soup and it was tasty but the noodles were hard to handle with chopsticks. So the second time I got the beef pho and it was perfect. Both times I opened with egg roles and they are fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. I also tried one of the specialty drinks, which was delicious. One thing that I like about this place is that they accept both Cashapp and Venmo as forms of payment, and I found that quite convenient for me. I've never had to wait on a table and parking was easy. I definitely plan to eat here again. read more

Very nutritious food. Noodles, spring rolls and fried egg rolls are what I usually eat here and the spring rolls with peanut sauce are the best here! read more

God I hate this place. The food is great. Service couldn't be worse. I don't want to get all into it but it checks all the wrong boxes. Sometimes they'll have music playing which is great. Sometimes they don't and it's very weird. read more

I just left there restaurant. Employees in the front don't really communicate with their customers. I ordered a beef pho bowl small. Once received I had a taste of it and I wasn't satisfied. I didn't eat no more after that. When it was time to pay I asked could I send it back it looked barely touched. So I went ahead and paid 23 for a meal I didn't eat. Overall, wasn't pleased with the workers or the food. I will not be going back. read more

My husband suggested we eat here. It's been a while since we had pho last...at least 3+ years. For the first time ever I saw tripe with my own eyes. It's as disgusting in person as in my mind. He ordered the bowl with all the protein options except tofu. It's not a fish. It's strips of a cows stomach muscle. I ordered a small, simple brisket pho. It was so much food I barely was able to finish it. I dress mine with as much cilantro as they bring out on the condiments plate. The noodles were amazing. Next time I won't add a protein, just get the noodles, broth, and condiments. We also tried the fresh spring rolls. It has shrimp and either pork or beef, noodles, and cilantro wrapped in a clear wrapper. The peanut sauce that is served with it was epic. Now for the reasons I didn't give it 5 stars. It's very loud inside the restaurant with customers, the blender, and all the other kitchen sounds. The service was lacking too. We didn't know it was seat yourself until someone came through taking another table's order. The appetizer came out quickly, but the entree did not. No one came to refill our drinks, and we had to flag a server down for a to-go container and the check. Overall good food, but the service was lousy. Update- The practice may be that the ticket is available at the main counter, and you pay there. read more

Pho Huong - Small Brisket pho - Vietnamese Near Me - Ridgeland, Mississippi

Been to Pho Houng numerous times. Today was unlike any other day. Ordered egg rolls and pho with shrimp and brisket. The egg rolls had a weird smell to them. Told the server about the issue. The owners wife I believe said nothing is wrong the egg rolls. The egg rolls were burnt also tasted old!! Also stated she is not exchanging anything. We blew that off until she's by the register complaining about us. Mind you it's only 2 of us. My wife continues to eat her pho. Which was good actually. We're sitting there talking with each other. The owners wife comes up to our table and says "I know yall can't afford it, I'll pay for it!" I said excuse me!! From this point on I'm furious!! You chose your words carefully operating a business. Will never step foot in the business again!! read more

I like a good pho soup for lunch. Especially when the weather is starting to get colder. What makes it good for me is the flavor and richness of the broth. I tried their white meat chicken and wasn't disappointed. And some fried spring rolls to get me started. Vietnamese family run and very traditional. A place well worth finding. read more

Food is great, but way overpriced. I can't believe they are selling a dish with 2 pieces chicken thighs and an egg for $20.

Poor presentation if that matters. It was just thrown on there. Poor service. They were short handed which is understandable so I knew there would be a wait. It's morning the feeling welcomed. Our server asked what we want to drink like we bothered him. Then the skinny viet boy brings out our food. Just dropping it on the table. No one checked up on us. They brought out my husband's food first . Told him to go ahead and start cause I assumed mine was coming right after. NOPE! They started serving other tables their food. So I had to wait 15 minutes after he got his food to get mine. Thank god I observed the place cause I would have waited forever to get my check. You have to go up and pay. The same viet guy was at the register. We went up to pay and he just wasn't friendly and seemed like he hated his life. Not a "how was everything?" "Was it good?", no small talks. It was just awkward. Not going back. Shitty environment. read more

Pho Huong - House special combo rice plate - Vietnamese Near Me - Ridgeland, Mississippi

My first experience trying Pho and I was told this was the best place to try authentic Pho. Inside looked like your typical Asian eatery decoration and furniture wise. I wasn't expecting table service but ended up being glad they did have it as I was able to ask my server questions. I give her credit, if she didn't know the answer she always went to the back and asked in order to give me the correct information. I ordered the pho with shrimp and some fried egg rolls as an appetizer. The egg rolls had plenty of filling but the sauce lacked the flavor I would want with egg rolls. I was a little overwhelmed when they brought out the bowl of pho. However the owner Tiffany was so sweet and she came over to explain how to add the various herbs and condiments to personalize my pho. She checked on me often to see how I was doing as well. I enjoyed my first bowl of pho and the experience. Service here was great as well. Well worth the trip. Look forward to going back. read more

A colleague and I were out for a walk nearby to the restaurant and could smell the delicious pho broth wafting through the air so we stopped in! Large special bowl For $10.95 with all the meat options. Generous portion of noodles. Broth wasn't too bland or salty so it was good for my off the road pit stop. After 1st drink of the soup my head did hurt a little so I knew I shouldn't clean off my soup unless I want a msg coma. My palate is very sensitive to salt. Parking is minimal but the building is easy to find off the street. read more

We had been dining in this restaurant for several years now. The service and the food have always been satisfying and tasty. However, this one male server that works there has always been ill-mannered every time we eat here. In addition, this never writes down orders, and our food always comes out inaccurate. Although, we always provide great gratuity and never complain about the inaccuracies of our food. We had always tried our best to give him our orders but without resolution politely. Today, we had a new lady taking our orders and unfamiliar with the menu. The girl beckons for this server, which she calls Jose. Upon his arrival at our table, he immediately raises his voice towards us, stating, "You give the order to the lady." This was the last straw that set me off. I finally told him he was insolent and that I would not take his rudeness any longer. So, we got up, and I told the restaurant owner how rude this person was and left the restaurant. Long story short, THIS RESTAURANT IS OUT OF OUR DINING LIST. We will just have drive to the coast for a great noodle soup. read more

So this was my first time trying pho and it couldn't have been from a more perfect place. This was just what I needed coupled with the jasmine tea they offered to get over my MEAN hangover haha. You seat yourself inside the restaurant. The service was great and they were very swift about getting everything out. For starters we had the shrimp paper rolls. They were yummy! The pho topped it off for me though. The brisket was delicious. The broth was delicious. The rice noodles were delicious. They also have a lot of different bubble teas that looked yummy! I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others who are looking for some good pho and/ or to get over a hangover haha! read more

Pho Huong - Beef Brisket Pho - Vietnamese Near Me - Ridgeland, Mississippi

For what it is, the food really is expensive. I understand the cost of supplies is increasing, but dang. My family swung by because we were on our way home from a road trip, but we almost walked out because the one waiter didn't even bother greeting us. He was too busy chatting with a table of guests. He wasn't serving them or anything. Just chatting. It was a good two or three minutes of us just standing by the door before a young lady popped up from behind the counter to ask us how many are in our party. We asked for waters and one smoothie. The smoothie came out but no waters and it felt like we were being rushed to order something. The waiter seemed like he wanted nothing to do with my family and constantly tended to the one other party that had been there since we arrived. The food wasn't bad. I really liked the broth of my pho. I didn't go in the restrooms, but my family told me it was not pretty lol read more

I really enjoyed my bowl of pho from here, but I will say it's quite pricey for what you are getting. I've paid significantly less for a larger bowl of pho with more meat and noodles. I ate my entire large bowl of pho and I honestly think I should've gotten something else too because I just wasn't full. The taste was great though. read more

The entire building was quiet and peaceful. The workers were very respectful and kind. We tried to pronounce the names of the foods and failed spectacularly, and the waitress taught us how to say them properly (I hate butchering words, it feels rude). She was very kind and patient with us. The food was delicious! I ordered chicken springs rolls since I don't eat pork. The clear cover was really chewy! But the crisp lettuce inside made it ok. The chicken inside is NOT seasoned, fellow southerners. You have to dip it in the sauce it comes with or there's no flavor at all! I enjoyed the combination. I ordered the Shrimp Pho, my friends ordered seafood hot pot and another shrimp pho with egg rolls (the egg rolls have pork in them, heads up!) and I ordered an extra side of rice. There was so much food! Definitely worth the money! The hot pot looked so good, and had rice at the bottom. I tasted a scallop and it was as delicious as it looked. The house sauce is a savory sauce that went well with the dish. Overall, very satisfied!! read more

I would give them negative -5 stars if I could. They have no customer service, not to mention the place is dirty and food is not good. We were the first people there, they didn't even said hi or come to our table at all. 2 more groups came after us, they went straight to them with a menu and drinks and took their orders right away. More groups came in, they brought them drinks and menus. We over here , still has no one came. I had to go to the reception table, and tell them we're ready to order. When he did come to our table, he was rude about it and never bring our drinks, not to mention they never ask. We asked one server for our drinks, he shook his head and pointed to the other server. What kind of service is this? I'm surprised they still in business and surprise with their ratings. We always give 30% to 40% tip but not this time. Won't be back for sure! read more

We ordered takeout. 2 orders (2ea) Fresh Rolls and 1 large order eye round pho. The food was great, the fresh rolls with peanut sauce are outstanding! The pho was also good, the broth is great, and there are plenty of rice noodles, cilantro, basil, and jalapeños with a decent amount of sliced eye round. Would give it a 5 except for the price. $60+ with a modest tip is excessive for the food you get. read more

So my husband and I tried Pho Huong again. Pricing is still unreasonable. Our female server was appallingly rude, to the point I almost grabbed my husband and left. But, we stayed and tried to make the best of it. The server eventually was replaced with the manager. So things improved a bit. The food is still good, but over priced. We tried to give it another shot, due to our other place being closed for the day. Sad to say, but the terrible service and high prices will keep me away. read more
