I had a chicken hot pot & my husband had the vermicelli noodles with pork. Both were excellent. Our only complaint is that with a 20% tip that lunch (with waters to drink) was $63. This place was great when it first open. Over time, the quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. I know that they will be out of herbs for the pho sometimes so I asked the waiter, whom isn't much help, if they were out of anything. All he said was bean sprouts. I said oh well and ordered anyway. I've had the pleasure of eating here twice so far. The first time I got the special soup and it was tasty but the noodles were hard to handle with chopsticks. So the second time I got the beef pho and it was perfect. Both times I opened with egg roles and they are fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. I also tried one of the specialty drinks, which was delicious. One thing that I like about this place is that they accept both Cashapp and Venmo as forms of payment, and I found that quite convenient for me. My husband suggested we eat here. It's been a while since we had pho last...at least 3+ years. For the first time ever I saw tripe with my own eyes. It's as disgusting in person as in my mind. He ordered the bowl with all the protein options except tofu. It's not a fish. It's strips of a cows stomach muscle. I ordered a small, simple brisket pho. It was so much food I barely was able to finish it. I dress mine with as much cilantro as they bring out on the condiments plate. The noodles were amazing. Next time I won't add a protein, just get the noodles, broth, and condiments. We also tried the fresh spring rolls. It has shrimp and either pork or beef, noodles, and cilantro wrapped in a clear wrapper. The peanut sauce that is served with it was epic. Now for the reasons I didn't give it 5 stars. It's very loud inside the restaurant with customers, the blender, and all the other kitchen sounds. The service was lacking too. We didn't know it was seat yourself until someone came through taking another table's order. The appetizer came out quickly, but the entree did not. No one came to refill our drinks, and we had to flag a server down for a to-go container and the check. Overall good food, but the service was lousy. My first experience trying Pho and I was told this was the best place to try authentic Pho. Inside looked like your typical Asian eatery decoration and furniture wise. I wasn't expecting table service but ended up being glad they did have it as I was able to ask my server questions. I give her credit, if she didn't know the answer she always went to the back and asked in order to give me the correct information. I ordered the pho with shrimp and some fried egg rolls as an appetizer. The egg rolls had plenty of filling but the sauce lacked the flavor I would want with egg rolls. I was a little overwhelmed when they brought out the bowl of pho. However the owner Tiffany was so sweet and she came over to explain how to add the various herbs and condiments to personalize my pho. She checked on me often to see how I was doing as well. We had been dining in this restaurant for several years now. The service and the food have always been satisfying and tasty. However, this one male server that works there has always been ill-mannered every time we eat here. In addition, this never writes down orders, and our food always comes out inaccurate. Although, we always provide great gratuity and never complain about the inaccuracies of our food. We had always tried our best to give him our orders but without resolution politely. Today, we had a new lady taking our orders and unfamiliar with the menu. The girl beckons for this server, which she calls Jose. Upon his arrival at our table, he immediately raises his voice towards us, stating, "You give the order to the lady." This was the last straw that set me off. I finally told him he was insolent and that I would not take his rudeness any longer. So, we got up, and I told the restaurant owner how rude this person was and left the restaurant. Long story short, THIS RESTAURANT IS OUT OF OUR DINING LIST. We will just have drive to the coast for a great noodle soup. read more

My family swung by because we were on our way home from a road trip, but we almost walked out because the one waiter didn't even bother greeting us. He was too busy chatting with a table of guests. It was a good two or three minutes of us just standing by the door before a young lady popped up from behind the counter to ask us how many are in our party. We asked for waters and one smoothie. We tried to pronounce the names of the foods and failed spectacularly, and the waitress taught us how to say them properly (I hate butchering words, it feels rude). But, we stayed and tried to make the best of it. The server eventually was replaced with the manager. So things improved a bit. The food is still good, but over priced. Exceptional! Our pho (#3) was flavorful, aromatic, and exceptionally generous portions for the price. I'm so happy this has opened closer to our neighborhood. Pho Huong is spotlessly clean and well decorated with ample seating. We were immediate seated at a booth upon arriving, and our order was taken and delivered to our table just as efficiently. Friendly, attentive staff! As mentioned above, we both got the #3 pho with lean beef and brisket, as well as an iced coffee with condensed milk (my fav "dessert"). Both proteins were a generous portion, as was the amount of rice noodles. My husband usually gets a large bowl with extra noodles at most places, but he struggled to finish a large bowl with a regular portion of noodles here.
