Building and parking lot look rough, but inside clean and nice. Very nice staff. Pho okay, garnish fresh.

Our server was very quick and nice. We had the beef pho with eye round steak and brisket/meatballs (#3 and 8). The broth was delicious! We also had the fried egg rolls (#9) that were great as well. Very nice ambient music played while we dined. Definitely will be back!

Mediocre Pho with tiny herb portion

This place was great when it first open. Over time, the quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. I know that they will be out of herbs for the pho sometimes so I asked the waiter, whom isn't much help, if they were out of anything. All he said was bean sprouts. I said oh well and ordered anyway. The pho came out with a tiny portion of lime, Thai basil, and thinly sliced cabbage (for some reason). Tiny portion and no cilantro! I was still charged full price. I've finally learned my lesson. I hate that Saigon closed!

My husband suggested we eat here. It's been a while since we had pho last...at least 3+ years. For the first time ever I saw tripe with my own eyes. It's as disgusting in person as in my mind. He ordered the bowl with all the protein options except tofu. It's not a fish. It's strips of a cows stomach muscle. I ordered a small, simple brisket pho. It was so much food I barely was able to finish it. I dress mine with as much cilantro as they bring out on the condiments plate. The noodles were amazing. Next time I won't add a protein, just get the noodles, broth, and condiments. We also tried the fresh spring rolls. It has shrimp and either pork or beef, noodles, and cilantro wrapped in a clear wrapper. The peanut sauce that is served with it was epic. Now for the reasons I didn't give it 5 stars. It's very loud inside the restaurant with customers, the blender, and all the other kitchen sounds. The service was lacking too. We didn't know it was seat yourself until someone came through taking another table's order. The appetizer came out quickly, but the entree did not. No one came to refill our drinks, and we had to flag a server down for a to-go container and the check. Overall good food, but the service was lousy. Update- The practice may be that the ticket is available at the main counter, and you pay there.

Poor presentation if that matters. It was just thrown on there. Poor service. They were short handed which is understandable so I knew there would be a wait. It's morning the feeling welcomed. Our server asked what we want to drink like we bothered him. Then the skinny viet boy brings out our food. Just dropping it on the table. No one checked up on us. They brought out my husband's food first . Told him to go ahead and start cause I assumed mine was coming right after. NOPE! They started serving other tables their food. So I had to wait 15 minutes after he got his food to get mine. Thank god I observed the place cause I would have waited forever to get my check. You have to go up and pay. The same viet guy was at the register. We went up to pay and he just wasn't friendly and seemed like he hated his life. Not a "how was everything?" "Was it good?", no small talks. It was just awkward. Not going back. Shitty environment.

Pho broth did not have the flavor of authentic pho. Chicken was tough, pieces too big, no option for dark meat.

Food is great, but way overpriced. I can't believe they are selling a dish with 2 pieces chicken thighs and an egg for $20.

The food was not good, and the amenities were also poor. I do not think I would give this place a second try.

Some odd reason, the place comes up on my swarm app as a food truck. It's not, but it's an actual sit down restaurant with outdoor and indoor seatings. They have a salad bar as well. I loved the tea area you had black current and sweet with real cane sugar. I did their mix n match. Which entails a half sandwich, fruit, soup, chips or salad. I chose the Carmella sandwich which was good. Very pack full with meat. I was shocked I didn't taste the Spicey picadillo sauce. I guess it was because it also had mayo. I paired this with half a tomato bisque soup, was good and a bowl of fruit. ( strawberry, pineapple, and grapes) with a dipping sauce. My husband had the full Sicilian sandwich with chips. He said it was good. Prices are a little steep but it beat having something we have back home. Staff was friendly and helpful. I am not sure what apps they use in the ladies room, but it smelled good. My only takeaway was their music that was playing. Not everyone has a knack for Christian music, but maybe if they played a soft rock alternative mix and not just the one station. It's nice to have a blend.

There were six in our party. We had a vast array of items, but I will review the ones that I have pictures of. I did not personally eat one of the duck empanadas, but the others at the table did and they all raved about them. I did enjoy a piece of the warm bread with the various dipping sauces. My husband bakes bread so I can be a bit of a snob about bread, but this bread was wonderful. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Our disappointment was they were out of cauliflower so we could not enjoy the Kung pao cauliflower. I had the rotisserie chicken with the sweet Thai chili sauce, the Thai green beans and the corn grits. The corn grits are moist and creamy. The Thai green beans are a fresh green bean that is sautéed perfectly. They still have a nice crunch to them. My husband enjoyed the shrimp and grits. He did not have one bad thing to say about them and cleaned his plate. Another friend had the ribs and rotisserie chicken combo and enjoyed them. Our friends who frequent this restaurant shared the almond shrimp. I will be getting that next time.l as I looked on with jealousy. We ended by sharing a giant piece of sweet potato bread pudding. They make it in the house. Do not pass this up, but be aware that it is a shareable dessert. Overall, our meal was fantastic and we look forward to returning
