This review is only for their rolled ice cream. I ordered the vanilla base with kit kat pieces, chocolate syrup and condensed milk. It was almost similar to a smores taste just without actual graham crackers and marshmallows. Im not sure if they had a smores flavor as they didn't have a printed menu for their ice cream. The young lady at the register was helpful with me making my order via the tablet. I appreciated her using gloves to make my ice cream as well. The place was neat and clean. I saw people coming in for their boba teas. My ice cream was pretty hard at first so I gave it time to soften up. Afterwards I was able to enjoy it. It was really good. I would go back again. read more

First time coming here and I was greeted the moment I walked in. Had no issues getting my orderlittle to no wait. Drink was amazing. I'll definitely have to come back and try their ice cream next time. Lacey and Georgia were very sweet. The interior could use some color though besides black and white, add decorations higher up out of reach so kids don't ruin them. read more

This was by far the most stressful "treat" I've ever had. Instead of a relaxing ice cream outing, it felt like I'd walked into a daycare center. Kids were not only running rampant throughout the dining area, bumping into tables and generally being disruptive, but shockingly, there was a complete lack of supervision allowing them to go behind the counter. I personally witnessed multiple children touching the clean cups, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. The staff seemed oblivious or unwilling to address the situation. It made me incredibly uncomfortable and frankly, a little disgusted. I spent more time worrying about germs and dodging little ones than enjoying my ice cream (which, by the way, was mediocre at best). If you're looking for a peaceful place to enjoy a dessert, steer clear of this place. If you're a parent who doesn't mind your kids running wild in a food service establishment and potentially contaminating things, then maybe this is your spot. For everyone else, there are plenty of other ice cream shops that prioritize a clean and enjoyable environment. I will definitely not be returning. read more

This establishment uses a punch card but they don't honor it at all. The manager said that after visiting 5 different times and making a purchase each time, you can pay half price on your next visit. (the card reads 5th visit is 1/2 off and the 10 the visit will result in a free drink). On my 5th visit, today, I was told I can get a drink for half price on my next visit. That will be my 6th visit. He was so obviously to the understanding of wording and meaning of the rules to his punch card. I refuse to continue to patronize a company that takes advantage of their customers by lying to them. Not interested in spending my money with Crooks, dishonest owners. read more

Waited an hour for 2 bowls of ice cream. Came in and workers were goofing off in the back. Ice cream shout NOT take an hour no matter how good it may be. The other workers also left 1 worker by themselves to deal with everything. He became overwhelmed and terrible service came. Will not be coming back here. read more

I've been going to Ices corner for years . I moved out of state and came back to see my parents and decided to visit this place again. I'm not sure if it changed owners or what but it seems to be much different now . The workers seem to be very angry or irritated . The green tea is still really good but the poke bowls are trash now. What used to be full delicious bowl of poke is now a itty bitty bowl of mostly rice with 3 little pieces of fish on top and few toppings. I can tell they are being cheap by making smaller bowls with less quality but still want the same money. It's a shame . This place used to be really good...... read more

The customer service is horrible! I walked in for the first time with my family. The heavy Caucasian female was in the front making orders for a customer. She did not greet us at all or try to assist us. She tried not to make eye contact. I saw Charmaine come from the back and I asked for assistance. She was helpful and sweet. The other worker was using her hand while making tea for customers :( very disgusting! However, I will not be returning back! read more

I got the strawberry matcha latte and it was so good!!! The atmosphere of the boba place is so chill, and the workers are nice, fast and efficient with what they do. Probably one of the prettiest drinks I've had in my life. Thank you Ice's Corner! I will for sure come back in the near future and bring all my boba loving friends with me. Their menu is full of fun, creative, and colorful drinks. There's something for everyone. The owner is the kindest man on earth. 10/10 experience. read more

VERY UNSANITARY!! A worker walked in and and DID NOT WASH THEIR HANDS!! They even used water from the BATHROOM! DISGUSTING! They have horrible service and always wait 30 minutes to and hour to get your items. This is unbelievable. read more

This review is based solely on customer service and the bubble tea. If you like milk tea and boba, then this is definitely the place for you! I had a hard time choosing what flavor I wanted and the lady at the counter was super nice and patient. She even suggested a few flavors and went with of her suggestions; the Taro bubble tea! I have to say, it is absolutely amazing and super pretty. There aren't many bubble tea options around here, so this was a gem to find! I did not get a chance to try their rolled ice cream, but I will definitely be back! read more

We came to get our Poké fix. It was ok. The spicy tuna was partially frozen and there was no white or brown rice available. Everything was fresh and very clean inside. Staff was friendly. We count Order any sushi because the chef wasn't there so that was disappointing. We will come back and try again. Maybe it was just an off day. read more

Came a few months back and had a mediocre experience. Today tried to go back to give them another shot. It was two parts disappointment one pet disbelief. (1)Their menu says the can do smoothies in all flavors. Asked for a honeydew smoothie with boba pearls and was told they couldn't do it because they didn't know the recipe. (2) Then tried to get rolled ice cream instead and was told they weren't doing anymore ice cream. It's 6pm on a Thursday and they're open until 9:30pm according to the hours on the door... honestly it's a bit shocking. if you're craving a sweet treat maybe try somewhere else. I won't be coming back. read more

I rate them a 4 only for their drinks. The boba is flavorful and consistent. You are able to adjust the sugar level and add different add ons. I don't get their ice cream bc it does take a while. **Pro tip: if you are just wanting a tea find their menu and call it in. Give it 10-20 mins and it'll be ready read more

The rolled icecream was nothing special. Tasted like a stiff version of normal icecream, however I did like the wide variety in toppings to choose from. The boba milk tea was excellent though. The "owner" has a smart mouth. I went in for rolled icecream at 9:00, he said it stops at 9 when I've been in there on multiple occasions, and was served. The rest of his employees are very nice. I have never had a bad experience with ices corner until today. A worker walked in and went straight to making drinks and ice cream he never washed his hands, they are very unsanitary. He even went into the bathroom to get water very very nasty and insane I do not recommend going there. The wait is also very long and they need to wear hair nets both of the workers had long hair and neither wore a hair net or had their hair up. A very unpleasant visit! read more

Great variety of yummy options. There is rolled ice which my kids LOVED and I got the bubble tea. They have a good variety and staff is OK nice. They take your money up front, when you order, and then you're hostage to their absurdly slow process, without any warning. If you go to a chain restaurant, they'll at least warn you if there's an hour long wait, it's only fair, but not this place. Try to get a seat, because it took an hour to get my rolled ice cream. There's nothing redeeming about the excruciating wait, either. It's not like you get your ice cream but it's better than ice cream that takes 1 minute to scoop. No. In fact, In my humble opinion, it's a step below most pre-made ice cream in quality. You pay a premium, wait an absurd amount of time, in the company of other tense people, in an ambiance of fluorescent flicker and blender noise, for what? It's a mockery of all that's efficient, and I'm inclined to suggest that I question the ethics of a business that doesn't warn a customer of predictable delays. It's unacceptable. (I feel so bad, I promise to write two positive reviews of other competent businesses to make up for the bad vibes here.) read more

One of the best drinks I've ever had! So many different varieties and add ons! Loved the Vietnamese ice coffee!

Food is good and fresh however they need more seating. Also when they call your number you can barely hear them I recommend they get a neon sign to show number orders. Also they're staff always seems low so you have to wait pretty long for a simple drink order. Food is great but management could be better. Also I literally saw them waste time during my order to make a working employee their order. UNPROFESSIONAL! read more

I have been going here for a long time and they make amazing Thai teas but lately their customer services is very lacking. I waited 40 minutes for a drink which is ridiculous.
