Freezers broken. Was told ice cream was too hard to scoop and the got another unwanted flavor it was soft and melted. I was then told that all the freezers were messed up! I was also told that there was more ice cream in the back cooler but no one attempted to get it. read more

The worker was very sweet when I came in, a young girl was working alone while it was kinda busy so there was a bit of a wait but understandable. My ice cream was what I wanted I didn't have issues with my order. My only issue is that there are a lot of machines that arent working there which I believe they should either get rid of or go ahead and buy a new one or someone to fix it. The worse experience at any location. The fresh hot cone machine rarely works and when it does they don't have any batter ready. The servers don't wear gloves and I see why they have a B- Rating based on the how clean it is not. The black lady was very rude and the little white girl was clueless to everything. Asked for a scoop of vanilla icecream with sprinkles,in a cup, it looked "whipped like". I went to my car for less than 10 seconds and noticed that it was melting, which is why it looked so whipped like. I went back in the store & told the employee. She told me that there was nothing she could do since I left the store. I explained that she SAW me walk to my car for seconds & come back in. She said well there's nothing she could do. We debated a minute & she told me to call the manager. She started giving me the managers phone number, telling me that I had to call her from my personal phone. Whatever, I called & the issue was handled with a refund because at 1st, I was only offered the same type of ice cream again, which I DIDNT WANT because it was melted upon receiving it. Why would I get the same type of ice cream if it was melted upon receiving it??? The manager was kind but she didn't offer any explanation on the employee's rudeness, stating "maybe she got bad news today", excusing her rudeness. i have had been here twice: when I fly in I call to see if they have a particular ice cream: all Baskin Robbins don't have it. so I call before I come. My first experience I didn't even drink it because the young lady's nails were so long & no gloves... I couldn't do it. My second time..today.... "Clawzzz" wasn't there & the lady put gloves on... I'm thinking ok this is going great!!! unfortunately, the server is sweating all over everything & spending extra time over the ice cream having a complete conversation while she's wiping her sweat. But heating up the brownie for my order on the waffle iron, then grabbing it with their fingers to put it in the bowl. all while they are scratching their hair and wiping their nose with their fingers!!! Just your average Baskin Robbins. Pretty much the same set up as most. I've been to this location multiple times and I've always had the flavors I liked available. Staff is usually pretty friendly and quick. Friday and Saturday evenings are pretty busy. I love the cotton candy flavor, mint chocolate chip and nutty coconut. Seating is somewhat limited if it does get crowded. read more

I went in the store yesterday and the customer service was a 0/10. They workers didn't greet me neither did they ask me what I wanted. I just had to walk up and tell them. The cashier didn't even have the decency to tell me how much change he owed me back. The on top of that I received a small amount for ice cream for what I paid for it! Very disappointed. read more

The store is usually busy (because the treats are that great), but the staff is friendly and helpful and willing to help you with your selection or to customize your treat. For everyday ice cream visits, it's as good as it gets. HOWEVER.... I placed and order (in person) for an ice cream cake. Met with the person who would be making the cake personally and went over the details. Cake would have "Ariel" and "Flounder" from Little Mermaid on it. She showed me the printed images of both characters and explained that she would be placing wax paper over those images (like tracing paper) and would trace the images with icing. Then freeze them, remove them from the wax paper and place them on my cake...then finish the decorations. Sounds like she has done this before, so fine. Let's order. I will try and attach a photo of the cake to this yelp page, as I don't see an option to attach it to this review. In short....it looked horrible. It looked like a melted clay figure from a stop-motion movie. Never again will I get an ice cream cake here. DQ will get business. I will only get single scoops here from now on, because I can view what I am about to purchase BEFORE I purchase it. Had the cake not been for a birthday, I would have left it with them!! read more

I decided to go get some ice cream, and when I got there the Asian kid behind the counter was on his phone as I was walking up, when I walked in, and as I stood at the counter. He didnt look up once. The other employees were busy doing things like actual jobs or something. but this kid was just standing there for everyone to see. When I said something he looked up and rolled his eyes.
