I spotted this yogurt shop as I was leaving a store. The aesthetics caught my eye first. The windows were huge, and I could see right inside. Also, it sits in a very shady area. I thought I'd go inside, grab something, and come back out. But once I entered, I saw the soothing colors of white and pink, and the different sitting areas. I decided to sit for a while after I got my yogurt. I grabbed my cup and walked around, noticing they had more than four flavors, which was nice. I filled my cup and was happy to see they had a lot of toppings, but I just got two this time with the server's help. I wanted something new, and she suggested these toppings. I also instantly noticed the yogurt wasn't soft. I didnt have to worry about it melting as soon as I got it. I really like the frozen yogurt here and the ambiance is really nice. However, this time I tried the boba shake and it is not good... like at all. The boba beads are so nasty and have this gummy like texture that's hard to swallow. Other reviews claim that it's not good and isn't made right so I'll try a boba shake/tea again just not from here. I love frozen yogurt and this and Yogn Frut in Brandon are basically "it" for frozen yogurt. The toppings offered here at BBG are more extensive and the fruit seems fresher than what is offered at Yogn Frut; however, the frozen yogurt at Yogn Frut is better than here at BBG. While there is a decent selection of different yogurt offered, it's still not the extensive selection I'm use to in Florida. The place is extremely clean and has a very cheery feel. While nice, the teenage employees seem a little uppity to me. I keep coming here because I do love my frozen yogurt and toppings by the ounce. I guess I'm just spoiled because we have so much better in Florida. Oh well, while I'm in MIssissippi, it is what it is. My friend and I stopped by because we were close in the area and wanted to end our night with fro-yo and movies. At first I was grateful that the staff let us in because it was close to closing time(9:45pm). This was our first time there so we didn't know the layout and it wasn't explained to us. The flavors were lacking, not only in variety but in flavor. The toppings were not labeled so I ended up putting the wrong candy in my cup. Not only that, but the cashier stood and stared at my friend as I as we put the topping on our fro-yo. It was very uncomfortable, no conversation, just rudeness. As nice as the place was and as much as I want to like it cause I love yogurt it just wasn't good to me. We stopped here for bubble tea. I got the regular bubble milk tea, not good. Doesn't even taste like it should. My friend got the vanilla boba tea- taste like powdered protein shake mixed with milk and boba.... not good either. The regular milk tea seems to be separating, after 5 minutes. You can pick the flavors you like, in just the right amounts for you, and top them with whatever strikes your fancy: candy, fruit, or various crunchy/chewy/crispy goodies. I love getting a lot of Plain Tart yogurt with some Blueberry or Cheesecake on the side. The new Peanut Butter flavor is delicious, too. The yogurt has probiotics in it (good for the digestion), low sugar, and no fat. BBG is clean and well-lit and has a casual ambience. It's a fun place for a family outing or a date. Just don't get too carried away with toppings, or it can get expensive! Last visit, I filled the smallest container about halfway and paid around $3.50. Love this place! I ALWAYS leave there smiling as I munch! Fun to watch the little kids playing in the fountain in the Courtyard out front, or to just sit in the fresh air at the little cafe tables outside. Inside, the frozen yogurt is easy to get to and I can mix flavors on my own if I choose. I always top it with crushed butterfingers along with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries topped with yummy honey! It's always been fresh when I've been there and that's either at lunchtime or on my way home from work around 8 or later. The little blonde is ALWAYS sweet and helpful, quiet but is always accommodating ...like I realized I had forgotten my BBG card in the car, so I went back in to ask, not expecting anything since the transaction was over and she gave me credit anyway.
