Since it was my first time there, I had a simple question about a menu item. The cashier told me he was new and didn't know the answer, so he called over someone else who turned out to be the owner. When she came to the window, I greeted her politely, but her response immediately felt dismissive: "Hey, what do you need." As she took my order, she spoke very quickly, and I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times. Each time, she visibly rolled her eyes, which made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. After I paid and waited, she brought out my order, and when I asked for a lid, she seemed annoyed by that too. Overall, it wasn't the wait or even the confusion--it was the attitude. Customer service goes a long way, and it's not just what you say, but how you say it. Unfortunately, this experience didn't leave a good impression.

While I understand technical issues can happen, there was no sign posted to notify customers before serving themselves. When I pointed this out, the cashier replied that it had "just happened 30 seconds ago." I then attempted to hand the cup back for disposal. Instead of taking it, the employee said, "I can see you holding the cup up, you can set it down," while slapping the counter repeatedly and gesturing at me to put it there. His tone and behavior were extremely rude and dismissive. This individual appeared to be a manager or supervisor, not a teenager in training--which makes the lack of professionalism even more concerning. Speaking to customers this way, especially in front of children, is unacceptable.
