When she came to the window, I greeted her politely, but her response immediately felt dismissive: "Hey, what do you need." As she took my order, she spoke very quickly, and I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times. Each time, she visibly rolled her eyes, which made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. After I paid and waited, she brought out my order, and when I asked for a lid, she seemed annoyed by that too. Overall, it wasn't the wait or even the confusion--it was the attitude. Customer service goes a long way, and it's not just what you say, but how you say it. Unfortunately, this experience didn't leave a good impression.
