Synopsis - Great staff, clean and convenient location, and good service make this a superb stop for your tire needs. Was in need of a tire rotation and the Leesville location of Just Tires is right down the road from my job. Booked an appointment online, although I'm not entirely sure that it matters as I still ended up waiting quite a bit (time in was 2:20 and time out was 3:14). That's really my only gripe of this whole experience. Justin took me in and processed my request pretty quickly. He was waiting on the techs to come back from lunch and when my Jeep got in, the actual work got done quickly and effectively. $42 for a tire rotation of a Wrangler sitting on 35' is comparable to other shops and honestly a decent value. My Dad made an appointment for an oil change and then waited two full hours for said oil change. On the drive home his car alerted him that the hood was not latched. That is so incredibly dangerous and he had to pull over on the side of the road to properly close the hood!!! He then drove home and found that his car was leaking oil all over the driveway! He took the car back and they had placed the WRONG oil filter and wrong oil in his car and then LIED to him about it. They entered his tag number and that told them that it was a Ford Taurus (his old car) when in actuality it was a Ford Fusion (his new car). So, they installed the WRONG oil filter because they could not be bothered to LOOK at what car they had in their bay! They lied and said his TRANSMISSION was leaking!! Funny story though, while they were lying to my Dad (who is a retired mechanic) they were switching out the oil and the WRONG oil filter. Hmmmmm since they put the correct oil filter in the car I can't help but notice that there is NO oil leaking in the driveway and the transmission is FINE! read more

I usually like to take my vehicles here for an oil change the guys are nice and friendly. Today they only had two guys I dropped the car off in morning went back in afternoon to check on it ... they said 20 minutes after an hour I asked how it was going they said soon. I am sure if they had more help it would be better but next time I wish they would tell me the truth I would have found a different ride later. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I took my tire in for a replacement. After I dropped off, they called back and said I might want to replace my second tire in the back. Nothing was wrong with it for I inspected it after I parked the car there to get the tire size. Also was watching the pressure status on my drive there (monitoring the bad tire) and it was fine. Upon picking up my car, there is a nail in the side wall, which could not have been from driving. Intentional or not, the manager John Higgins could care less and refused to take any accountability. Someone with good customer service would have waived labor. Instead the interest demonstrated by his employee and himself was to try to sell me a second tire. He could care less I brought my car to him and he returned it damaged. Upon taking it to a second tire shop, they highly doubted the nail occurred during driving. The worse of it all, during this encounter for it is difficult to prove intentional or not, was the customer service and the management response. When asked who his manager was, they all got tight lipped and sent me to the web. It is clear the damage occurred in his shop. Without doubt. Yet no accountability. Also, I made an appointment prior for four tires to change ensuring they had them in stock. This was with the same manager. Of course, when I got there, they only had one. We researched tires for our van and chose Just Tires due to comparable pricing and convenient location. My wife took charge and dropped car off for replacement of tires with Cooper tires. The bill was over $850 and she was peppered with hard-sell for added services and scary stories of those that did not buy, but she resisted. When picking up the car she noticed Tire Pressure Monitor light on. She was told it was normal and would go out after a bit of driving. She returned several days later when the light continued to alert. Manager told her it was one of the TPM sensors or batteries. She asked how that could be when she paid for "TPM Rebuild" kits for the tires. She was told that the kits only replaced rubber valves and the TPM was not tested or replaced. Manager indicated they could repair for an added $100 per tire. I then noted that the TPM should have been checked and at least batteries replaced while tires were off the car. He indicated that's the price take it or leave it. I said I would complain and he said "conversation over" and walked away. Not the way to treat customers or build business! read more

Stopped in the Wednesday before thanksgiving. We're from coastal Carolina and was on a trip to Kentucky and I had a blow out from the side wall of one of tires. And a gash in my spare (ugh) Called a ton of places in town (including discount tires where I originally bought them from 7 months ago and that flat out refused to service my car) the wonderful guy working the desk that day ordered my tires (had to buy 2 because of my all wheel drive) picked them up from the factory and even called Acura to make sure it was safe for my car. It took about 5 hours but they are located next to a nice little shopping center and we had lunch and haircuts for the boys. Got us back on the road and where we needed to be! I wish I remembered the gentleman's name who helped us because you my friend made sure we got to grandma's house safely. Thanks so much! read more

Overall just a bad place to bring your car to get a service completed. I brought mine in after buying tires from Goodyear and the website recommended Just Tires to do the installation. I was the first appointment of the day at 8 am and after being rudely welcomed and ignored for the first 15 minutes in the waiting room, I was told that it'd be about a 1.5 hour service. I decided to wait there and take my morning work meetings from their waiting room but the car wasn't ready until noon. Knowing that, I would've Uber'd home and just would've picked up my car at lunch or after work. I don't recommend anyone choose this place for tire services. I know I won't be back for anything in the future. read more

They were super kind to fill the air in my tires, no charge. My "check tire" light was on. All my life I have filled my own tires but I just had back surgery and now can't bend. Where to go? Places on Glenwood were not easy to access. I remembered Just Tires was easy access at Leesville and Fairbanks near Food Lion and Manchester's Grill. The guy at the desk cheerfully said they're glad to help and go to bay 2. An energetic happy tech, Dalyn, was super kind to check and fill all four tires. I really appreciated it! Prices as expected. Under new management and the customer service is terrible. Was told the car was ready and it wasn't. Battery replaced. Air pressure checked and no valve stem caps were put back on. One TPS system that they recently put on with new tires and was told to come back later to have it reset. Will not be going back except for any warranty work on tires and battery. read more

Wish I would've read the reviews before bringing my vehicle here. Customer service is non existent. Made an appointment online for tire installation. Everything was paid for in advance through the Goodyear website and when I showed up they said my brother would need to come in person with an ID and be there physically to install the tires. This is a horrible Just tires location. The employees lazy and useless. Even though you have an appointment you have to wait for 3+ hours for the wheel alignment service. Make sure you get a camping tent and bbq grill with you if you want to get the car serviced here. Also be ready to stare at walls and tire posters in the lobby for 3+ hours. According to them, the 3-year wheel alignment program means - '3+ hours wait time for wheel alignment'. read more

I would give a 0 if I could. I went here last year for my oil change, no issues. This year my car was sounding weird and my check engine light came on but I knew it was time for another oil change so I brought it here. They couldn't change the oil because there wasn't any oil to change (that's my bad I haven't been checking my levels like I should've but let's be honest.. does anyone..). So instead of doing a courtesy and at least giving me a little bit of oil so my car doesn't seize up, the guy tells me to drive to a local store and buy oil for it. Doesn't tell me how I can figure out what kind of oil I need cause clearly he thinks I'm stupid and even asks me if I even know how to check my oil. I understand that I should've been checking it but that's no excuse for treating someone like like they're dumb. So you're telling someone who you think is stupid to go buy oil without telling them how to figure out what kind to get to go get some and put it in their car themselves. Great idea. But that's not the best part, I was also told that I had a leak from my oil gasket. Which didn't seem right. So once I drove to the store and put some oil in it, I took it to another place. No leak anywhere... and the other place fully looked for 2.5hrs to find the leak that I was told I had. Oh and I forgot to mention that they checked my check engine light for me, he only repeated what the code said verbatim with no explanation as to what it meant. Even told me to google it myself. Conclusion: Tried to charge me $60 for an oil change (luckily they didn't have to do), made me drive my car with no oil in it to put oil in it myself after thinking that I wasn't even capable of checking my own oil (again my bad but not the point here), Told me I had an "Oil gasket leak" which was in so many ways wrong, and couldn't explain what my check engine light was about and told me to google it. Which would not have helped since clearly I'm too stupid to know how to check my oil (again my b). read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I thought my tire had a slight leak and took it here for evaluation. They said there was a problem with the tire that couldn't be fixed and they would have to put on a new tire. Didn't have a good feeling about this so I said no. I then took it to another local tire place and after a thorough evaluation of all my tires, the second tire store said not only did I not need a new tire but they could not even identify that the tire had a leak. I would avoid this location of Just Tires at all costs as this is not my first bad experience here! I will never go back to this store. read more

I dropped my car off for simple oil change and tire rotation at 10:30am for a 1:30 appt i made on line. checked in at 3 and they had not even started on it. checked again at 4 and they said it was next. never heard back so called a 5:30 and after being put on hold for a long time i hung up and called back to find out it was finally ready. it told them all day to service my vehicle and that is with an appt. i do not recommend using this store for any auto service. read more

Limited experience with this place so take this with a grain of salt. Just stopped in to see if they would plug a tire for me. They said they don't plug tires and that they only patch tires for the low price of $50. I stopped by a different tire shop and they said they would plug the tire for 20$.... As with most all car related repairs be sure and shop around everyone. read more

Husband stopped at the Just Tires near Leesville Rd. to get a tire plugged, he ran over a nail. Some guy (tall big black man) told him he needed 4 new tires (no, he had the car into the dealer last week and no problem). Then he said the car would have to have an alignment with new tires. Needless to say he left. $38 for tire plug at Just Tires, $22 plus tax at gas station. Avoid this place if you can. read more

There was a problem with tires I ordered online. This wasn't the locations fault but placing me on hold 3 times then telling me to call back later is. During the second call, the associate was extremely rude and unfriendly. I was once again asked to call back. I called a corporate and canceled my order because of the rude guy. read more

I was driving down 540 I hit something and needed a plug. The air pressure was dropping quickly so I pulled in to the first place Google showed. I needed to get it changed quickly, pulled in and this location said three hours. While I changed the tire in the parking lot to take it somewhere else three mechanics stood outside, watched and smoked. There was only one car in the bay's, four were open. Maybe they had scheduled appointments, but no offer to help, no remote customer service. This is not a place to go. There are places where people try to help and then places like this that are just awful. Never go here. read more

I actually went to the location by crabtree mall first and they were very friendly but did not have the tires for my car. I explained my situation...ice coming the next day, clearly my tires were too worn out for it and I had a 3 hour window before I had to get my son from school. So, they called Leesville location for me and explained my predicament. They had my tires and they would get them on in time. They were a little busy considering I was not the only one getting tires before the storm. It was super nice of them and I am very grateful and there are many who are grateful I was able to get to work during the storm! :D read more

I had a screw in my tire and I thought I would take it where I bought the tires about 1 year ago. They told me that the tire was not repairable and I almost made the mistake of taking their word for it. I took it to another place just down the road and 30 minutes later I was out the door with a fixed tire and little cost. I am thinking they must use different standards to determine if the tire is repairable or not based on if you have the road hazard with them or not. If I would have had the road hazard I believe they would have tried to repair. If you don't have road hazard they push the new tire. read more

Took tire with a nail in it 90 days ago and they said they couldn't patch it so I bought a new tire at almost $200. This weekend I got another nail and unfortunately in the 90 day old tire. Took it back to this shop and they said a patch would be $49 then told me can't fix with a patch needed another tire. Luckily they did not have mine in stock. I went to AAA Car Care on Glenwood and they patched the tire for $26. Now I feel like Just Tires was trying to screw me over and may have screwed me over 90 days ago. I will not be back which is sad since they are in my neighborhood. read more

My husband and I have gone to this location for several years, and have purchased several sets of tires. We had purchased a 3 year alignment plan for my car. My husband passed away in August. I brought my car in for an alignment in September. I was told that the plan had expired 2 weeks ago. I explained my social situation and even had a copy of the death certificate as proof. The cashier checked with the manager who would not honor the plan that I had paid for. Ok, I understand that the plan had just expired, but was expecting a little grace and mercy given the loss of my husband. Needless to say, a loyal customer has been lost. Absolutely hands dawn the worst experience of my life. They broke my splash guards and blamed it in the shop before them, they didn't refill my liquids as part of the oil change, they never gave me my splash guards back and they put the mileage completely wrong for my next oil change. According to them I do not need another oil change for 30k miles. The service desk rep couldn't answer why my splash guards were broke when all they did was change my oil nor could he answer anything else. It also took me over 3 hours to get my oil change. I took my wife's car just for an oil change. Instead they told me my tire pressure was low due to a small leak on the valve, which had to be, by law, replaced along with the sensor. They did it without telling me and we're very upset when I told them to put the old one back. I get home and an hour later my tire is completely flat. This place is run so so so poorly! Made an appointment at 3 pm, 630 pm I come by and they hadn't even looked at my car! They said they "didn't know" I had an apt, when I had called twice to confirm. They wanted to keep it over night but I said no and I would bring it back the next day at 1 for my appointment another 3 hours later I got my one lug nut and stud fixed. 7 hours of waiting in one weekend for what should have taken 30 minutes. With the 7 hours of waiting I observed NUMEROUS unhappy customers. I've been going here for years and never had a problem, this one weekend has made me completely change my mind about this place! Definitely not bringing my business back here ever again. Thankfully they didn't charge me, but still, completely disappointed with the lack of communication this shop has and respect of their customers time. read more

I should have read more reviews. It was close to the apartment so I thought I'd give it a shot and I will be returning to my original automotive repair shop. The Clerk was not rude but had no personality. Like he didn't want to be there and didn't want to help me. I had brought in two cars for oil changes and one was low on oil so they refused to do the oil change. They asked me to put in more oil, let it run for about 500 miles and then return. Why not drain what oil is in there, put in the filter and add more oil? Isn't that what an oil change actually is? When he got out of the car and looked at the mileage something was off, he was all huffy and puffy about it. I should've taken my cars to my regular guy. It was out of convenience that I brought them to just tires. Lesson learned. read more

Took my car in to get the oil changed which ended up costing me $40 and took two hours I also received a call telling me that my brakes were bruised and did I know they were warped (mind you my car was at carmax a few weeks ago and they never mentioned it.) I told them I wasnt interested in getting new brakes. When I went to pick up my car the battery was dead. When I asked the first guy why my battery was dead when all I had done was an oil change he didnt answer and just told me they would charge the battery. Another guy came out with the charger, when I asked him he told me that they tried to sell me a new battery because mine was corroded. I told him no that they tried to sell me new brakes. His response was to just drive my car around for 15 mins to let it charge. I did this but now any time I start my car it wont right away. It will sound like its still dead but then clicks on after I keep the key in the ignition. I do not recommend going here. read more
