They could have had way better waiting service. The food wasn't great my girlfriend ordered the Ruben, it was so hard you had to put physical effort to try to pull the meet apart. We had a delightful waitress and our service was extremely fast. The meals were delish - baby pike and haddock the senior size. The smaller portion was perfect for us. Blue Moon was on special for $3 and the brandy old fashion was $3.75 so for the price is was good. There are NO masks worn by any of the staff and only 1 patron I saw had a mask on. It was refreshing actually and was the first time we felt normal going out to dinner! We have had our vaccines so felt perfectly safe! The JUST STOP IN is the typical WI bar/restaurant is a must eat for their fish fry. We will be back the next time we are back in the area! read more

I have driven past this place a hundred times. I finally ordered for pickup. Friday Fish fry was good. Walleye I believe. The prices were OK. I got the real small local vibe when I went in there. Overall pretty nice. The food was satisfying. I would not say the best I have had yet in Green Bay though. Regardless, worth a stop if by chance you are heading that way. read more

If you are looking for a neighborhood bar with excellent food at yesterday's prices -- run to the Just Stop In. The moment you walk in you realize that the 70s has not died because you have an incredible bar right in front of you that brings you back to that decade. Cash only with an ATM in house. The owners greet you warmly and the service was excellent. The prices are incredible compared to the amount of food you will receive on your plate (cf. pics). You will probably need to call your cardiologist! I had the chicken dumpling soup as an appetizer which was excellent, reminded me of my grandmother use to make. I also have the seafood platter that was perfectly deep fried and not greasy at all! Great fish and seafood specials on Wednesdays and Fridays. You have a full-service bar that satisfies your libation needs. There's a large dining room that will easily accommodate large groups of people. I would have given you a picture of my meal but the moment it arrived it looks so great I started to eat it and then realized halfway through the plate, I forgot to take a picture!!! Cheese curds were ok. Poor service. Grilled cheeses had two slices of non-melted cheese. Drink order was taken relatively promptly, we then had to wait 10-15 to place our food order. After the mediocre food came out we had to wait 15 minutes before we were brought the check and then another 30 minutes before server brought the square to take our card, as we watched her bus tables and take another tables card order. Was never offered a refill on an empty drink. Do not pay with card if you have to come here, and order the basic burger and fries. read more

Would be really nice good food and good drinks at a nice price. Only problem is the owner and the son who o believe bartend are just not friendly and are somewhat rude and cold. So my wife and I won't go their anymore. They still draw a crowd of locals , but if your not local get ready for the cold shoulder. read more

A hidden gem. From the outside it looks like a country bar that you would have no problem just driving by. But a stop is well worth it. They ONLY ACCEPT CASH but there is a tyme machine on site. You will need to check in at the bar in order to be seated at a table. It's a small place so plan on coming early or waiting, especially on Fridays for a fish fry or weekends. read more

We stopped here on a Sunday night for dinner and a drink. The service was pretty good, until the end when our waitress was nowhere to be found. We ordered an Old Fashioned and a Coors Light - both reasonably priced, which is good. For dinner, we ordered the broasted chicken and a Philly wrap. My husband said the chicken was pretty good. It came with stuffing and mashed potatoes. The stuffing was super runny, which seemed odd to me. I thought the Philly wrap was just ok. Not a ton of flavor. I really enjoyed their French fries though. I'm not sure I would rush back based on food alone, but it is close to home and I would like to try their fish fry, so maybe a second chance is needed. I will say it was better than some bars I've been to. read more

You might have a short wait on Friday night, but any place without a wait in Wisconsin on Friday is always suspect. My family ate their last Friday and we always ask why we venture away from this place. Poor customer service, long wait time, highly disorganized wait staff. Food is not worth the wait. We waited 5 minutes to get attention of bartender to put our names on the list, then we were assigned to a table where we waited an additional 10 minutes for a waitress to take our order. At that point we had almost walked out, but stayed because we heard the food was good, BIG mistake. We ordered an appetizer and entree. It took over 30 minutes to get our appetizer and with in 2 minutes of getting the appetizer our entree's arrived. Waitress did not return to table very often. Bathroom was dirty and stall door did not lock. Parking spaces were limited and the spaces in front of restaurant were difficult to get in and out of. Overall a terrible dining experience and we will NEVER return to this restaurant again and would not recommend it to anyone. read more

Best Friday fish fry! This place is not much to look at but they have awesome bar food. They pickle their own mushrooms, make giant homemade cookies and soup, and have good bloody Mary's. I would recommend this place if you're passing by on a road trip or just want some really good bar food. read more

I often come back to this area for vacation and as soon as I pull in, my search for the best food begins... especially perch . I have a number one and highly recommend "JUST STOP IN" on HWY 57 toward De Pere .... Also the soups are very, very good. read more

Would never have noticed the grill if cousins hadn't suggested we meet there. We visited the area for just two days. The Philly chicken sandwich I had was so good and BEN grilled the onions just right. The staff was friendly and I would have been happy to eat any of the items the rest of our party had in front of them. The price was right with plenty of menu options. read more
