First trip to Fleet Feet located by Costco in Queen Creek was just by chance. Ben, my salesman was the most helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable sales person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Long story short, Fleet Feet computer analyzed my feet for size and width and maybe arch. I had been buying the wrong size shoe forever. I tried a half dozen pairs before settling on the shoe Ben recommended. Three months of wear and they still fit perfect, who knew shoes could make my feet so happy. The store treats veterans right and offers an app with additional discounts. Return policy is above and beyond. I was so impressed I bought another pair and my wife bought two pair. Lastly, I am not a review writer but I think everyone in Queen Creek should give this family run business a shot at your shoe business. The service is almost always good and the guy that built the bike when I bought it was really cool, helpful, and informative. I can't say the prices are always great, but what place has that? I will say they always have deals and good sales and so the pricing is pretty good. They have a large selection and the place is really big so there's usually many of each item in stock. I would recommend them for, at least, an option when you're shopping for sporting goods.

Perhaps the manager can practice some sentence starters with his/her employees, "Good evening, did you find everything okay?" "Hi, did you find everything you were looking for?"
