I was in the area running errands and was looking for a healthier sandwich option to go. I was pleasantly surprised that Just Salad does offer a few wraps. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap: Romaine, shredded cabbage, braised chicken, Tillamook white cheddar, crispy onions, sliced carrots and home made buffalo dressing. $13.99. It was really delicious with great textures aand flavors. There were so many options available for salads and all looked fresh. Quite impressive. This has to be one of the biggest rip-offs I've ever encountered. You think Chipotle is bad... this is worse. I ordered a bowl with double chicken and barely received a single serving. The chicken was mostly fat, to the point where I had to spit it out. Calling this a microwave meal would honestly be generous. To make matters worse, the delivery driver didn't knock or ring the doorbell. My food sat outside in 15-degree weather for over 45 minutes. It wasn't even placed directly in front of my door, so I didn't see it when I checked. Save yourself the effort and go somewhere else. A hospital cafeteria might be a better option. Whatever other toppings and mix-ins you get, go for the spicy avocado dressing and ask them to go heavy, or else you'll just have to go back and ask for more. Very solid salads here. They're a little pricey at $13-15 each, but we found it well worth the price given how fresh and tasty they were.

I normally like coming here. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the last few times they did not follow the instructions on my mobile orders. The last few times I asked for medium dressing and was given so much. My last order was so much dressing that it soaked through the wrapping and when I when to eat it, it was literally dripping out of the wrapping. I mean dripping and all over my hands. Making it grossly inedible. It was also poorly wrapped so it wouldn't stay together and fell apart at the bottom. I threw it away because I was frustrated with it. This fast casual restaurant was much awaited here in Fairfield and it did not disappoint. I placed my order through Uber eats since I knew there would be a long line. I got a Buffalo chicken salad and the salad was filled to the brim and perfectly dressed. The chicken was great and *real* chicken not processed chicken like some places use. The salad filled me up so much that I didn't have room for dinner that night. I also got a green smoothie and it was delicious. The salad and smoothie were packaged perfectly and placed in the pickup section. The parking here is not great as it gets crowded during peak times and people don't like following the one way signs. So unfortunately I've been back here quite a few times after my initial experience and have not been impressed. The worst was my most recent trip. First of all, I do not understand why the bowls are not labeled. It is so incredibly annoying getting multiple salads and having no clue what each one is and having to open them. Print some stickers and throw them on the bowls! Or write it in sharpie. It's not that hard. Second, what is going on with the chicken? The pieces are HUGE and seem strange. Overcooked or something. The last salad I had, the chicken was like a brick and I couldn't even eat it. Complete waste. Some salads are also different in the store vs on the online menu which makes no sense. One salad on the website had the ingredients listed as having chicken but when you went to order it was an extra item. This place is sooooo inconsistent and it's such a shame. Just Salad is across the street from my job. I wanted to to try it out so I ordered an warm bowl. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Warm Bowl. The restaurant is big and the customer service was great. I ended up meeting the manager at the cash register. She was super sweet and even offered me a free bowl the next time I came in since it was my first time there. You can buy a salad bowl and every time you bring your bowl in, you get a discount on your order. The warm bowl tasted very flavorful and the guacamole tasted fresh. I could just eat the guacamole by itself. The chicken could have been more flavorful but it was good. read more

It's salad, calm down. I have no problem with fast casuals like this. I have no problem with the Chipotle-fication of American foodservice. I have no problem with completely fine salad for $15. The kids working the line were friendly, fast, attentive and shockingly thoughtful. The young man that rang me out was coherent enough to stop me from taking a lukewarm soda and getting me a cold replacement. Another young lady chatted me up while thoroughly cleaning and came off as genuinely invested in my experience. Very, very positive. I have been to (and operated) intensely high end restaurants that do not approach this level of consideration. So yeah, go get a salad. It's fine. It's quite literally just salad. read more

Ask for an ingredient list if you're wary; the charming, solicitous roving staff member offered to find it for me when I mentioned that I wasn't eating real shiitakes. I'm so disappointed to make this negative review because previous experiences have been good but today was BAD. Let me start with a positive though: the customer service has been consistently great! Every time I've been in to order everyone is so incredibly friendly and makes me feel so welcome. A few months ago I discovered the Too Good To Go app and saw this place on there. It was $5.99 so I decided to give it a try. It was great! It was tasty, cheap and I loved that the food wasn't going to waste at the end of the day. A couple weeks ago I decided to go in and order a warm bowl outside of the app because the last one I got had Buffalo cauliflower in it and it was soooo good I needed more. That bowl was good as was the 2 or three other ones I got over the next few weeks. I went in today after a LONG exhausting day of work ready for a quick delicious dinner... well it wasn't very delicious. I ordered the create your own warm bowl. I chose brown rice, roasted Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, chicken and of course the Buffalo cauliflower. I should have known as she was scraping the bottom of the pan for the last few pieces of cauliflower it was going to be bad. I got my food home and was soooo disappointed. The rice was HARD a a rock. I couldn't chew it, I know brown rice is a bit chewier but this was old hard and dry, same with the chicken- barely edible. The Brussels and mushrooms were good (a little bland and bit cold but that's also my fault) but the cauliflower was INEDIBLE. It was probably the SALTIEST thing I've ever put in my mouth. I mean I had to choke it down. And this is coming from someone who has is a bit of a sodium fiend, I love salty but this was just AWFUL. I understand people have rough days, but don't take it out on your customers, that's how we don't come back. Also, their salads are mediocre at best.
