Giving 2 Stars for the warm, friendly and efficient up-beat staff. The food was below average, lacking and way overpriced. I've eaten at "Jersey Mike's" about a dozen times over the course of about 15 years. Yesterday's visit will be my last. A simple Turkey sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Mayo (which they forgot) was almost $14.00. No chips, drink or cookie. What a Rip-Off. I've gotten a sub a few times here. The service is fast and looks clean enough. The employees are not the friendliest, but rather dry. My most recent visit I ordered a mini club sub, which includes bacon. The worker broke a tiny bacon piece and added it. It was laughable how small it was for a mini $8 sandwich. We usually go here even if other locations have opened closer. Today we went and ordered three sandwiches. Two of the three were "regular" and standard order, mine the #13 Italian was way larger, the bread and ingredients while my husband's also a regular was a roast beef #9 and looked like a kid size. I had heard about Jersey Mike's. Some of my friends love them. One of my family members also loves the freshness of their subs. I recently had the chance to try them. I should say I have not been there but got delivery. I chose a BLT Grinder. My verdict? Pretty good in some ways, not in others. I got delivery through Uber and the Grinder Roll itself was pretty tasty. I specified no mayo (I am not a Mayo fan) and was happy to see they honored my request. Subway has got that wrong in the past. Subway has got that wrong MANY times. Mike's did not so besides having yummy rolls they also get the order right. Yay! I liked the taste of the bacon but was not real thrilled with the lettuce and there is the issue. I never am thrilled with Lettuce at small sandwich places. I do not even LIKE Lettuce all that much but I do eat it sometimes and am picky about it, I am the first to admit. The sub was fresh though which is good but I took much of the Lettuce off. Service was prompt. I am not going to say it was the best BLT Grinder ever but it was certainly decent enough and they are a good option if one wants to stay in and do delivery. Not at all pricey either. Perhaps I just made the wrong choice. I like BLT'S though and wish I'd like d the letuce more though it just maybe that I am to picky about it. I also wish they had a wee bit more options on the to go list. I was impressed with the service so I am willing to try them again and they do beat Subway by alot. read more

Jersey Mike's is very good. It's similar but different then the other sub chain restaurants. The best thing that stands out for me is the sliced meat station which adds a freshness to the meal. The bread is good and firm but I'm not a huge fan of the three size options (mini, regular, and giant). The taste of the sandwich is awesome but the employees at this location lacked morale. Saturday night employees looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. Either way, this is a good businesses that I will return to. read more

ordered 2 cheesesteaks, get there about 30 minutes after the order was placed and they still didn't even start the order. I'm waiting in the building as i write this review, now at about an hour of waiting. Semi empty parking lot, not a lot of people inside and there have been multiple people who decided to just cancel their orders due to the same problem. The employees just seem to not care at all about their jobs. Whoever is managing this staff needs to have a reality check and get people here that want to actually work. read more

Today I've seen a #56 sandwich on the menu walk away free. My name is Mat B. I was referred by a friend to try out the big kahuna steak sandwich, and I was very satisfied with the sandwich giving you 5 stars for the food quality, now my only issue was the incorrect matter and the way the service was handled by the staff member inside the restaurant. When I was asked for my order the employee didn't even bother to ask me if I would like a regular or a giant sub, so with that said my order was already starting to go to shambles, next was the part where I had to remind the staff member that I wanted a giant sub just for her forsake, well that wasn't the message that she understood because she had to tell the cook that it wasn't a regular to remake the order. I handed my receipt order back to her and she scratched off and to the cook to remake my sandwich. Now it's super busy inside the restaurant and 2 lines of customers passed by and I'm standing there telling customers to "go ahead I'm still waiting" well here comes the best part of my experience inside Jersey Mikes Subs, after about 15 customers passed me; yes 15 people which I stood waiting expecting my order the cook screamed out my name and handed the sandwich to someone who just recently walked in and had the same as me and took the sandwich and walked out the store within a matter of 60 seconds. Now I'm wondering did that person just received a free sandwich, yes he sure did. The staff didn't even bother to ask me if this was my sandwich that I've been waiting for 20-30 minutes. So after they took accountability for the mistake they made not to mention giving away a sandwich which is worth 15 dollars to someone else, the employee who took my order had the nerve to ask me "would you like a bag of chips for free." I thank for the courtesy on behalf of the Jersey Mikes Subs but seriously a bag of chips will not due me no justice since I've been waiting for that long when I seen the whole entire screw up that the staff made. Jersey Mikes is a pretty solid sub for the class it's in. When I have a hankering for a turkey sandwich or a club, I'll head here. Always get my subs 'Mikes Way' and add hot pepper relish which I love that they have! Can be a little pricer than your standard sub shop but think that it's higher quality than some other places.
