He got to pet the farm animals, he loved the pony ride, he got to groom the horses, feed donkeys, play with chickens, and ended with some time playing in the playground with friends. It was such a fun experience. I can't wait to go back! Aside from this super fun event, the ranch offers riding lessons for kids and adults, you can host parties, they offer summer camp for kids, and other special events such as a yoga with horses!

There was a shaded trail but since we were going there to let a toddler ride for the 1st time, we had to walk beside the pony carrying her. The trail is plenty large for a horse or pony. But a bit awkward for an adult walking next to the pony. Also, due to the temp, I was getting overheated so we only walked about 15 min of the 30 min. We didn't ask for a refund or a rain check. Kinda our fault for booking in the dead of a Florida summer.

The baby bunnies are my favorite, and the ferrets, and the GOATs (Greatest Of All Time) are silly, sweet, and very friendly. Everything is set at a great fair price, not too expensive. The service requested was great and friendly. It was great visiting the rescue farm and spending time with the animals it was great getting to interact with them and learn about them. All I know is I felt like I was at my cousin's house and they happened to have animals. There were no directions or explanations...until it came time to pay. Now that part was explained perfectly. Honestly, I probably could have seen the same thing at my local shelter and saved $30. I'm hoping the money goes toward helping the animals, but it's really hard to tell. They have goats, plenty of birds, llamas, pigs, and horses. I wouldn't call it a true petting zoo because most of the petting is done through a gate. If you want a horse ride, you have to ask. No one offers or tells you about it. Everything looked like it could use some updating or repairs, and the overall vibe from most of the staff was, "Please hurry up so we can get back to what we were doing." A couple of employees were pleasant and helpful, but they weren't going above and beyond. They simply gave us what we asked for. Overall, I probably won't be back. At least my $30 went toward helping the animals...I hope.

I purchased a groupon for Double Flush Stables and contacted them via text (as instructed on the…read moregroupon) I got an automated response stating all the [strict] rules then proceeded to schedule a date. Groupon's are not accepted on the weekends and so we only had weekday options. They get booked up fast and the earliest availability was one month out. On the day of our ride, we got a text an hour before the scheduled time stating our ride was cancelled due to the possibility of thunder storms. We tried to reschedule our ride for a closer date however it got pushed back another month. The stables had beautiful horses and other animals like goats, pigs and cows. We arrived a few minutes late and so we had to pay $20/ea to ride the horses. We rode the horses down a beautiful path in a park however we barely took pictures because we were told if we dropped anything the guide would charge us $20 for each time she had to get off the horse to retrieve the item. The trail ride was supposed to be 75 minutes but it was cut short. According to their rules, the wait time is deducted from the ride. We were 10 minutes late, and so we expected a 65 minute ride. We ended up riding for 45 minutes, so they actually deducted 30 minutes from the ride. I enjoy riding horses, therefore I enjoyed my time but I would not go back nor would I recommend these stables to others solely based on their lack of customer service. My advise to them would be to be more lenient. Smile. Don't be so abrupt, it definitely took away from the fun.

Secondly the place is an…read moreabsolute dump. 3rd the owner is so brash , she doesn't have the 1st idea of what even good manners are . Let alone good customer service . I used to bored just horse here. For about 2 1/2 weeks. Within 24hours I came back to him with a lump on his neck the size of a softball. I made it clear if I ever found out anyone put their hands on my horse , we'd have a serious problem . I was worth more their than my weight I'm gold. Those that knew me, would attest to that. The owner's boyfriend got caught almost cheating with a woman that was kicking it to me as well so I told her to kick rocks. The dude got aggressive with me over "his customer " who bought 2 lessons from them in their lifetime, not to mention , even as a full board , mucked all the stalls in my barn from time of inception. Oh and apparently he wanted steroids from her as well. 2 real winners Their MO is to "seize your horse" , should you not pay, or try to call the cops on you for things you didn't do. Stay far clear if these people if for no other reason , then the fact that they hit their horses alone. And I'm sorry to tell ya double flush, beating your horse into obedience doesn't make you a trainer , it makes you an abuser . Don't get it twisted
