The pricing felt fair, and the person working behind the counter was very friendly. My only suggestion would be making it a little clearer that the bakery and coffee shop share the same space. As a first-time customer, it was a little hard to tell which business was which. Overall, great cupcakes, friendly service, and definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Famous Creations has a bunch of sweets including cupcakes, cookies, brownies, cheesecakes, and custom cakes. This inside of their space is open, and quite empty. The decor is cute, but overall the space feels a little incomplete. I got the Ube Tres Leches after wanting a sweet treat after lunch! Their Tres Leches has good components of a good Tres Leches: moist cake soaked in milk with a creamy whipped cream on top. However, the milk did not appear to be evenly absorbed across my portion of cake, as some sections remained without any milk. The cake also seemed to be the only thing ube flavored, so overall the ube flavor was lacking. The cake in general was yummy, but was not my favorite as an ube tres leches. Their desserts overall look great and their custom cakes are super cute! I hope to try other items in the future.

The crust was very thick & hard. For another $15 I bought a Peach Cobbler. The peaches seemed like it came from a can(since peach season doesn't begin until May-Sept.) I enjoyed this more than the Sweet Potato pie, but for $30 for 2 sample sized portions, unfortunately I'll have to pass.

He explained that it had less sugar for diabetics. I thought it had the right amount of sugar for a regular dessert. Diabetics should avoid eating Patrick's treats. I think it's just a matter of Patrick studying his target audience for pop-up events and festivals beforehand and adjusting his ingredients accordingly. I would say half the amount of sugar in the cobbler and sweet potato loaf would have made it much better. Also, if possible, lower the cost for the 3 bagged items by at least $25.

It was smooth and velvety. You can tell it is a home made batter (at least I think). It was a nice thick crepe too; consistent with both the American crepes I got. The strawberries and bananas were fresh and sweet. Quality was excellent. Im such a sweet tooth so I can't wait to come back and try their other crepes.
